This episode of Lude Media discussed several international geopolitical dynamics and related cases. High-level US officials held direct talks with the Myanmar military junta, focusing on anti-fraud and rare earths cooperation; the South Korean Foreign Ministry recalled its ambassador to Ukraine, prompting Ukraine to publicly accuse South Korea of shipping diesel to Russia; Trump announced an energy deal with Putin to supply diesel, and Russia completed its plague quarantine; in addition, the program reviewed insider information related to the Los Angeles agent network and the trading of Bahamas passports.

Alright, hello everyone, welcome to today's October 9, 2026, episode of Lude Media's Dr. Yan segment. Let's see what news we have for you today. First, let's greet our audience. Someone asked when Lee Jae-myung will be liquidated? Isn't Lee Jae-myung still planning to amend the constitution? Well, I don't know when he will be liquidated, but the way Lee Jae-myung is stirring things up now, it definitely feels like he won't stop until he destroys himself. Perhaps the CCP thinks Lee Jae-myung's term is longer than Trump's, right? But if they think that, I think it's a bit brain-dead. We'll talk about the Lee Jae-myung situation in a moment. First, let's look at reports today that the U.S. has begun direct dialogue with the Myanmar military junta. This military junta should have been a target for sanctions, right? So, some Democratic lawmakers are saying, 'You are violating our American values by doing this; you, the U.S. government led by Rubio, are actually holding direct talks with the military junta in Myanmar, right? This undermines our consistent approach of punishing these people.' But I think, your so-called punishments have always been ineffective, failing to hit the mark, and instead giving the CCP an opening, right? The enemy of my enemy is my friend; the CCP has united everyone under its banner through its united front work, and if you keep going like this, you'll never be able to strike effectively, right? So, I think it's time for a change. Why not try a different approach to cooperation? For example, the U.S. strategy of uniting with Russia to destroy the CCP has really put Xi in a tough spot! This goes far beyond his imagination in terms of, how should I put it, its level and influence, right? And its profound significance, which is why Xi is so panicked now. So, look at Myanmar; the CCP's partners around its borders, which it thought were firmly in its grasp, are starting to turn against it one by one. Myanmar is especially critical. The Myanmar military government is now actually in direct dialogue with the U.S. government, focusing on anti-fraud and rare earth cooperation. This is very interesting! You see, from 2021 until now, Washington has maintained a policy of isolating the Myanmar military. Think about it, wasn't that just before the Russia-Ukraine war? The CCP loves it when you isolate them. If you don't isolate them, they would still create a Russia-Ukraine war, just like they want to isolate Russia from the U.S., wouldn't they deliberately drive a wedge between you? Look at Myanmar; why did the CCP spend the past few years building it up as if it were its own firewall, its own Great Wall? Isn't it because the U.S. sanctions policy gave the CCP more opportunities to exploit? Right? So, the Trump administration is not taking the usual path; it wants to break the CCP's cognitive inertia and thinking patterns. Look at this first high-level talk, right? The Washington Post revealed that seven current and former officials and other informed sources said that Vance—this is Michael Vance, the Assistant Secretary of State for Intelligence and Research, not Vice President Vance—played a leading role in this direct dialogue. The goal is to urge the Myanmar government to crack down on scam centers targeting Americans and to promote broader cooperation, including the development of rare earths.
This thing is truly a scam center targeting Americans! Could it be that it doesn't target Chinese people? Does it only scam Americans? What about everyone else? They don't care about that. So, it's blatantly obvious that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)—now look, scam centers in Thailand and Cambodia have been pretty much eradicated, and places like the Philippines are cracking down hard. Word is the CCP recently even withdrew hundreds of Confucius Institute teachers, right? They were pulled back from the Philippines. You find that the Philippines is no longer a place where they can survive, huh? And then look, the crackdown has reached Myanmar. Didn't I already tell you guys about Myanmar before? Friends in Myanmar have long told us—friends from the U.S. said that over in Myanmar, both sides now see clearly that the CCP is no good, right? You turn our place into a criminal syndicate and still occupy our rare earths! Then you take our rare earths to the rest of the world, and we can't do business directly with the West. By channeling it through your hands, you can also hold the whole world by the neck. So look, the channel the U.S. is opening now is equivalent to contacting Rodríguez in Venezuela, right? Yes, loyalty pledges—aren't people rushing to queue up overnight to see if they can get a share? Right? They say this is, look, the highest-level contact between the U.S. and the Myanmar military junta since the coup. And then, the U.S. demanded that the Myanmar military junta release the American businessman and former chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in Myanmar, Adam Castillo. And then, Myanmar said, "Well, then give me an official military contact at an appropriate level." The crucial part is, look, Myanmar has already released this Castillo. Hey, we have to say Myanmar's demand doesn't seem that excessive, right? Rescuing Americans—remember back in the day, during the Obama administration, they gave Iran billions of dollars to get that hostage back, and then this Democratic administration was singing its own praises all day, right? And now look at Iran's nuclear program growing big—people all say that money was closely tied to it, and without that money, Iran might not have been revived back then, right? But you say saving hostages is above all else, right? Politically correct, and humanitarians are also right. Well, now the Trump administration doesn't even need to spend money; just by agreeing to high-level talks with the Myanmar military junta, they send the person back to you. And including Putin releasing that American, right? The guy from the arms squad—that was someone they couldn't rescue no matter what before, and now they just send him back asking for nothing. So you tell me whose government's foreign policy has a greater advantage? That's very clear, isn't it? So here you see, this path has started heading in the right direction. And now both sides are starting to discuss broader, substantive issues. Once they talk, look at this—the FBI has established direct contact with the Myanmar authorities. Speaking of this loyalty pledge, anyone with half a brain wouldn't refuse to make it. Once you make the loyalty pledge, whether in terms of sovereignty domestically or under the banner of national independence, you don't have to be subjugated by the CCP, right? Otherwise, the CCP sets up telecom scam sources in your backyard and binds you to it, and you're a victim too. Then look, it meets U.S. demands, and they naturally go with the flow to build a good relationship with the U.S. In the end, all things considered, we reckon Chen Zhi over in Myanmar will probably be fished back by the CCP in a hurry. You have no idea about this move the U.S. is playing now, and making it public. I'm telling you, it's very likely that a batch of funds from Myanmar's telecom scam rings—amounting to God knows how many billions—has already been transferred by the FBI to a certain location on the blockchain, and the CCP can't touch it. It's just that the case hasn't been publicly disclosed yet. Once things are negotiated down here and the next steps are arranged, a case will come out. By then, we might just see how many billions in cryptocurrencies get frozen and seized, and then the CCP will have to set up some kind of information center again. Oh, you Americans playing dog-eat-dog, that's going to be hilarious. So here you can see, many scam parks are in areas controlled by pro-military militias or border guards, and some of the stolen money flows to the military, right? Everyone suspects, oh, will you really crack down? Of course, without U.S. intervention, they could never truly crack down, right? And look, Myanmar is very rich in rare earths.
As for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), look at how most of the heavy rare earth mines are in ethnic minority armed control areas, while the CCP regime is the main buyer. Although these are ethnic minority armed control areas, there are many complexities now. We have long said and seen clearly that the CCP purely uses them. When trouble happens, you are the Frozen Corps or Huang Jiguang, right? Therefore, the United States is definitely contacting them at the same time. If the U.S. does not contact this military government, then even if the other side is willing to cooperate, the military government will meddle because these ethnic armed forces and ethnic minority armed areas are directly opposed to the military government, right? So the U.S. must mediate the relations here into a U.S.-centric balance, right? Look, there are a lot of contacts going on now, and previously Roger Stone and his company had long-term lobbying, etc. So the groundwork has been laid a lot in the early stage, and now it has risen to an official level. As for you saying Min Aung Hlaing is still sanctioned, it doesn't matter, right? Isn't sanctioning or not sanctioning Rodriguez just a matter of a minute? Look at Syria's Assad, if you do a good job, you can be the president in Syria; if you do a bad job, you are an ISIS terrorist, right? The U.S. now holds the initiative in its hands, is it afraid of you jumping around? So you see, in short, the U.S. is active everywhere around the CCP now. The CCP is currently in a state of being completely overwhelmed. Look, as we said, the US-India border is ninety-five kilometers away from the CCP's border, less than a hundred kilometers, and they are holding drills. What they are practicing is how to quickly and jointly transport troops deep into your terrain at that time, right? And then over here, Myanmar—since Cambodia, Vietnam, and even Thailand have now started to get on track and are getting closer and closer to the U.S.—it's Myanmar's turn next. Then these past couple of days there was news calling it a shocking alert? That the CCP activated a new military base in Laos? What? Oh, what is there to be shocked about? Activating a military base in Laos is equivalent to the CCP setting up a new military base in Macau or Hong Kong. There is no difference, I tell you. The degree to which Laos has been subdued by the CCP is basically equivalent to
Lee Jae-myung—well, as we said before regarding Zelenskyy announcing the transfer of two North Korean prisoners of war to South Korea, I said Lee Jae-myung was stirring up trouble. Didn't he say something back then? First, he accused Ukraine of leaking this secret, and then he said, "You are destroying our bilateral relations this way, and I demand an apology." Later, Ukraine actually wanted to hush this matter up and didn't want to make a mess of it. So didn't I say that the Ukrainian Foreign Minister issued a statement at the time? Although it wasn't an official, public, comprehensive apology—because they didn't do anything wrong—they still said, "We consider this a diplomatic misunderstanding. If you are unhappy, we will say sorry." They had already given him plenty of face. But Lee Jae-myung just wouldn't let it go! Although Lee Jae-myung himself is facing hundreds of thousands of people protesting domestically and the threat of being overthrown, you've got to hand it to him, his skin is pretty thick! Of course, this is also closely related to him being tightly controlled by the Chinese Communist Party. Lee Jae-myung himself has all kinds of issues like communicating with North Korea and corruption. If he weren't president, he would be weighed down by lawsuits right now, and might have lost his freedom long ago. Therefore, Lee Jae-myung—even though Ukraine gave him a way out, and even though Ukraine didn't do anything bad or wrong, right?—grabbed onto this handle and just wouldn't let go. So, the Lee Jae-myung government has now escalated this matter further. Yesterday, the South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the recall of the ambassador to Ukraine, Park Hee-kwon, further escalating the level of diplomatic protest. Originally, if Ukraine had completely given him face by standing on its own ground without offering any private apologies or soft words, Lee Jae-myung could have immediately said he wanted to recall his ambassador. The problem now is that Ukraine gave you a way out, said it was a misunderstanding, and said sorry, yet you still act like this. It is obvious that he finally got hold of this leverage and insisted on stirring up trouble. If he couldn't stir up trouble, he would create it, right? And then he is still hypocritically saying he expects all issues between the two countries to be properly resolved, and that the South Korean side will continue to maintain consultations with Ukraine. Oh, you've recalled your ambassador, how are you going to maintain consultations? Through the Chinese Communist Party? By shouting in public places, right? Obviously, when the Ukrainian President's Office saw that you insisted on blowing this matter out of proportion, they had to set the record straight. Subsequently, they stated on Twitter that Ukraine and South Korea have no confidentiality agreement. There is no rule stating that South Korea receiving North Korean prisoners must be kept secret, right? Moreover, hiding the whereabouts of specific prisoners would actually be wrong. Therefore, while the South Korean government protests against this and recalls diplomatic personnel, the presidential level in Ukraine will at most admit to a misunderstanding in private diplomatic channels and say sorry, but the presidential level will never admit fault, understand? The president didn't do anything wrong, and the stance is very firm.
