Alright, dear viewers and friends, today is October 6, 2026, and Dr. Yan and I from Lu De Media are meeting with everyone again. Come on, let's take a look at what news we are bringing you today. First, let's say hello to the audience. Right, let me check, oh, our member friend Hao Mei has given me a lot of praise, thank you Hao Mei, specifically leaving a warm reminder to like, like, like, and then saying Dr. Yan is the smartest, greatly admired, great, great, thank you Hao Mei.
Come, let's take a look at today's news. There is so much that I can barely fit it all into the title. Let's go through them one by one. First, let's look at something interesting. After the Zhang Wanying incident, I wanted to see how the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) would respond, so I specifically looked up the Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson's remarks from October 6th. It was hilarious. I feel that the recent statements from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are just a string of denials, while they simultaneously expect other countries to open up all sorts of convenient channels for them. Furthermore, when it comes to sensitive issues, they seem like they want to rush up and gag the reporters directly. Look here, this part mentions the Zhang Wanying incident. A Reuters reporter asked: On the 4th, the FBI arrested a U.S. woman living in California who was suspected of monitoring Ai Qingde under the instruction of Chinese officials. What is China's comment on this? It's about Zhang Wanying, right? The Wall Street Journal also asked this question. The spokesperson immediately said, I am not aware of the situation you mentioned. The CCP has always opposed hyping up so-called Chinese spies and smearing China. Oh my, they talk about how innocent they are, right? Oh, so the CCP doesn't engage in espionage? You don't do these things against the U.S. or Taiwan? Wow, you really know how to put on an act. There are also some interesting parts in here, for example, Reuters asked: U.S. officials believe that the possibility of the CCP invading Taiwan before 2028 is becoming lower. What is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' response? In fact, the so-called U.S. official statement that the possibility of invading Taiwan is becoming lower is itself an unreliable report. I don't remember if it was The Wall Street Journal or someone else who reported this news a couple of days ago. They said, oh, based on the current situation in the CCP, meaning the economy is not doing well, the Central Military Commission is gone, and so on, so they think it's unlikely for Xi to invade Taiwan before 2028. What do you mean by likely or unlikely? He is always eyeing Taiwan, right? He is waiting for an opportunity and has never given up. Moreover, it is very obvious now that Xi has the mindset of a desperate gambler, right? But some people want to intentionally downplay Xi's intentions, saying things like Xi is sick, Xi is in poor health, or Xi is unlikely to invade Taiwan before 2028, right? As if Xi is a coward. Look, especially since returning from the U.S., several of his National Day tributes didn't make a sound; they all turned out to be duds. And conversely, they are even letting people investigate which networks are involved. So, isn't that just being cowardly again?
Ah, and then Guo Jiakun said, Taiwan is an internal affair, and resolving the Taiwan issue is a matter for the Chinese people, and external forces are not allowed to interfere. The funniest part is talking again about the US side needing to implement the consensus of the heads of state summit between China and the US. What consensus was reached at the China-US summit anyway? Your so-called eight-point consensus has nothing to do with Taiwan at all; not even respective interpretations were expressed, right? Because the US dragged you back to look at the documents ceding Taiwan from after the First Sino-Japanese War all the way to the Treaty of San Francisco, which has not a damn thing to do with you—meaning Taiwan's sovereignty is undetermined, right? Where on earth do you get any consensus? Ah, and what about handling things with caution? The US is saying you do need to handle things a bit cautiously; if you kids want to mess with Taiwan, that’s hard to say, huh? It might turn out like the terrorist attack at the Fairchild Air Force Base, right? Before you even make a move, you get directly counter-attacked by them. And that includes—I heard a reporter also ask about how Taiwan recently received two F-16V Block 70 fighter jets, and that there are plans to receive another 64 jets this year, asking what the response is. AFP also asked this question, and then Guo Jiakun said something about the Chinese side's