According to the website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission, Wang Wenling, former member of the Party leadership group and deputy chairperson of the National Council for Social Security Fund, has been expelled from the Party and removed from public office for serious violations of discipline and law. Wang Wenling is accused of losing his ideals and beliefs, abandoning his original aspiration and mission, being disloyal and dishonest to the Party, obstructing organizational reviews, as well as improperly accepting gifts and cash gifts, using his position to seek benefits for others in project contracting, job promotions and other matters, and illegally accepting huge amounts of property.