So you see, it's very obvious that Lee Jae-myung doesn't care about any of that; he just wants to stir up trouble. At the same time, this gets interesting. Because Lee Jae-myung's troublemaking made Ukraine extremely furious, Ukraine began citing reports from the British media. What did the Guardian report? It said that analysis revealed that in July and August of this year, more than 150,000 tons of fuel were shipped from various locations in South Korea to Russian ports, and some of this fuel used sanctioned tankers, namely shadow ships. It specifically mentioned that seven ships departing from multiple locations in South Korea loaded over 176,000 tons of petroleum products and headed for Russian Far East destinations such as Vladivostok, the majority of which were diesel. Look at this. The Ukrainian President's Office immediately posted on Facebook, exposing this: "Look, South Korea's sanctions policy against Russia is seriously contradictory. Russia imports oil from South Korea to ease its refining capacity after the impact caused by Ukrainian attacks, right? Didn't Ukraine strike that diesel plant in Moscow not long ago? Most of what was shipped over here is diesel, right? So you see, since you in South Korea chose to stir up trouble for me, then I'm sorry, I have to let the whole world see what you South Korea are actually doing behind closed doors!" And of course, South Korea didn't dare to admit to this, just saying that they consistently implement sanctions against Russia and export controls, and that they have already provided a clear explanation regarding this unverified matter.
Sigh, why do you care whether it's South Korea or the CCP using South Korean ports to ship diesel to Russia? Anyway, you just think Lee Jae-myung feels he's playing a very clever game, right? The CCP also thinks that this pawn, Lee Jae-myung, can still be put to good use. But looking at this incident, don't you think it's quite stupid? This kind of back-and-forth tug-of-war only makes it clear to everyone that your Lee Jae-myung administration is truly rotten to the core, isn't it? There's all sorts of lying and shedding of skin, and then the U.S. asks you to invest here, but you hem and haw and don't invest. The U.S. has a joint base with you, and you let CCP spies go over there every few days to gather intelligence, right? And you should be standing with your Western allies, including Ukraine, yet you are repeatedly nitpicking and causing trouble, while you cling so tightly to Russia and the CCP. In short, look, whether Lee Jae-myung is useful or not is debatable, but in the eyes of the CCP, there are few options available now, right? It's like picking a general from among the short, Lee Jae-myung has to be the one they keep using; they have to push him hard. Now, look, it's very obvious here that if they can sow discord between South Korea and Ukraine, although you might say it doesn't seem to have a huge direct impact on the ceasefire of the Russia-Ukraine war or the U.S. joining forces with Russia to eliminate the CCP, right? It seems a few layers removed. But if you think about it carefully, first of all, the CCP has very few options, and they are becoming fewer. Secondly, the CCP's mindset, personally guided by Chairman Xi, right? It doesn't mean that if they can't succeed, they won't use it. In their brains, they might even think this is a brilliant move. They think this Xi, this Chairman Xi, has this bit of wisdom, oh, it's just so brilliant, right? The whole party and the whole army are studying it. Didn't I tell you all this long ago? When I came to the U.S. in 2020, I explained to people that it was an unrestricted biological weapon; COVID-19 was not a traditional biological weapon. The Americans said they couldn't understand it, that this thing hurts the enemy by 100 but damages yourself by 6,000, right? With this kind of strategy, who would be so stupid to come up with it? Then I said you don't understand the CCP, right? Where is the IQ ceiling of our CCP? And within the party, there is a top-down purging system. As long as you are smart, quick-witted, and truly see things clearly, you have to be purged, right? It's just like a car that is too tall and can't pass under a bridge with a height limit; you get blocked, right? So it's not that you Americans, from your values and your strategic intelligence perspective, think this is stupid, and therefore the CCP won't use it. They think they are smart, so they will use it. So, here we are saying, like Russia—no, not Russia, this matter between South Korea and Ukraine, to be honest, it's impossible to have any particularly major root cause to shake the Russia-Ukraine ceasefire or the U.S.-Russia joint effort to eliminate the CCP. It's just that, to some extent, they have to mess with you. For example, what they are thinking is, once South Korea and Ukraine have a falling out, right? Then the cost for you to have a ceasefire in the Russia-Ukraine war will increase, right? Why? Because the U.S. wants Ukraine to have a sense of security, right? There's reconstruction, economic arrangements, etc. When Ukraine is willing to accept the negotiation results, if South Korea is a U.S. ally, the U.S. can certainly arrange for South Korea to participate in some things, helping Ukraine better maintain the post-war order and better accelerate reconstruction. And in this process, right? South Korea shows that it is unreliable. So for the U.S., if it wants Ukraine to accept many conditions and arrangements, you don't even know which of the conditions currently being negotiated involve, for example, didn't South Korea promise, at least superficially, to invest 350 billion in the U.S.? Then later, the U.S. says you invest in me, but you can't control it, right? Hey, when the time comes, the project you invest in is the one I'm going to use to rebuild Ukraine. That was originally a possibility! And, but look, South Korea is now whining on one hand, saying why can't I be the master of the money I invested? I won't do it, bickering. And on the other hand, it's causing trouble with Ukraine. So if there is a condition currently being negotiated privately that requires using South Korean investment money to help Ukraine's post-war recovery, then wouldn't that be stranded there? So in this regard, don't look at the surface, which is noisy because of the prisoners of war; privately, there can be many deep, real reasons.
And look, besides this possibility, you also have this South Korea. South Korea is also a crucial link that the Chinese Communist Party wants to exploit in its overall public opinion warfare and Korean War tactics regarding the Korean Peninsula, right? Look back at this: by blowing this issue out of proportion, the Chinese Communist Party can create momentum. Oh, the war in Ukraine can't be sorted out, and now this has spread to South Korea, involving inter-Korean relations. So now, the fact that North and South Korea cannot be unified, and that internal affairs cannot become peaceful—the internal affairs of the Korean Peninsula—well, this is all because of Ukraine, right? So look at how they can take Lee Jae-myung's stance on the Korean Peninsula issue, which was originally a desperate attempt to help the Chinese Communist Party meddle in internal affairs and desperately drive out the US military, which is already a major reason why the opposition's voice is growing louder within South Korea—telling him that he cannot protect South Korea's own national security—and suddenly spin it into: because you, Ukraine, started trouble, look, you provoked North Korea. So look, hasn't there recently been an incident at the border where landmines allegedly caused casualties among three South Korean soldiers? And North Korea denies it, saying, "I didn't lay any new landmines, that wasn't me." South Korea says, "Well, that's in your sector, right?" Just as both sides are having a fierce dispute, doesn't this allow them to pass the buck back to Ukraine, huh?