firm opposition to the sale of weapons? That's clear. Look, what's the use of you being clear and consistent? The US doesn't take it seriously at all, does it? You keep saying you really don't want Trump to sell weapons to Taiwan, right? Well, Trump says, 'Sure, sure, sure!' He humiliates you first, and then right after you go back and barely catch your breath, those planes have already been shipped over, right? I see some Little Pinks are hilarious, saying online: Oh, they only gave Taiwan two jets, meaning the US still doesn't care much about Taiwan. No, man, these are combat-ready versions! You, the CCP's China, even tried every possible way to steal the basic version and couldn't scrape together 100 million RMB to recruit a defecting pilot. You still had to go through painstaking efforts to move an F-35 canopy, right? Smuggling it from Australia to South Korea, and then to Hong Kong to steal their technology. And with all that, you still have the nerve to let your internet trolls claim that two F-16V jets are no big deal? That's really sour grapes, right? Anyway, I'm too lazy to read the rest of this stuff. In short, everything just sounds not very smooth. But there is one interesting point: when asked about the death of plague researchers in the Irkutsk region of Russia, and that the US State Department is closely monitoring whether the Russian government has established contact with the Chinese government and experts, Guo Jiakun said that China and Russia maintain close exchanges and cooperation in the field of infectious disease prevention and control, including the plague. I'll tell you all about this matter in a moment, because today a second death occurred, and it is very obvious that Russia is not transparent there either, right? We certainly cannot rule out the possibility that there is something fishy going on in Russia's case—at least a fifty-percent chance or higher, right? Because Russia's laboratories, back in the former Soviet Union era, were also engaged in biological weapons, right? And although Russia might look a bit more transparent than the CCP's China in the news, and it seems like people have some room for discussion there, it just means its lower limit is higher than the CCP's, but that doesn't mean it is transparent, right? On this issue, however, the CCP didn't say, 'We are unaware,' or anything like that; it stepped up right away to claim it, saying they maintain close communication and cooperation. Well, this phrasing is interesting. Hold on, we'll talk about this plague matter at the very end. Alright, up to here, let's take a look.
Regarding that hijacker terrorist in Oman, is there any new information today? Yesterday, I mentioned to everyone that his contingency plan was, if he couldn't quietly crash into an Israeli international airport, he would have to crash into that US military base in Jordan. More detailed news came out today saying that he was specifically targeting the Muwaffaq Salti Air Base in Jordan, and he even told interrogators that before joining flydubai, he specifically searched for which airlines had routes to Israel, right? In other words, he had been planning this for a very long time and had already calculated what he was going to do. At the same time, it is also mentioned here that New Zealand has indicated that this person not only studied in Australia but also lived or stayed in New Zealand for a period of time. Currently, New Zealand has only confirmed this fact, but has not specified when or for what reason he went there. In short, everything is still under investigation, right? And when he was in Australia, he actually studied at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. Furthermore, Royal Air Maroc also stated that this co-pilot completed three months of theoretical training in Morocco in 2025, after which he applied to work at Royal Air Maroc but was rejected. Well, Morocco has the Abraham Accords with Israel, so there must be routes flying to Israel, right? So, think about it, before this co-pilot went to flydubai, he had applied to Royal Air Maroc. It is very obvious that if Morocco had let him in, this incident might have happened between Morocco and Israel, right? My goodness, this guy, I must say, has been running all over the world and has a wide circle of friends; it really depends on who he has been in contact with, right? And didn't I say yesterday that I was going to check if this was the target, the US military base that was attacked in July? Wow, sure enough, when I checked, this Muwaffaq Air Base is the very same base that was successfully attacked in July, based on intelligence guidance from the CCP and satellite imagery from the CCP, which resulted in the deaths of three US soldiers. So, this matter is not simple.
