Iran's Revolutionary Guard Attacked Oil Tankers Twice with Ballistic Missiles

Two days before the U.S. military destroyed five oil tankers on September 8, Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps attacked tankers with ballistic missiles on two occasions. The U.S. military said the destruction of the tankers was a response to those failed attacks.