And furthermore, for example, Ukraine originally observed North Korean troops on the battlefield, so Ukraine naturally needs to analyze intelligence and other backgrounds in this regard, and it will definitely rely on some personnel from South Korea to help out. But South Korea says here, "Oh, I'm not going to help you." Look at this situation. Russia was basically thinking that until the very last moment, any extra piece of territory I can desperately bite off is another piece. So if South Korea and Ukraine have a falling out, wouldn't Russia feel: "Kim Jong-un, you might as well send me a few more North Korean soldiers," because when my own Russian soldiers operate on the battlefield, Ukraine can immediately figure out what your North Korean soldiers are doing, but now without South Korean military intelligence assistance, Ukraine can't figure it out, huh? There is no way to study them in such detail, right? Therefore, if North Korea sends another batch of people over at that time, wouldn't that just add another variable to the Russia-Ukraine war, which was almost winding down? So this inversely drags down the ceasefire in the Russia-Ukraine war, right? Therefore, the Chinese Communist Party has many tricks up its sleeve now; it feels there is always some place where it can pry open a gap, and naturally, flies will swarm to the cracked egg, right? So the whole way they play this makes you feel both stupid and disgusting. However, the problem is, just because they play their games, right, doesn't mean they can achieve results, right? For example, if they want to delay the Russia-Ukraine ceasefire, a very important point is to destroy the hard-won shred of mutual trust and cooperation established between the US and Russia, right? This includes the current plague issue, and whether Putin is actually willing to a ceasefire, among a series of other things. So then we have to see what Russia's actual reaction is now. As a result, today it was interesting: President Trump posted a tweet on social media directly announcing a major energy agreement reached with Putin, stating that Russia will supply 4.8 million tons of diesel to the global market, driving down oil prices rapidly. Trump said in this post, "I just concluded a very successful conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin." Didn't Trump say he was going to call Putin these past couple of days to talk about the plague? And then he said the two sides reached an agreement that Russia will immediately supply over 300,000 tons of diesel to the US and global markets, another 500,000 tons during November, followed immediately by another 1 million tons. In addition, depending on the status of Russian diesel and oil plants, Russia will further deliver 3 million tons of diesel in a short period. With our total control over the Strait of Hormuz, coupled with this major positive news regarding Russian energy, diesel prices in the US and around the world will rapidly drop by record amounts, allowing the American people to enjoy lower prices. Especially our great farms, ah, this includes farmers, ranchers, and truckers, who are my highest priority. This is a very major, very important announcement.
Look at this. First of all, it shows that the cooperation between the United States and Russia is still proceeding as planned and has not been disrupted by these side issues. Also, look at how Ukraine is striking Russian diesel refineries, right? The point is to prevent Russia from using so much diesel to supply its military forces on the front lines. On this basis, the U.S. is still able to get Russia to deliver so many tons of diesel abroad in the short term, which helps lower oil prices in the global diesel market, right? It achieves a stable supply effect. So you can see that, at the very least, Russia is currently showing cooperation, right? You might say this is just for a short period—this month, next month, or whatever. If Russia were to play any tricks on this, like they did with the soybean agreement with Communist China, it would be too easy to expose them. Since it's only for a few months, if you can't deliver and you try to stir up trouble, right? Russia isn't that stupid. We can say Russia is evil, but they aren't stupid, and they aren't as crazy as the CCP, right? The CCP would act like a desperate gambler, showing its true colors even if it meant their own destruction. Russia wouldn't go that far, right? So, this actually tells you that after today's talks, the U.S. and Russia are still cooperating and moving forward on a path with a common goal. And what is that common goal? Isn't it obviously Communist China? Ah, after opening up, there will be plenty of food and drink, right? So, this is a weather vane.
Then, let's talk about another matter. Before I started the show today, I didn't check if President Trump had said anything latest about the plague, but other media have already reported today that Russian officials believe the quarantine has been completed and have announced that no dangerous pathogens were detected. Now, what is going on here? Russian officials stated that the quarantine and other preventive measures triggered by the death of an employee from a Siberian plague research laboratory due to pneumonia have been completed, and no dangerous pathogens were detected. This was issued by the Governor of Irkutsk; it is official, right? An official statement. Then the WHO said they requested more information, right? Clearly, Russia doesn't really care much about the WHO. Now, the issue is that Russia still classifies the death of the female researcher as pneumonia of unknown origin, but the test results for the pathogens she was exposed to in her work came back negative. Ah, they didn't specify whether the cause of death was further determined, or what pathogens she was exposed to, and they didn't deny that it definitely wasn't the pneumonic plague bacteria. They only said the woman had community-acquired pneumonia, that the pneumonia was not contracted in a hospital environment, and that she had been vaccinated against the pathogens handled at the research institute. They also said there were no accidents at the institute and that appropriate control measures for the microorganisms were in place. Now, the quarantine of over 200 people, including her family, has been completed, they said. They claimed 5,000 tests were conducted—if it's 200 people and 5,000 tests, that's 25 tests per person—and no pathogens were found. And then? Regarding the media report about a second pneumonia case, or even a death, Russian official health oversight agencies are now publicly denying it, saying they have no new information about illness or death among laboratory staff. However, they didn't give you specific details; it's just that the city where the institute is located is said to have become calm.
There are some interesting details here that we want to pull out and talk about a bit. First of all, look, what is he saying here? That is, right now you actually don't know what this researcher actually died of, or even whether she died of Yersinia pestis or certain viruses. What is he saying now? He says, first. Regarding his entire statement, he says: "First, we have lifted the quarantine. If that is true, it shows that the transmissibility" is not strong, right? Ah, we have encountered this before. We talked to you about it before: if it is truly a biological weapon with high lethality, a weaponized virus, typically when it first breaks out, it triggers a series of all such biological defense measures, right? Including what we told you about various types of disinfection and sterilization, various types of quarantines, ah, regardless of whether they make public the specific details, at least for the sake of their personal safety, they have to do it properly. Therefore, no spread, and not even a second case, is theoretically plausible. Now, I am not asking you to completely accept the Russian narrative on this; I am just saying that theoretically it makes sense. Then, you see, what is he actually emphasizing throughout? He didn't say that they knew how this woman actually died. What he is saying now is that it has nothing to do with their laboratory. He says that the woman was not infected with a pathogen from inside the laboratory, and says that safety procedures inside the laboratory were properly followed, and that vaccine precautions were in place. Actually, I'm telling you, if you don't get misled by those narratives—the ones influenced by things like RATG13 from Yunnan bats—if you don't let those influence you, think about it, doesn't this also sound a lot like what we said about COVID? Now, COVID wasn't actually an accident inside a laboratory either, right? Well, indeed COVID, actually I say, first appeared in the community. And this community doesn't—it doesn't come from wild animals; it comes from intentional release, ah! Including the Chinese Communist Party itself, which even held a military exercise in the community at Tianhe Airport, uh, directly infecting people with live viruses, right? General Wang Wenquan—this guy named Wang Wenquan—after making the executive decision himself, then Xi approved the military exercise, and that's how it was used, right? Live viruses taken out, taken right out of that Biosafety Level 4 laboratory.
From this perspective, it is also possible that this female researcher was not infected inside the laboratory. Let's still say that this statement didn't tell you whether she was accidentally infected or intentionally targeted by someone, oh. Let me emphasize this again, oh: if you go and look at the second research report I wrote, the one published in October 2020, on page 27, section 4.3 of that research report, I specifically characterized COVID-19 as an unrestricted bioweapon, and I specifically cited the original words of General Yang Ruifu.
What he said in there is that a good new bioweapon should be respiratory-transmitted, preferably human-to-human, and preferably when deliberately released, it should be targetable—meaning I target the release and it takes effect at the fixed target, and whoever I want to infect can be infected. Those are the original words of Yang Ruifu, oh, so he is a biological weapons expert on the CCP's side who had long collaborated with this Irkutsk Anti-Plague Research Institute.
They actually care very much about whether targeted infection is possible. So I still say: right now we don't know whether it was a bacterial or viral infection, or what exactly happened. But if we piece it together based on Russia's current statement and the facts we know that have been cross-verified from multiple perspectives, hey, community infection—suppose she was very pitiful and was chosen by someone as that target—is entirely possible and makes sense.
Russia hasn't nailed this matter down definitively yet, do you understand? They only cleared themselves of their own biological weapons laboratories, leaving an escape hatch here: namely, if subsequent investigations show that this woman was poisoned by someone else—whether targeting this woman with her as the target, or whoever is unlucky enough to get infected becomes that target, right? Regardless of who the specific person is, as long as they die, that's fine.
If it is found out later that someone behind the scenes intentionally poisoned her, this statement of theirs is actually completely airtight, and you still won't be able to pick out Russia's fault. Do you understand, right? So this matter is very interesting. Look, the pneumonia matter is still shrouded in mystery to this day, and as for Russia's attitude, well, Trump had a phone call with Putin today. Think about it: Trump was fooled by the CCP so badly with COVID six years ago; don't expect him to have much trust in Russia now, even when cooperating. Even in cooperation, he could not possibly trust Russia that much, I'm telling you, right?
So it's impossible. Trump getting played twice on this matter—let's speak the truth, I think the probability of that is very, very low. Because Trump is truly a very smart person, and those around him, like Rubio and such folks, are also genuinely very capable and clear-headed individuals. Under this circumstance, current cooperation between the US government and Russia is still moving forward, and as for this plague matter, Russia wants to handle it in a low-key manner, right? Meanwhile, the US doesn't see much major significance in it right now; instead, you see WHO being the one here, ah, feeling even more eager to steal the spotlight.
Here, let me tell you all, this matter is not over yet, it's just that many things—because, for example, the plague issue is traditionally a biological weapon, which easily triggers global panic. Now, if this matter is investigated and they currently find that it is at least of a biological weapon level, but not easily transmissible, and if this has already been controlled and precautions are strengthened, then indeed, its downplaying at the public level makes sense. I'm just saying it makes sense, right? Because right now, looking at the reaction from the Trump administration in the US, it doesn't look like they were kept in the dark and completely played all over again. Furthermore, as I said earlier, still the same point: this is not an unrestricted bioweapon; there is no gray area that can be blurred.