Ah, you think about this terrorist, he said he also planned to carry out this attack in July. Then, as I told you a couple of days ago, the reason he gave was that there was a friend of his among the flight crew on the plane at the time, and he didn't want to harm that person. I've said that you have to take this kind of statement with a grain of salt, right? You can't just believe everything he confesses. Now, if you put all this together, do you think it's possible that he didn't carry out the attack in July actually because in July they had already successfully gotten Iran to attack this same U.S. military base, and furthermore caused U.S. military casualties, so he felt, "Well, there's no need for me to do it right now, right? Hey, I can save this energy and pull off something big next time"? Isn't that what it means? And what's more interesting is, why did they all choose the same base? That base—whether last year or early this year, back when Iran was much more powerful than it is now—couldn't attack it, and for so many years it hadn't been successfully attacked. Why, when things were practically falling apart for them, did it suddenly succeed? Didn't Iran itself say so? That the Chinese Communist Party provided us with satellites, intelligence, and military support? Then you tell me, Iran must have had the military intelligence support of the Chinese Communist Party in order to manage to attack that base. So as for this terrorist from Oman, when he chose the same U.S. military base, who do you suppose gave him the intelligence behind the scenes? Otherwise, why would he have chosen this U.S. military base? Ah, this is absolute—I'm sure that if I have this thought, the investigators definitely have this thought too! Ah, by the way, just think about it: that RAF Fairford air base, it forced the U.S. to withdraw the B-2 bombers already. Obviously, how much capability does Iran have? That RAF Fairford air base hasn't been there just for a day or two, and those bombers haven't been parked there for a year or two. Oh, Iran has to be beaten down to this state, and then suddenly it can mobilize terrorists to bomb that base? Then you think again, who is providing cover behind the scenes? Isn't that what it means? Ah, so regarding this matter, look at this same Jordanian air base being targeted; clearly, there's a huge problem here. Today I saw someone online throwing out the footage where Iranian state TV, people from the Revolutionary Guard and the TV host were talking, saying, "Oh, look, the Chinese Communist Party now says they won't provide us with satellite intelligence, ah, saying we can't keep secrets, so therefore the Chinese Communist Party says if you can't keep secrets, we have no way to provide you with this support." And then they discussed, saying, "Oh, look, without their support, we have no way to continue bombing U.S. targets." Saying, "Last time, right? Why do you think we were able to bomb that Jordanian base? Wasn't that because of the help provided by the Chinese Communist Party?" And then they were lamenting, saying, "Oh, look at us, how could someone within the Revolutionary Guard leak secrets? Leading to the Chinese Communist Party having no way to provide us with help." Then I saw someone reply underneath, saying there must be—probably our audience—replying, "That's right, those satellites were blown up anyway, so they really have no way to continue providing it to you. They can only say, 'Ah, let's find an excuse not to provide it to Iran,' right? Because those satellites are already—even if they wanted to provide it again, they'd have to actually be able to provide it, right?" So this matter is very interesting.
By the way, that air base in Jordan is actually very important too, because it belongs to a core hub of the United States in the Middle East, so you think that base stations A-10s year-round, as well as F-15s, F-16s, and such. And then, because its location is very important, including places like Iraq, Syria, and the surrounding areas of Iran, right? Things like aerial reconnaissance, support, conducting tactical strikes, and all that are handled by it. In addition, there are many key early warning radars and other maintenance and logistical setups deployed there. So you see, that Jordanian base was obviously not targeted by just one wave of terrorists; the Revolutionary Guard, this guy from Oman—who knows how many waves there were. So you can understand Fairford; first of all, the location and significance of Fairford in the UK, in Europe, is equivalent to the position of this Jordanian base in the Middle East, ah, the Middle East significance, right? So with Jordan being targeted by multiple waves, no wonder the United States now—plus seeing the UK over there arresting and releasing, releasing and arresting, right? Being inactive—quickly withdrew the B-2 bombers first. Can you understand it now? Because you never know, maybe in a couple of days another hijacker will go over there or something; it is very hard to say whether you can guard against everything behind the scenes, because who dares to take that risk? So this is very interesting, isn't it? Yes, and aren't all of these simply intelligence provided by the Chinese Communist Party? Ah, this Antonio Zeng said that taking a huge detour back to his own country's neighbor, Oman, to commit the crime using an Emirati airline always feels like part of a plan to cover up clues. Being rejected by Morocco is also part of the operation to wash away the clues. Right now we are all analyzing based on his leaked confessions, which is certain. You have to think more than one layer deep about these things, thinking several layers deep, right? Before the real big fish behind him is dug out, whatever he says you can only listen to first. But even so, look, we've already analyzed so many shocking details, right? Ah, it really is quite terrifying.
So today, it's interesting, a few pieces of information came out. It is said that Bessent suddenly posted a tweet, directly stating that Iran has a new oil minister. Considering that since August 25th, Iran hasn't loaded a single barrel of crude oil onto a ship, what is their new oil minister doing? This is very interesting. Oh, I really like Bessent. A couple of days ago, Bessent even joked about being gay. He said that when he was interviewed by a reporter, he mentioned that Trump told him, 'Oh, you are so outstanding, Melania has many friends who like you very much, oh, it's a pity you broke their hearts.' Then Bessent said, 'Yes, yes, I am gay, right? I don't like women, I'm not heterosexual,' that's what he meant, right? Anyway, I just feel that Bessent is really very charismatic when he speaks. No wonder Trump would joke about this with him, right? He is also very open and generous about it. And it's very obvious here, you say, right? Iran, the so-called not a single ship loading oil, is clearly a response. A couple of days ago, Bessent emphasized that the Iranian oil that the CCP has been getting, the ones at sea, anyway, the last barrel should have already arrived here in the United States, they are all being watched, right? From now on, there isn't a single barrel of CCP oil that can be taken from Iran. And look, he is saying now, since August 25th, what is the new oil minister doing?
