US Departments Jointly Write to Governors to Encourage Local Expansion of Cooperation with Taiwan

The US Department of State, Department of Commerce, and Department of Agriculture jointly sent a letter to governors and business leaders across the United States, warning that Chinese consulates and embassies are obstructing US-Taiwan interactions and encouraging states to expand cooperation with Taiwan in economic, trade, education, and other fields.
