The U.S. House of Representatives has passed a bill stipulating that among all countries purchasing energy from Russia, the top five will face U.S. sanctions, with tariffs raised to 100%.
The United States is the largest trading partner of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), with a huge market and strong consumption capacity. After this bill passed, it was directly submitted to the White House, and as long as Trump signs it, it can be implemented. Since taking office, Trump has taken many tariff-hiking actions, continuing the trade war with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Currently, the relationship between the CCP and the West, as well as between China and all other nations, will eventually evolve into a complete denial of the Communist Party's governing legitimacy, political legitimacy, national legitimacy, and regime legitimacy. This is the ultimate evil consequence the Communist Party will bear. Once this conclusion is finalized, the CCP will have to face the judgment of all civilized nations of humanity. The route from South America to Europe is very convenient, taking only a few hours by plane. The distance from China to Europe is relatively far; flying from China to Paris takes many hours, whereas flying from South America or the United States may only take six to seven or seven to eight hours. South American transportation is convenient, and the language is closer to European languages, such as Spanish; Asian languages differ significantly from European languages.
Therefore, Trump hopes to establish manufacturing in South America and bring manufacturing back to the region. The current problem in South America is the border issue with the United States. Excess labor and poor economies in South America have caused a large population to head north toward countries like the United States and Canada. If South American manufacturing develops, technology from the United States and Canada can be directly grafted onto South America, which is also relatively convenient, and at the same time, South America has abundant resources in all aspects.
These are all part of Trump's grand strategy. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is no longer having good days. If China continues like this, and if Russian energy is also blocked by Trump and the United States, China will not be able to buy cheap oil in the future and will only be able to buy expensive oil. In addition to expensive oil, it will also have to bear heavy transportation costs because the distance is greater; transportation and other costs will pile up, and coupled with the tariffs faced by Made in China, the advantages of Made in China will completely disappear.
The advantages of Made in China were given by Westerners, the United States, and these Western countries. Previously, Western countries continuously granted China most-favored-nation treatment, but now these treatments are no longer given. These are the problems Xi Jinping is facing right now.