You put this news together with another one and listen. What is the other piece of news? It's that Israel's Channel 14 openly stated something, saying that the CIA provided Israel with a 'do not kill' list. That is to say, there are about ten high-ranking Iranian officials on this list, and the CIA told Israel, 'When you carry out assassinations, do not kill these ten people.' What does that mean? It was stated explicitly, wasn't it? Isn't this saying that the United States has now selected these ten people and put them on a list, oh, to play a key role in Iran's government on the fourth day? Do you see it clearly? Look how coincidental this is! I told you, that Pezeshkian and Araghchi coming to the United States for meetings, that was just anti-American on the surface, and then when they went back, they also said, 'Oh, we didn't sign a good agreement,' oh, and then they had a war of words from afar. Look at the new oil minister taking office, the oil is not for the CCP, isn't it being shipped to American ships? 'Sir, this way, please,' is that what it means? Oh, 'this way' has led to this oil transport. This oil, whether it's dug out from underground or from that oil pipeline, wherever it's built, anyway, it's from people holding this map, and then everywhere is giving the green light, right? As long as American ships come over, what else? They say millions of barrels of oil are being shipped out every day, right? That's not millions of barrels, it's tens of millions of barrels per day, right? I remember, anyway, it's been continuously shipped out every day for a long time, right? That's been over a month from August 25th to now. Why did Bessent want to say it today? It's very obvious, this oil minister, although we don't know who it is, is probably on the 'do not assassinate' list, right? Then you say, oh, there are these ten high-ranking officials that the CIA and Israel are not to assassinate. You say, after we heard this, we think, oh, who are these ten? Future Rodriguezes, right? I ask you, those terrorists from the hardline faction of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, doesn't the CCP want to get this list and kill these ten people? Then why did Israel and the CIA want to say this? To put it bluntly, it's directly giving a warning to the terrorists, the Revolutionary Guard, the hardliners, and the CCP! You guess? You guess who these ten people are? Oh, among these ten people, are there those you just gave instructions to, oh, how the CCP helps you? You just need to do something to oppose the US? Oh, we have already planned how to unite to fight Israel and these things? Oh, these people who are connecting, right? Oh, you say, did Wang Yi give any careful instructions to some of these ten people? Did the International Liaison Department? What about the Chinese embassy in Iran, I don't know if they are still alive or not, right? Is there any? And those who went to the CCP to meet with Xi, did Xi or people from Xi's office give any extra instructions? Oh.
Panicking now, aren't you? If I had known it would come to this, why did I do it in the first place? The problem is, think about it, they can even ask the Diplomatic Security Service to provide protection when they come to the US for meetings. I said at the time that these people would definitely be protected when they return to Iraq, no, return to Iran, they would definitely be protected by the US as well. The problem now is, they are explicitly telling you there are ten people.
First of all, whether these ten people are real numbers or imaginary numbers is something you have to figure out for yourself. Besides, which ten people exactly? Do you dare to go and assassinate them, to mess with them? If you go to mess with them, isn't that just walking right into a trap? Oh my god! But if you don't go after them, then it's very obvious that, apart from this list—whether it's ten or however many—everyone else can be assassinated, right? Trump has already said it: either Iran is wiped out directly, or they surrender completely, right? So if these ten people surrender, and the rest don't, doesn't that mean they get wiped out completely? This whole thing is very interesting, think about it.