You see that? And another thing, think about how huge this matter is. Why did those four border countries—Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and including Mongolia, etc.—immediately strengthen border management, seal their borders, and prevent it from spreading into their own countries? Yet the Chinese Communist Party's country has kept its borders open as usual from the very beginning until now. Whatever it was like before, it's still like that now, and they are extremely confident. "We have always been closely cooperating with Russia, in, uh, jointly preventing and controlling this matter together."
Russia doesn't even know what this is, how are you closely preventing and controlling it together? I just want to ask, right? So this matter, um, we'll update everyone up to here for today, right? Let's switch to the next topic, but it's very interesting, oh.
Okay, then do you remember yesterday I talked to you all about whether there should be a trilateral APEC meeting? The Chinese Communist Party has constantly been playing dumb and didn't dare to respond, while Russia instead has been pushing step by step. Actually, this is something I've always wanted to tell you all: a few days ago, starting from October 1st, Putin's series of remarks in front of reporters had already put heavy pressure on Xi. Well, since we happen to be talking about US-Russia relations, let's sort this out for everyone, because there have been too many things happening during this period, right? I've always wanted to tell you about Russia's public statements on various occasions regarding the West. In fact, it also reveals a willingness to cooperate with the US-led ceasefire in Russia and Ukraine. Hey, knowing that the next target is a big feast, right? More driven. Now, you tell me to starve for two days first to cleanse my stomach, I, Russia, am willing to do that, right? Starving until, as the saying goes, before going to eat a buffet, right? You lean against the wall walking in, and after eating the buffet you lean against the wall walking out. Hey, that's the feeling. Russia is in this state right now.
So, for example, Russia, earlier, like on October 1st when Putin attended a meeting, he explicitly said, you know, that Russia supports a trilateral meeting among Russia, China, and the US at APEC. At the same time, he specifically emphasized that BRICS can be used to play a role in shaping the future world order. Then he also emphasized that Ukrainian neutrality is a crucial requirement for Russia, and peace negotiations must take into account the realities on the battlefield. At the same time, he specifically said that the previous Minsk agreements and Istanbul agreements have been abandoned, and the remaining areas of the Donetsk Republic currently still controlled by Ukraine will be lost earlier than Ukraine expects. What does that mean? It means actually, if you connect these dots and listen, you'll know.
Putin clearly stated that Russia—the major premise is that he said at this meeting that Russia is ready to adjust its stance and accept the US proposal regarding the resolution of the Ukrainian issue. But he specifically mentioned here that during this process, a trilateral confrontation among Russia, China, and the US is needed; some things must be laid out openly face-to-face, hey, let the US see who is feeling guilty inside.
And besides, he also said that the current situation on the battlefield is a realistic situation; it's not a matter of whether you, Ukraine, are willing to give up Donetsk or anything, right? His meaning is that Russia won't stop until the last moment, right? That is, as I just said, if the frontlines can be pushed forward further, Russia will not let go. Its own national character determines this point, right? So under these circumstances, if South Korea is making trouble, and North Korea sends troops to help push the frontlines forward, Russia will not refuse this. Hey, but he also said that:
This, uh, BRICS is very important. This sentence is originally something the Chinese Communist Party loves to hear, but why doesn't the Chinese Communist Party go and extensively publicize these things now? Because actually, you see, regarding the subsequent ceasefire, Russia has a completely non-resistant attitude—meaning as long as the conditions are finally finalized, that's fine. During this process, anyway, right now Ukraine and I are still enemies, right? Don't think that you and Ukraine, you know, discussed it privately with the US and I'll just accept it. Right now I am still not letting go on the battlefield. Hey, let's see who can occupy more land when the time comes, whoever occupies more land, right? And then, why does he emphasize future BRICS? It's not because he needs the Chinese Communist Party inside BRICS. You also saw at the BRICS summit, right? India and Russia have a very good relationship. Hey, Xi is right there, holding Modi's left hand—who knows if Modi washed his hands or not, right? That is just recently.
Let me tell you, Russia actually enjoys the benefits of the order established by the Soviet Union and the United States during the Cold War. Even if the US doesn't accept it, as long as I'm still alive, I can use my order to negotiate a price with you, right? Hey, as we keep talking and negotiating, I manage to pocket a little something here and there. Who says I'm not taking advantage? Isn't it always better than nothing? So, what does Russia value about BRICS now? It doesn't care about the Chinese Communist Party in BRICS at all. In fact, if these BRICS countries didn't have the CCP around later, it would be even better—they could all just follow under my Russian banner, right? I am even more firmly the big boss. Russia just loves an alliance with that kind of order, right?
Just like we said, aren't Russia and the Chinese Communist Party engaging in a moon landing program? Today your thing fails to reach orbit, tomorrow my thing explodes on takeoff. Hey, but that doesn't stop the two of them from duping another dozen countries into joining their lunar exploration program. The US says, well, the moon belongs to the future of the US, right? Ah, while we aren't saying the US wants to claim sole ownership of the moon, it involves future mineral exploration and other matters of actual control. Why on earth must Russia tag along with the Chinese Communist Party to bicker over here and establish a future lunar program when neither of them can even get a spacecraft off the ground?
Put simply, it's the same mindset: we set up the framework here first, and once we have the framework, we attract people. Hey, as our thing gradually takes shape, it's like a gang, right? Then we have the qualification to negotiate terms with you, the US. It's not that Russia must have the Chinese Communist Party in this; if the Chinese Communist Party drops dead later, it won't affect Russia at all. On the contrary, when building this framework, having the Chinese Communist Party here to shell out money and contribute effort—why wouldn't Russia welcome that? That's how it plays the game.
So look, here, plus let's show everyone else, what else did Russia say? At the same meeting, back in early October, Russia also mentioned something else. Hey, as for this matter, I've seen almost zero mention of it in reports from the Chinese Communist Party. Maybe some independent media translated this news, but the CCP's own media wouldn't dare talk about it. Because Putin explicitly mentioned that Western enterprises—after your assets in Russia were decoupled from us, we didn't confiscate them. This stuff of ours is called external trusteeship. That means if future conditions permit, those assets of yours currently controlled in the hands of Russia by Western enterprises still have a chance of being retrieved.
When this statement came out, it was clearly Russia sending a message to Europe, sending a message to the West, and shaking up their internal lobbying mechanisms, right? Because originally, if Russia had confiscated everything, those people would definitely have formed a united front to defeat Russia and get their money back. Now what Russia is saying is: as long as you don't mess with my money here, you'll find it even easier to get yours back! Moreover, the US is taking the lead in breaking the ice here. Hey, you could say those major financial backers—European politicians, Canadian politicians, and the backers behind US politicians—as long as they have money tied to Russia and frozen there, don't they have to start lobbying now? They have to start thinking, hey, maybe we can ally with Russia to crush the CCP, right?
So this doesn't mean Russia is a trustworthy country, okay? I find that some audience members always listen to a word or two here and then get wildly excited, right? The kinds of theories you're talking about are just armchair strategizing. Armchair strategies simply don't work in the real world. What trustworthy and untrustworthy? The fundamental reason is whether you can control them or not. If you can control them, they have to be trustworthy even if they aren't. If you can't control them, no matter how trustworthy they seem, they can still turn on you, right? Don't test human nature, and certainly don't test countries that are extremely self-interested, born out of dictatorships, and accustomed to playing political games. You shouldn't test the nature of their regimes and their national character. Why else do people say a modern civilized society relies on rules?
Right? So here you see at least that Russia's current statement came out specifically because a reporter asked whether European enterprises might retrieve assets controlled by Russia under appropriate conditions. Hey, yes, Putin said they can retrieve these assets. Did you see that clearly? This is Russia paving the way for its own future. Once the US lifts sanctions on it, it will directly switch to the path of European countries lifting sanctions on it. In other words, Russia's cooperation with the US has already deepened to a certain extent.
And by the way, when we were just talking about the plague, I forgot to mention one thing. Have you considered the possibility that Russia's own statements actually leave a lot of room for maneuver? They could completely come up with an investigation result in the end, claiming that the CCP released the poison, and that the CCP was even colluding with others to plot against us, to sabotage this US-Russia cooperation, right? They could do it this way, so we need to settle the score with the CCP. They have left this door open. Under these circumstances, is it possible that because this female researcher, right, died of this inexplicable cause, they have already turned to cooperating with the US to investigate, but are deliberately keeping it low-key? Russia is willing to cooperate with the US to see what is actually going on. After the investigation is finished, both sides might agree that it points to the CCP. If that were the case, let's use our imagination, then things would get interesting, right? If that were really the case, well, as I said, the CCP is just afraid that it won't die fast enough.
Alright, and speaking of this, let's talk about something else. Like before, actually, for the past few weeks there have been rumors, like last month, there were constant rumors that the Kremlin was going to conscript 300,000 soldiers to go and fight in Europe, to march into Europe, and so on. In fact, at the time, Putin debunked this at least twice within two weeks, saying that we have no intention of going to war with Europe, right? We are carefully considering peace talks between Russia and Ukraine, and then he also said that most importantly, no matter from what perspective you look at the motivation, there is no realistic motivation for the current Russia to escalate the situation with Europe.
