Shenzhen Middle School currently has more than 100 PhD-holding teachers, over 150 teachers who graduated from Tsinghua University and Peking University, and more than 100 teachers who graduated from top overseas universities such as Harvard, MIT, Oxford, and Cambridge; among the 21 people it plans to recruit in 2026 are a PhD in electrical engineering from Tsinghua University to serve as a high school math teacher and a PhD in electrical engineering from the University of Cambridge to serve as a high school physics teacher.