Put yourself in their shoes: if you were one of those hardline Iranian terrorists and you hadn't surrendered to the U.S., how would you feel right now? It's not just about your knees shaking; the U.S. and Israel have this capability for assassination, right? Old Haniyeh couldn't escape it, and little Haniyeh turned into a cardboard cutout, didn't he? So this is very interesting! That's why, as we said before, won't the CCP eventually reach a point where, except for those on a whitelist, everyone else will be cleared out by the U.S.? Look at Iran as a mirror; it's telling you right now, isn't it? Those CCP forces in Iran, the terrorists in the Revolutionary Guard—if they aren't on that list of ten, then they can all be taken out, right? This certainly doesn't refer to the ordinary people of Iran; the common people don't need to be that nervous. This is for those who have done evil and have a guilty conscience. Now you don't even know when your turn will come! Of course, looking back at the CCP, it's clearly a whitelist model now, isn't it? Taking it one step at a time, no rush.
Then let's talk about another interesting thing; this is hilarious. In the last couple of days, you all know, right? The U.S. withdrawal from Iraq has been completed; they've completely left. The CCP is very happy and has published a series of articles for you to see. For example, Xinhua News Agency, International Observation, and interviews by the Global Times with so-called Middle East experts—like that big-shot Ding Long from the Middle East Studies Institute at Shanghai International Studies University, right? Oh, these experts are very interesting.
Do you all remember? A while ago, regarding the total withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq, there was a lot of public opinion online. The New York Times, and of course the CCP media, were all promoting one thing: "Oh, the U.S. has been defeated and fled Iraq again," right? "After the U.S. leaves Iraq, look, after fighting for so long, Saddam is gone, and now you still have to leave Iraq, right?" Look, the CCP's bragging has no bounds. For example, on September 30, the U.S. Department of Defense announced that it had ended its military mission in Iraq that day—the one fighting ISIS. Then they said it was an orderly withdrawal. They said that on the same day, Iraq welcomed its Sovereignty Day, celebrating the U.S. withdrawal. In the CCP's propaganda, this is Iraq "seeing off" the U.S. troops. It's something Lee Jae-myung would love to do—seeing off U.S. troops from South Korea, right? The implication is that once you leave, I'll be independent and have dignity, right? As long as you U.S. troops are here, I'm not independent, right? Then look at this headline from Xinhua.
"The old cycle ends, a new game begins," they are rubbing their hands in anticipation! They start off with "Over the past twenty years, the U.S. invaded and occupied Iraq, then withdrew, returned, and withdrew again; this has thoroughly exacerbated the turmoil in the Middle East and backfired on the U.S. itself, and the impact is uncertain." But the CCP is very happy. The whole article is full of "forced by pressure," "had to return," "withdrawing again," and so on, right? It says, "Look, for the U.S., the security risks are high, so they have to leave." Then it talks about how miserable Iraq is! It says the Iraqi Prime Minister said Iraq wants to get rid of the foreign military presence. Oh, they forgot that this new Prime Minister, after taking office, just cooperated with the U.S. on an anti-corruption drive, hitting exactly the people the CCP cares about, the people Iran supports, right? I tell you, the CCP's bragging—I think this article celebrating the U.S. withdrawal from Iraq is probably also intended to make Xi happy before National Day, right? Is there anything Xi isn't happy about? We all see it clearly, and we are very happy. Seeing Xi unhappy in the U.S. makes us all happy.
However, the top sycophants need to make Xi feel better after his return, right? For their own safety, they arranged this Trump-Xi meeting so poorly that Trump caught every single detail, frantically trampling on Xi Jinping and fiercely humiliating him, right? Therefore, no matter from which perspective, the top sycophants must show that they have the ability to make Xi feel reassured and comfortable, right? So you see, they are desperately hyping up this Iraq matter, claiming either that the US is failing or that we have won, right? Then they say, are the Kurds worried, right? Saying that under this condition, security has become a serious problem, right? And so on and so on. Anyway, you see, including people from Peking University, and the one we just looked at named Ding Long—this Ding Long—whom both Xinhua News Agency and The Paper have interviewed. In short, it is very obvious that they must mention all kinds of possibilities. For example, as I said, these research experts are not truly stupid, but they are playing dumb while knowing the truth. That is to say, I would rather not tell you this; I will only leave a tiny trace here as a fallback for myself, but I cannot tell you the real possibilities I see from this, because my main purpose is to make you, Xi, feel that we are very powerful, that we have won overwhelmingly again, right, and that the US has become weak again. So you see, people like this Ding Long say that the US is withdrawing troops, but it can shift from a direct occupation presence centered on stationed troops to exerting pressure through agreements, and so on, right? Including what the Peking University professor and expert said—because we analyzed for you before why the anti-corruption efforts of that Iraqi Prime Minister were so efficient? Wasn't it because the US controls Iraq's US dollars? If you don't fight corruption, I won't give you US dollars, right? And then they fought corruption. As soon as arrests were made, the US dollars flew right over, right? Recently, you might not have noticed a piece of news: before the US troop withdrawal was completed, news came out again that the US recently once again choked the Iraqi government on the matter of US dollars, meaning that if you don't cooperate well, I will consider temporarily withholding US dollars from you again.