Now, this matter was actually hyped up by the mainstream media last month. They specifically said that Russia already had 300,000 soldiers to be conscripted, saying it was to fight in Europe. Actually, have you noticed that this news was actually coordinated with the CIA director's surprise visit to Moscow at the end of August? At that time, wasn't it said that because Russia was going to launch an attack on Europe, that's why the CIA director went there specifically to suppress this matter? We all said it was fake news, right? Later, everyone saw that the whole thing was baseless. This claim about 300,000 troops being deployed and heading towards Europe was actually proven later to be the work of media outlets spreading fake news, deliberately blowing this matter out of proportion.
Did Russia conscript 300,000 people? Actually, they did. Russia really signed it. Look, on September 28th, right, the media reported that Putin signed a decree to conscript 240,000 people into the army. But, this so-called conscription, first of all, it said that this was not conscripting 240,000 people, but that the total number would be increased to 2.4 million, of which 1.5 million would be active-duty soldiers.
This is what he said in his original words. And then, it's not actually saying that all these people to be added are 300,000 troops deployed to Russia's borders. If you look closely, it specifically mentions that he wants to increase, this 15,000, it specifically mentions an increase of 15,000 active-duty soldiers. This 15,000 is very different from the 300,000 that was mentioned, right? And furthermore, this 15,000, he is not saying that he wants to deploy them to the front lines in Europe or anything, but rather for Putin, this is just like what I just said about his Russia-Ukraine war. On the issue of a ceasefire, he said, fine, let the war situation decide who occupies which piece of land. The way Putin and Russia play is, look, Europe is not my friend anyway, right? So I have to show you from time to time that I have the ability, that I have this deterrent. I can't let you think that you can just lie flat and still play me. Under these circumstances, especially when you see that on one hand he releases this, 'Oh, I'm only willing to keep your assets for you, and when you in Europe make peace with us later, I can let you take back these interests in Russia,' and on the other hand, he conscripts an extra 15,000 people, and the total number is roughly those 2 million plus soldiers anyway. He is just creating a sense of psychological tension for you, making you afraid to let your guard down against him, and under these circumstances, it's convenient for him to bargain, right? So you will see that when the dust settles, there is no such thing as 300,000 Russian troops currently deployed to the border, and about to do something, right? And like the news agency on the Russian side, it was discovered that they had previously specifically built up momentum saying they were waiting for Lithuania, as a matter of launching another special military operation, and it was even deleted by themselves. This is also something many people on the internet are talking about, saying, hey, Russia, it wants to maintain such a tough image on the outside, and even released a column article saying they would deal with Lithuania, but they actually deleted it themselves. In fact, you can also see that after they finish bargaining, sometimes they start to back off, because Russia is not stupid, right? If they keep bargaining stubbornly, they don't have that many cards to play.
So, like the NATO Secretary General Rutte, who specifically mentioned at the end of the month, saying, 'Oh, we need Putin to cooperate with us, but so far he hasn't made any substantive cooperation, right?' This is a bit strange because he is losing over 43,000 of his own military personnel every month. Rutte's words also make it clear that you are bargaining with us; hey, we also want to negotiate the terms with you and then cooperate, right? You, Russia, also understand that you don't have many cards in your hand, so sooner or later you will have to cooperate with us—that's the meaning. By the way, this Zelenskyy is very interesting. When he came to attend the UN General Assembly, there were Russian propaganda personnel, Russian journalists, and so on at the scene. So there was a side story: after Zelenskyy finished scolding Russia at the UN and was leaving, a Russian media outlet asked him, 'Ah, when are you going to Moscow? Do you dare to go to Moscow? When will you go?' Zelenskyy replied directly in Russian: 'I will go there on a missile.' So the reporters at the scene recorded this sentence; 'I will go there on a missile,' it's too interesting. Because when the missile hits Moscow, that is when Zelenskyy goes to your Moscow. So you see, Zelenskyy's tone here is not soft at all. And Russia, from beginning to end, whether it's Zelenskyy making such tough remarks, or Rutte saying things that make Russia lose face, or whatever, Russia's attitude toward the issue of whether to cease fire, and the coordination by the United States, has actually been quite good during this period. You see, the day after the UN General Assembly, Zelenskyy made the Russian reporters lose face, but the Russian presidential press secretary still said, 'Oh, we are willing to have a Russia-US meeting, another meeting, right? If there are no substantive results, there is no need for us to meet. But we are now prepared,' which means that many things are being pushed forward behind the scenes, you don't need to worry, we have it under control. If they have it under control, then the CCP certainly doesn't, so the CCP has to go and stir up people like Lee Jae-myung, right?
Furthermore, look at the end of last month, Trump also fulfilled the appropriation for the Ukrainian military as scheduled, and the first batch of equipment has begun to be delivered, right? Zelenskyy also expressed his gratitude, right? Including the production of Patriot missiles, look at it now. Let's zoom out the lens! Everyone can see that, in fact, this doesn't affect the communication between Russia and the United States at all, right? Does it affect it at all? Look, they just had a call today and even reached a diesel supply agreement. If Russia had even half a bit of dissatisfaction with the US aiding Ukraine in Patriot missile production, this diesel agreement wouldn't have been reached so easily, right? Ah, there is another funny side story I've been wanting to mention, which is that at the time, uh, Macron specifically told reporters that Russia is increasing its hostile and criminal acts against European countries. The CIA has never warned France about new threats from Russia. I think Macron is also quite ridiculous! You are a military power, aren't you? Why do you still rely on the CIA to warn you? The CIA should at least have warned you that if you are this far-left, your end will be miserable. Your country will eventually be unable to afford its national security and future, right? I haven't seen France have any effect either. In the last two days, France has been in student protests, falling into chaos with smashing, looting, and burning, right? And there are many people causing trouble inside, including those terrorists, people who ran over from Pakistan, etc., right? France is in a very sorry state now, and it is said that France's finances are once again on the verge of collapse, right? It is said that many people have warned that France is no longer a country, right? Under these circumstances, you say Macron is talking about the CIA not warning you about this or that, we also feel it's a bit, really, aren't you afraid of being laughed at after saying that? Alright, so here we need to tell everyone, speaking of this matter, hey, let's look. Just finished talking about Russia here, everyone doesn't need to worry too much about the US-Russia, the US uniting with Russia to destroy the CCP.
We need to talk about the UK again. The UK released a news report stating that three Iranian men have been charged with surveilling journalists based in the UK to pave the way for violent attacks. Well, theoretically speaking, this shouldn't be very rare. But the issue is, if you look closely, these three Iranian men were already tried on the 6th, and it seems they were denied bail. This suggests that the evidence is even stronger than that in the Fairford attack case. Now, they are accused of acting on behalf of Iran, specifically the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, targeting at least one journalist based in London and planning violent attacks against them. The three men, aged 41, 46, and 57, had visited multiple addresses associated with Iran International journalists Hosseini and Pourmohsen. This Iran International is an Iranian opposition television station that has consistently criticized the Iranian government. The three defendants have all pleaded not guilty. Prosecutors stated that they assisted a foreign intelligence agency in surveilling individuals deemed targets by the Iranian regime, conducting surveillance and reconnaissance activities between August 2024 and February 2025. They also alleged that one of them was an executor of the attack and that they all visited the residences of the journalists they were tracking at the time. While the three defendants do not deny visiting the relevant addresses and taking photos and videos, they claim they were not acting voluntarily, stating they were coerced and acted out of fear, and that they didn't know. Two of them even argued that they didn't know they were assisting Iranian intelligence by doing this. The prosecution, of course, does not accept this claim, stating that they participated in the operation voluntarily and that there was a reward of 50,000 pounds provided by the Iranian regime, as well as benefits such as having criminal records, like theft, of the people being tracked in Iran wiped clean.
So everyone, take a look at this. Doesn't it look like this case of Zhang Wanying? Wasn't it exposed in Zhang Wanying's case that a man named Miao Fatai—didn't they also say that a CBS reporter went to interview Miao Fatai's son, and Miao Fatai's son said, "My dad doesn't look like the kind of person who would do such a thing"? Oh, what kind of person is Miao Fatai? Let's show everyone today, shall we? Didn't Lu De Media talk about this yesterday? This CBS investigation, right? Didn't his son say to the reporter, "My dad doesn't look like he has the brains to be a reporter, uh, to be a spy," right? But his father has been in the United States for many years, with at least eight companies under his name, serving as CEO for all of them, and the real estate under Miao Fatai's name is very valuable. The real estate under his name even involves tens of millions of dollars, right? A father who completely doesn't understand English, doesn't speak a word of English, is used to following others, and doesn't think he has the intelligence or talent to do such things—do you think he could stir up such a massive business empire in Los Angeles? Right, so let me tell you, first of all, you have to wonder whether Miao Fatai's son who gave the interview is even his biological son; that's hard to say, right? Just like those underground party members brought over like in "The Infiltrator," big and small, all nominal siblings, husbands, wives, and children, right? There are plenty of those. Isn't it like in *The Americans* where they also take some kid from Vietnam and change their identity to become an adopted son? There are plenty of those. Look at Miao Fatai's expression and appearance captured here, right? This is surveillance footage taken when he and Zhang Wanying rented a car at the Seattle airport. Does this Miao Fatai look like a shrewd, spy-type figure? But doesn't he look like a mafia member who has connections in both the underworld and the overworld? Isn't he the kind of person the CCP uses as a thug? For example, those who followed anti-communist activists in the UK, threatened anti-communist activists, participated in the subway beatings in Hong Kong, right, during the anti-extradition bill movement, causing trouble on the streets and fighting desperately—those were the thugs from the local triad society, including the CCP. The CCP doesn't need him to be a highly educated, well-dressed spy. Zhang Wanying is a graduate of a national university, right? She took that path. When she teamed up with Miao Fatai, look at how cleverly his son spoke, saying, "My dad is the kind of person who always does whatever others tell him to do." What does that mean? Does he know that his dad has also done this kind of dirty work for other secret agents, right? Going together—one responsible for using the brain, and the other responsible for doing the dirty work, getting physical, right, and violence? This kind of partnership—his father definitely didn't cooperate and operate with just Zhang Wanying; there must have been others, right? Today Zhang Wanying, tomorrow Li Wanying, right? The day after tomorrow is Liu Wanying. Hey, someone like Zhang Wanying goes there, and it's impossible for her to get her hands dirty directly. And after all, she herself has all sorts of things—the CCP even awarded Zhang Wanying the title of Young Entrepreneur, right? These are all things specially commended by those United Front pages of the CCP, right? Hey, Zhang Wanying's image is high-end, hey, educated, traveling all over the world living that life envied by everyone on Xiaoshongshu: drinking, vacationing, traveling, buying luxury cars, right? Buying houses—not long after graduation, she bought multi-million-dollar luxury mansions, one after another, achieving career success. This Miao Fatai is much more low-profile, right? But he doesn't know English, isn't very smart, and follows others all day long. How come he has so much property under his name? And let me tell you, the more you dig, the more you find!