So this matter, I tell you, the top sycophants see it very clearly, they just don't say it. Inside, it goes back and forth, meaning that this US matter is the end of the old and the beginning of the new. But the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) state has hope, right? What the US leaves behind is birth pangs, a security deficit, and problems, right? The CCP state has found opportunities once again, and so on and so forth. Their main theme is just this. Well, I don't know how much comfort Xi actually got from seeing this news, or if he gave a wave of his pen to approve a few projects for these experts and the secret agents under them—meaning those under the CCP banner—to open up a new battlefield in Iraq.
However, the interesting thing is that the news coming out over the past two days has obviously caught these top sycophants and the CCP off guard. The current news is being released simultaneously. First, it is said that inside Iraq, the Iran-backed militia armed groups—aren't those Shia extremist factions?—say that due to the US military withdrawal around October 5th, reports were already coming out yesterday more or less. Various news sources are saying that while the US is withdrawing, it simultaneously lifted the restrictions on Israel's operations in Iraqi airspace. This suddenly scared these terrorists to death because the US troops left, but Israel obtained greater freedom of transit and mission execution rights, so suddenly these pro-Iranian militia organizations—and the CCP is certainly supporting them behind the scenes too—found that they instantly turned into targets. Before they even started, before the alcohol from celebrating the US withdrawal had worn off, they suddenly found themselves becoming targets! Therefore, they are all extremely nervous now.
How should their arsenals, commanders, and their missile and drone infrastructure be protected? Furthermore, besides Washington and Iraq releasing this news, sources in the United Arab Emirates also confirmed it, saying yes, not only has the US lifted the restrictions on the Israeli Air Force's operations in Iraqi airspace, but the Israel Defense Forces and Mossad have seamlessly integrated, and they have long been prepared to take action, you understand? Moreover, it is said that the US is also making a series of preparations to strike Iran-backed militia groups within Iraq, as well as countering possible retaliatory actions by these terrorists. And everyone understands very well that the US opening this airspace to Israel means there are some things I find inconvenient to do myself, so Israel, you go do it. Oh my god, look at that!
Even if the CCP leaves a tail or a backdoor in these reports, they are merely saying, 'Oh, the U.S. might be locking in security protections between Iraq and the U.S. through these agreements.' At the very least, I haven't seen any experts on the CCP side dare to say, 'The U.S. is leaving, we should worry that the U.S. is leaving on its own and leaving the door open for Israel to come in.' My god! Now that this news is out, let me tell you, if Xi felt even slightly relieved on October 1st because of this, his heart must be stinging again now, you understand? You know, although we say the U.S. military is opening up airspace or whatever, to be accurate, the U.S. cannot say, 'I control Iraq's airspace,' because publicly, Iraq is a sovereign country, right? So, what we are talking about now is this news that broke on October 5th and has been repeatedly confirmed; it's just missing an official confirmation, right? But for this kind of thing, I don't think the authorities need to come out and confirm it to the public immediately, right? As long as the news is out. It is very clear what the U.S. means by this news. It means that the U.S. military used to be stationed there, so they had a great right to maintain order and security in Iraq. But now, the U.S. military is essentially leaving, yet Israel has directly taken over. This is actually even more formidable than before. It's like how we talk about the U.S. military considering withdrawing some personnel from NATO, right? Part of it is because they feel the base might be unsafe or something, but a larger part is their tactical and strategic consideration. I have now upgraded to A I S I, right? This integrated air and space strike capability; we don't need that many people in these places, and they might become targets for terrorist attacks or enemy retaliation. While my people leave, where is my influence still? First, I can conduct remote command, right? Second, I can also open up some power-sharing to a powerful ally like Israel.