If you use AI to analyze online, you can even analyze and see that this is the same person. There is a post on Reddit from three years ago, just this post, which is extremely interesting. This post is about Miao Fatai's involvement in the illegal buying and selling of Bahamas passports, and this matter involves the illegal buying and selling of Bahamas passports among Chinese people, which is quite interesting. I must explain this matter well to everyone, as there are so many tricks and shady details in it! This is about a person who, three years ago on Reddit—which is equivalent to something like Zhihu or Tianya in the US—posted in English, but this person is Chinese. He posted it in the scam board, and the title was fake Bahamas passport scam. How did he put it? He started by saying that Mr. Miao Fatai told him that his nephew Liu, whose mobile phone number is something something, which wasn't published, is in the Bahamas, not Panama, it's the Bahamas. The Bahamas—do you remember when Guo Wengui specifically said, "Oh, everyone in the Bahamas is our people"? Anyone who goes to the Bahamas can be brought over by us. And wasn't his yacht Lady May parked near the Bahamas back then? Wasn't it during 2021 or 2022, after Guo Wengui was exposed by us, that he wanted to see if he could escape, and had his little Sarah and that bunch of little special agents specially go from Los Angeles to take this yacht or private jet to the Bahamas, under the guise of doing investments or picking someone up, and then at the border they were supposedly directly stopped by the US, and that whole ordeal scared Guo Wengui to death, right? Discovering that he couldn't escape, the Bahamas is definitely one of the major bases for the CCP's infiltration. Alright, how did this person tell the story? This person举报 (reported) Miao Fatai, saying that the relative of Miao Fatai named Liu was introduced by Miao Fatai, and is a senior official of the Bahamas, currently a senior diplomat of the Bahamas to the Republic of Ghana. Miao Fatai told him that this nephew could help him apply for a Bahamas passport and ID card, and the fee was 300,000 USD. Ah, first of all, anyone looking at the map knows that Ghana is in southern Africa, right? And the Bahamas is that country very close across the sea in a straight line. Ghana is also deeply penetrated by China's Belt and Road, right? Alright, this person who made the report said, then, as Miao Fatai continued to provide information to me, I believed him, and then paid the first installment of 60,000 USDT (Tether stablecoin), asking this nephew Liu to start processing the Bahamas passport and ID card for himself. Subsequently, he said, I received the Bahamas passport mailed from the Bahamas Embassy in Ghana to Dubai. In other words, this reveals that the person buying the passport was in Dubai at the time, and he wanted to buy a Bahamas passport, while the person handling things for him was the so-called nephew Liu whom he managed to meet through Miao Fatai. Liu is a diplomat of the Bahamas to Ghana, so the passport was finally mailed from the Bahamas Embassy in Ghana. Seemingly, at least some basic information here—that Liu is someone inside the Bahamas Embassy in Ghana—should be without problem.
Alright, and then, the passport buyer said that on June 1, 2023, I used this Bahamas passport to travel to Malaysia, and was investigated by local customs, and detained for holding a false passport. Only then did I discover that what I bought was a fake passport, so I reported the process of being scammed, hoping that the Bahamas authorities would attach importance to it and launch an investigation. According to what Miao Fatai said, insiders within the Bahamas Immigration Department have already processed more than 70 such passports. Listen to this, he publicly stated that Miao Fatai told him the Bahamas sells passports, and just through Miao Fatai's line alone, more than 70 have already been sold. Alright, as a result, he said the Malaysian immigration department did not release him because of this matter, and still detained and investigated the passport buyer on suspicion of the crime of entering with false documents. So this person must be extremely resentful. Let's first talk about the surface, right? Seemingly resentful, this person posted these things out, meaning that I was scammed, and I thought they gave me a real passport, right? Alright, let's first look at the contents he published. First of all, what did he publish? This is the passport application system page of the Bahamas government, doesn't it write here? Bahamas government Bahamas passport application form, right? Then the photo of this passport buyer is right here, looking well-dressed and somewhat human-like. The application number also has something like 3311442, and the type of application and so on—this is a very normal page.
Alright, then this person's name is unknown, but below there is another one, which is also his own, right? This one is what he said above was the proof provided to him by that Liu from the Bahamas immigration system, saying that your name has been entered into the official system, and this is real, right? Provided to him. And the below one is the Bahamas ID card provided to him by Liu, in which several interesting pieces of information are specifically mentioned. Look, this passport buyer.
It looks like it's from Inner Mongolia, right? Inner Mongolia? Look at what's written here. This should be a document of his own from before, and it says he is from Inner Mongolia. Then it says this is an application, applied for on September 20, 2021. He says he entered the country in 2023, and was caught in Malaysia, right? Well, at least the ID card written here is valid from 2021 to 2031.
And what is this image below? This is another one, this is the one from the Bahamas, the passport that was later mailed to him, isn't that what it says? A Bahamas passport, right? And there are signatures and so on below. Look, this person is also from Inner Mongolia. Look, it says it was issued on September 20, 2021, and the passport was issued on October 19, 2021. It doesn't necessarily mean this was handled in 2021, but what they made for him looks very real, with passport numbers and everything.
And what else did they send him below? They also sent him this, look, this looks like it has a Bahamas stamp on it, a travel photo, right? You mean he departed from the Bahamas in 2023, so there is an exit permit, that's roughly the idea. Look at this passport, this panoramic view, including this, this is what was mailed over, the entire shipping manifest, the courier receipt when it was mailed from the Bahamas Embassy in Ghana, he put it all out for you to see, saying that what he said is true, right? That's the idea. And then this one below is.
This person was caught by Malaysia for using a fake passport! Hey, this shows a detention center in Malaysia, what's it called, the Semenyih detention center? What is this, the Semenyih Immigration Detention Center? After they specifically detained him, they didn't let him enter. Hey, his point is, the thing I'm talking about is real! I was scammed when I bought this passport. Well, let's take a look, he provides the conversation between him and the nephew of the person surnamed Liu from the Bahamas, Miao Fatai. Look at this conversation with Miao Fatai's nephew, look, he shows him this, the passport made looks like this, right? And then this.
Inside here, the one in purple should be the person who was caught. He says he should be surnamed Li, maybe he says he uses the name President Li, right? So the person surnamed Liu said to him, "President Li, the material review is done and there's no problem, can the advance payment be paid today? Can it be submitted today? The advance payment is still three, and when the final payment is made, pay 2.5." I guess he's talking about, uh, Tether, right? Tether stablecoins, didn't he say a total of 60,000? So maybe the advance payment is 30,000, right? And finally pay 2.5, or something like that?
And then, he said again, "President Li, the time of issuance of this naturalization certificate was last year," which means it feels like they should have handled this in 2022. Uh, this shows it seems to be September, it might have been handled in September 2022. And he went to Malaysia around March 2023, right? Look here, he says the issuance is, oh, he seems to have gone to Malaysia in June 2023, anyway, it was early 2023, he said, "The time I got the naturalization certificate for you was last year," so it was signed with a 2021 date.
So the signatory of this document is someone who was in office last year and later resigned, so they used the signature they had stored. This document is recognized. I understand that what he is saying should be about the signature on the passport, right? The handler, because the time it shows for getting this passport issued is written as October 2021, so that signatory was the one who was in office at that time and has now resigned. His point is to tell him, "We had a real person handle this for you, there is real person information that can be verified, if you look it up later, there will definitely be no problem."
And then? He said that the naturalization and passport were done through internal channels, and it can be said that extraordinary means were used to create legal documents. Hey, the way he says this, "extraordinary means," isn't that illegal means? That is to say, if you look into the whole process, the document will have flaws, but it won't affect its use. For regular investment, it takes more than ten years, plus a $500,000 investment, or marriage, all of which take a very long time.
So when the team operates, they will definitely use extraordinary means. Hey, let me tell you, I went to check, the Bahamas is not a country where you can buy and sell passports publicly, it's not like St. Kitts or those others. The Bahamas allows immigration, marriage, and getting a local passport, but you can't say I pay hundreds of thousands of dollars, and I immediately get it, I pay the money, and I get the goods. So first of all, do you see? They actually know it themselves.
That the act of buying and selling a Bahamas passport is illegal in itself. Although he speaks very subtly here, have you seen the person who bought the passport? Even though he is crying out for injustice, saying, "Oh, I shouldn't have been caught by Malaysia." Hey, I'll ask you, what kind of good person is he? Even if he needs a passport, he goes to buy and sell a passport from a country that doesn't sell passports, and one he might not have even been to.
Have you ever thought about such a question? What is the probability that the person who wrote this out is innocent himself? He is in Dubai, and he went to Malaysia. I don't see at all that you can't go to Malaysia from Dubai? Then you can go to Dubai? No matter what your status is, right? Why do you have to take a fake Bahamas passport to Malaysia and spend $300,000 to buy it? This kind of trouble.
Then he said, over here, this person surnamed Liu who processes passports said, after all, since Asians are making South American passports, naturally when using this passport, language and psychological issues will make one feel nervous, so they will be treated specially upon entry. Actually, in the end, the system checks and finds that everything is fine on all sides; the ones made before you and the ones currently in Europe and some South American countries are all fine, and there was a bit of a snag upon entry, but they all passed later. These people all have a foundation in English.
As for taking system photos, we have to wait for the team over in Bahamas to reply. I don't think they will do that, after all, it involves internal secrets, and they are afraid that if they leak it, it will be thoroughly investigated. Then this person said OK, and then he said, President Li, the Bahamas team replied to me, find a suitable time to take it, not sure when, as soon as possible. Did you see that? Just this person surnamed Liu, when he was doing this thing, he actually already told him, right, about making passports, you, first.
This should actually not be the kind of obviously fake passport that all of us imagine, it's that he has already done many details. Afterwards, he is afraid that when you go through customs, hey, you take a fake passport, and then, inside your heart, you beat a little bit, so your expression looks unusual to others. And if you don't speak English well, because you use it to go to a third country, right? When people interrogate you in English, you hem and haw.
At that time, trouble might arise, but he said that in general, based on their experience making so many passports, whether going to Europe or South America, holding a fake Bahamas passport, he said there are no problems at all. As long as you do the basics, you can pass smoothly. Then it should be that this President Li still wanted to take a look, just this buyer of passports, this one called President Li, right? Probably still wanted to see if your internal side can take some system photos. I guess the photo of the system applying for a passport that was just shown to everyone might be an internal photo sent to them by the team, letting you see that these are all traceable step by step, even if something like applying for a passport is checked, right? We have done it all for you, leaving no loose ends.
Good, and then here, President Li should have gone to question the person surnamed Liu again, just saying to be confident, not that you aren't confident in your heart. This President Li seemed to ask him if you are confident in your heart, and he said if I'm not confident, I wouldn't dare to do it either. And President Li's meaning was that what kind of form did you give me, why does it look like it was printed at home, and the information is all wrong? Saying if you are like this, can the system input it? Uh, it is estimated that here, you see these these secret agents don't work carefully either, right? After being questioned, this person surnamed Liu said, oh, I didn't check the cross-verification of information carefully, it was fine before, I was rushing that day, and so it went.
And when explaining, he said some more, he explained again, saying their operation is like this. Look, this, this is very funny. Saying our, that's what he meant, he was saying sometimes I have this kind of problem, actually it's carelessness, not that we did it on purpose. Oh, because you see their internal team operates like this. Over in the Bahamas, they said someone collects the information well.
Fixed three days a week, someone in this team works as a leader in a department similar to a national population archive in the Bahamas. This team is responsible for obtaining from the person who initially collected the information, uh, I guess typing was a bit unsmooth here, saying they directly modified the system's deceased persons who were about to have their household registration cancelled, changing it to the information we provided, —— no, changing it to the information we provided, without doing the cancellation process. So the information processed in their internal system search is the original files of the people ready to be cancelled being covered by fake files prepared in advance by the people we provided. Oh my god!
To our audience and friends, does a person need this many files? Uh, does one need this many passports? Well, of course not a normal person! Let's not talk about it, I'll just ask you, does this person need so many passports? We won't discuss it. Is there any necessity for him to spend $300,000 to buy a fake passport? This fake passport clearly knowing that it's being forged, but he feels that as long as it's forged and can pass for the real thing, he will use it. And look, during the negotiation here, this person clearly knew his identity was fake documents, because someone from the Chinese Communist Party in the Bahamas messed with the archives of dead people in this country's population records without cancelling them, and directly overwrote them.
Oh my god! Let's all say, during the 2020 election, the US side said dead people voted, and everyone thought it was incredible. Then, if someone watched the show "The Americans", they would know that in "The Americans", those many Soviet secret agents came over, right? Changing identities is all about, even after adulthood, changing to the identity of some unknown person who might have died prematurely as a child, or died in an accident after adulthood.
How did they get these identities of dead people modified? Look, this right here is actually telling everyone about the identities of dead people. Not to mention how you can get it in the US, at least in countries like Bahamas they can transfer this dead person's identity onto you, change it to your identity, make this dead person not dead, and directly seamlessly connect with this Chinese person. So how come they don't say this passport is made with peace of mind? As long as you are confident, right? You are not a dead person, as long as you are confident, you can get through it, and when customs wants to block you, they can't even find any specific evidence.
Did you see that clearly? Seriously speaking, this stuff was all let out! And then that photo of Miao Fatai specifically, it was released from here earliest. Why else would they say the AI all matches up, isn't this the exact same Miao Fatai? Ah, the person in here also specifically released Miao Fatai's driver's license. Look at this, right here, Miao Fatai's this ah, this this driver's license in California, right? Age, and what, from 1972, this this this all matches up.
Including why did this person release these photos of Miao Fatai? Because his meaning was I was fooled by this person surnamed Liu introduced by Miao Fatai, which led to me being arrested in Malaysia, so I got someone ah, as he said himself, he found those investigative companies and investigated Miao Fatai's real documents and some real information. Let me tell you, this person is no ordinary person either. Miao Fatai, what he exposed besides the driver's license, there is also this trial watermark thing, this is the record issued to him by the investigation company, right here it shows, saying Miao Fatai over here, should be in.
This California or whatever real estate he owns? What he put out is Miao Fatai's asset report, you know? Finding those detective companies and stuff to get it, right? I feel like the company he found should still be a Chinese company that investigated it. Look right under there is still this Chinese trial watermark. Saying it is written in here, this report contains the asset information of this person we found, including real estate, vehicles, etc. Saying Miao Fatai according to their investigation, the real estate he owned at that time was found in 2023 to be owning one piece of real estate, in Pasadena, California. Saying this place is.
A large house with three bedrooms, worth 1.45 million dollars. And then, saying this real estate covers a total land area of over 9,000 square feet, an old house built in 1920. In addition, saying this is Miao Fatai, it seems bought this real estate around 2022.
So all of these match up with Miao Fatai's information completely. Well, Miao Fatai not only has companies, real estate, and does construction here, but also involves buying and selling passports. And did you all hear Lu De Media yesterday talk about Zhang Wanying doing this thing? Saying that Miao Fatai's son told reporters, my dad is innocent. And he does real estate business with Zhang Wanying, and Zhang Wanying is an intermediary. Hey, Zhang Wanying is just an intermediary. Using his son's words, what did Miao Fatai say? When Zhang Wanying first came to America, meaning when she first started being a real estate agent, because her own house was under renovation, Miao Fatai lent his house with a swimming pool not rent, lent it to Zhang Wanying to stay temporarily. Let me ask you, is there such a good thing? Oh, you are a real estate agent, your client buys a house from you here, and then because your own house is under renovation and you have nowhere to live, he lends you his big house to live in, have you ever heard of such a thing? Ah, and this is what that son said happened over ten years ago, because Zhang Wanying came to America around 2016 to finish studying at Canada College, and then stayed here, connecting with Miao Fatai. Let me ask you guys, whose son is so familiar with the broker he met through his dad's house trading, even knowing that the broker temporarily stayed at another property of theirs? Not to mention when his son accepted the interview and also said what? My dad immigrated so that we could receive a better education. Then after immigrating for over ten years, your dad Miao Fatai got US citizenship himself, and among you younger generation who wanted a better education, not a single one joined US citizenship. Hey, what's up with you? Are you harboring the intention that after finishing your education you will go back and serve the motherland, right? Or are you a spy yourself, making it inconvenient to naturalize? Your whole family has your dad holding this US citizenship which is more useful. I feel like what his son said is simply prepared scripted talk. As for things like my dad is in the Chinese Communist country, he is currently looking for a lawyer, he will come over when the time comes, you wait for him to come back and fight the lawsuit? He doesn't dare to come back, he doesn't dare to come back. On one hand, the US government can legally demand people because this is a US citizen, right? And the son proved he is already in China. On the other hand, if you don't come over or attend, you get a trial in absentia, whatever crime they say you did is what crime you did, who told you not to dare to attend, right? So you see, in Zhang Wanying's case, actually conviction is already set in stone. Even if you want to find conviction starting from Miao Fatai's line, it's totally possible, because the investigation on Miao Fatai's side involves a larger network, evidence collection, and then trial in absentia, and conviction, and then on Zhang Wanying's side, you want to quibble further, the police have countless evidence in their hands to convict you, isn't that what it means?
Alright, another point: why would this Miao Fatai we just mentioned be involved in the business of buying and selling Bahamian passports? Actually, let me tell you, what we are seeing here is just one side of the story—it was written online by this 'Mr. Li,' who was arrested for using a fake passport. Let me look at this from another angle. Regarding this Guo Wengui fraud case, are all those people posting online, filing complaints, and claiming Guo Wengui swindled their money—those who have evidence—are they all innocent? First of all, how many of them were just looking for a bargain? How many were trying to take shortcuts? We won't even get into that. And there is another part—besides those who were truly defrauded, let's say some were also greedy—what about the others? They are all part of the CCP's intelligence system, just belonging to different factions, like in a military exercise where some are the Blue Team and some are the Red Team, working in coordination. For example, take Huang Hebian; many of the people who do shows with him also claim to have been defrauded by Guo Wengui, and some even have evidence of investing in GTV or G Fashion. But are they innocent just because they are anti-CCP and were defrauded by Guo Wengui? No. That's because when they were cooperating, they used Guo Wengui's channels to secure funding, or even to launder money for Guo Wengui under various circumstances. It was a channel used to execute the CCP's fake anti-CCP infiltration mission through Guo Wengui. They had to do this, and after the incident was exposed, they had to, first, find a way to get the money back, and second, cover up Guo Wengui's identity as a secret agent, right? I have always told everyone that these public online fights, where they accuse each other of being scammers, etc., might look like transaction disputes or cases of fraud. In reality, a large part of this is between secret agents; this was their channel. But because this channel was somehow exposed, they had to protect their cover as agents, so they could only publicly claim that the other party was a scammer. It's like Huang Hebian and others who say Guo Wengui is a scammer. But when we say Guo Wengui is a secret agent, that he is with the Ministry of State Security (MSS), and that he has a code name, they say, 'Oh, how could Guo Wengui be that? At most, he was a white glove for the MSS in the past. To say Guo Wengui is a secret agent now is impossible; oh, Guo Wengui is just a scammer.'
Do you see it now? When Miao Fatai's son is trying to whitewash Miao Fatai, or even this 'President Li'—we don't even know who this President Li is—all of President Li's posts point toward Miao Fatai. Sure, he might be a con artist, he might be a fool, or he might be someone looking for any way to make money. Oh, but how could he possibly be a secret agent? How could he be like Zhang Wanying? Now the U.S. prosecutors have stated that she is a secret agent for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)! Oh, they want to whitewash Miao Fatai, saying, 'How could this person be an agent doing dirty work?' Do you see it now? If they can successfully wash away this layer of Miao Fatai being an agent doing dirty work, if they can put up this cover, then fine, let Miao Fatai be a con artist—so what? Right? And things like Chen Zhi or whatever don't matter; when necessary, he can even make a televised confession to cooperate with the Party and the government. But in reality, the U.S. won't be able to follow this agent thread to uncover a larger secret network, right? So, what you need to see here is, as we said, being a con artist and an agent are not mutually exclusive; they are compatible, right? 'Black eating black' (crooks scamming crooks) is also possible. Even Guo Wengui thought, 'You little agents come to cooperate with me, invest money with me, and if I can scam you for a bit more, I'd be happy too, right?' If you ask me to spit out the money, I wouldn't want to, that's all fine. But that doesn't affect the substance here—what we really need to aim at is the perspective of state security agents and unrestricted warfare. And look here, as we said, why would a normal person buy a Bahamas passport? If Malaysia asks, you could already stay in Dubai, so would Malaysia not let you enter? Ah! Besides, there are plenty of countries where you can buy passports, like Saint Kitts and those other small island nations; why would you insist on buying one from a country that doesn't sell citizenship? You want to invest for citizenship, waiting for a Bahamas passport, and you say, 'Who is a good person?' Even if some people say, 'Oh, I just want to take a shortcut, save some time, and I don't mind spending money—spending 300,000 to buy a passport,' and then they change it all to a dead person's identity and engage in this identity swapping—do you dare to do such a thing? I won't say anything else, but for us ordinary people, even if you had this idea, could you find this channel? Ah, is this a channel that anyone can just find? Ah, don't you think about who these people are? They are working in the U.S. at the same level as Zhang Wanying; the state security and national treasure (police) find people there. These people are in the CCP and are taking orders from Zhang Wanying at any time—they are trusted. And then over in the Bahamas, these people in the embassy stationed in Ghana, and the leaders of the Bahamas national population archives team—do you really think it's that easy for the CCP to place people in these positions? Ah, aren't these con artists quite vigilant? They say, 'Oh, if you ask me for a photo casually, I might not give it.' Don't ask too much about this. These are all agent channels, okay? Oh, this person releasing this information, I think it's mainly because he was caught by Malaysia for some unknown reason and detained. It's hard to say whether Malaysia could even detect that this passport is fake. It's very likely—why did he have to change to a different passport to go to Malaysia? It's possible that he was being watched by Malaysia, have you thought about that? So, once he arrived, it didn't matter which passport he used; as long as they matched it to him, they had to detain him. And in this process, he has to defend himself, and he can't let others investigate and discover the agent channels behind him that buy foreign passports, right? So he has to say, 'Oh, I was detained by Malaysia, I was just trying to buy a passport.' And another point, when this person posted, it's not even clear if he had been released by Malaysia. I don't even know how he posted this. Is it possible that because he was detained by Malaysia, his contacts, content, and everything were likely on his phone, and they gathered evidence immediately? So he has to steer the narrative toward being a victim of a scam; that's easier to explain, right? Really, most people, I tell you, you don't even know that such circles exist. Otherwise, why is it that whenever someone mentions 'dead people voting' or 'dead people's files,' the CCP media says, 'Oh, this is clearly a conspiracy theory, you actually believe this?' and so on. Do you see it now?
And speaking of that, this whole business with Miao Fatai, aren't all these guys from the Los Angeles area? It's a place that isn't too big, but isn't too small either. Well, last night there was a sudden massive fire in Los Angeles Chinatown! Oh, and this fire was really huge, take a look at how it burned. They say the flames just swallowed up the commercial buildings all at once. This was reported by the New York Post, stating that last night, local time, around 7 o'clock, it happened along North Main Street in Los Angeles Chinatown. It initially started burning outdoors, and then spread to a single-story building, see that? Then according to NBC reports, firefighters tried hard to put out the flames, but the fire was huge and kept surging upward. Now the fire is definitely under control, look at this, if you search online everyone has this video, it's a huge fire. Alright, today further details have come out, saying what place was burned yesterday? They say it burned a local commercial-residential—no, not commercial-residential, just some commercial warehouse, and a building commonly used for lawyers' offices and things like that. They say this place is called 1009 North Main Street. I can't open this page for you, I don't know why. They say this building is a mixed brick-and-wood commercial and industrial warehouse. And then, according to reports, well, let's show you this report from a different angle. Look at this smoke, this fire is big enough, right? Chinatown doesn't just get this kind of massive fire out of nowhere. They said it took about an hour and a half to get the fire under control. Currently, there are no casualties, but the entire building, about 100 feet long and 200 feet wide, was affected, along with parts of the adjacent two-story building. Then the television station reported that this place has some small businesses and some apartments. In addition, they said this place is a warehouse storing cabinet supplies, and there is a tofu factory, all of which were affected. The cause of the fire has not been announced yet, nor has it been ruled as arson. Then based on this address, I checked reports from other media outlets, and basically it says that currently the place where the fire started and suffered the most damage is a company inside that served as an architectural design studio. In addition, they said this place actually includes this building and adjacent ones, with many small immigration, lawyer, and business agencies, and law firms connected next to it. You can't specifically check it now because sometimes many places share the same address, making it hard to check. But this area, let's say, although it's not the place where Zhang Wanying and that guy called Miao Fatai usually have their most active united front gatherings—I checked this location and there is no Chinese united front association registered here. But just think about it, no matter whether it's the active ones like Zhang Wanying and Miao Fatai, or including Mayor Eileen Wang and her fiancé who is a secret agent, right? When they were active over there, the main location was in the San Gabriel Valley and Arcadia, which is a little distance from Chinatown, but overall it's all in the Los Angeles area. And just think about it, in such a dense place, why use some warehouse to store things, right? There are various shell companies registered in various offices inside the commercial building, tell me, how did Miao Fatai and Zhang Wanying get their U.S. status so fast? Ah, how is there all kinds of things mixed in here? Whether it's immigration matters, company registration, or various legal documents handled in these law firms, could there be? Like Miao Fatai having eight shell companies under his name, do the secret agents connected to him have other shell companies? What a coincidence that they happened to be registered in this place, right? So this place, let's say, this fire started at a very opportune time. Well, I don't know how much evidence this fire can eliminate, right? Is it directly related to Zhang Wanying and Miao Fatai, or to people in their circle? Destroying the evidence a step ahead, but we do know that on the day Guo Wengui was arrested, the 18th floor also caught fire. Guo Wengui had specifically made videos talking about fire, fire, fire, how a big fire is very useful, right? Don't you say. He thinks once he burns it clean it'll be fine, but burning it clean will only urge people who already hold evidence and are preparing to investigate to obtain investigation warrants and arrest warrants to dig deeper into you. So, starting this fire, hey, no matter how you look at it, this Chinatown incident feels like burning the granary, right? The power struggle in here is so interesting. By the way, tomorrow morning we have a member-exclusive show, hey, we will continue to bring you very interesting in-depth reports, don't forget everyone. Alright, see you tomorrow at the same time.