Let me tell you, this is even more formidable than the U.S. military staying there themselves! You see, the U.S. has many ways to bind Iraq to itself. The CCP actually understands this in their hearts. Look, using the U.S. dollar, right? Including the power in politics, and weakening the surrounding terrorist forces like Iran that can support terrorists within Iraq. But now, with this Israel matter added, let me tell you, the CCP is still looking for opportunities, right? 'Seeing you leave a vacuum, can I go in and stir things up?' Hey, first gather those who can talk to us, support the terrorists, and bribe the others—this is not such an easy thing. You have to know, actually, at the same time, there were other pieces of news that the CCP's propaganda didn't really want to mention and deliberately downplayed. For example, do you remember? We told you before, didn't we? After the new Prime Minister of Israel caught that wave of anti-corruption figures, he immediately ran to the U.S. to meet with Trump, bringing the Kurdish representatives with him. After that, they were all very respectful to Trump and repeatedly expressed Iraq's desire to stand with the U.S. In fact, at that time, after he caught so many corrupt officials, right? He went back and caught some more people. We didn't tell you the specifics before. After he went back, in August, he caught some intelligence heads again. The former intelligence heads of the previous government, as well as some militia members, because many of the militias inside had become these very pro-Iran, pro-CCP terrorists. Then, at that time, actually, after catching some people, there were still some stubborn forces, right? Of course, he couldn't fix it in one day, right? Because this Iraq situation is also the result of the past years of not handling things well, allowing various forces to take advantage of the void. So, at that time, he came to see Trump in July, and went back in August to catch another group of people. Then, five of the most hardline pro-Iran organizations, these militia armed groups, still publicly refused to disarm, so that means we are at odds. Well, this is what the CCP says. 'Look, once the U.S. leaves, once the U.S. military leaves, don't we have a vacuum?' But at the same time, let me tell you, when the U.S. military withdrew, besides the warning I mentioned about the U.S. dollar and what is still in U.S. hands, the U.S. also emphasized that the military and intelligence cooperation between the U.S. and Iraq is still very heavy. That is, the U.S., for example, trains Iraq's own military intelligence forces. And do you remember when I said at the time that when they rushed into the elite residential area to make arrests, it was actually the special forces trained by the U.S.?
So, the actual power of the United States is still there. And if you look at this situation, it is very interesting, because now the CCP and pro-Iranian organizations think that when they see a vacuum, it is time to counterattack, but in reality, the U.S. has directly given the green light. I am not there, I am not directly participating in the war, but first, on one hand, I maintain cooperation with your own Iraqi government forces and so on, and on the other hand, I maintain cooperation with Israel. The U.S. military doesn't need to do it; Israel has a stronger capability to deal with terrorists on the ground. Do you understand what I mean? Who has more sufficient experience in dealing with local terrorists than Israel? And you say if the U.S. military does something, to be honest, the reporters are watching within the Iraqi army, and public opinion is watching. The CCP is just waiting, saying, 'Hey, if the U.S. military does even the slightest thing, the CCP will immediately arrange a public opinion war against you!' 'How can you, the U.S. military, do this? You are interfering in Iraq's internal affairs! You Iraqi nationalists, you must rise up and deal with U.S. hegemony,' and so on. They have plenty of narratives to spin.
Israel is not afraid of this; Israel has been talked about by others for so many years, right? All these anti-American and anti-Israel forces wish they could swallow Israel up immediately; it is all the same rhetoric. If you say it too much, the lion won't even bite. So the U.S. steps back. I won't leave my troops there to be targets, nor will I leave them there for you to spread rumors and stir up trouble. I left, but hey, while you are not looking, Israel enters the scene, and the new Iraqi Prime Minister is also very sensible.
When the U.S. military left, wasn't the new Iraqi Prime Minister celebrating Sovereignty Day? The CCP interprets it as nationalism, but the Iraqi Prime Minister's meaning is, 'That's great. After the U.S. military leaves, if I handle things myself, that is called my internal affairs, right?' Hey, now you can't say I am a puppet of the U.S., or that I am helping the U.S. harm Israel—no, no, not harm anyone—harm Iraq, or weaken Iraq's sovereignty.
Look, I sent the U.S. military away, and now what I have to deal with is our own internal affairs. Just like the CCP is always saying, 'These are our own country's affairs, what right do you have to point fingers?' So Iraq handles it itself, and while handling it, you don't even know when Israel, right? Sneaks in and helps them solve it along the way! If Israel doesn't say anything and Iraq doesn't say anything, we wouldn't even know the airspace was opened, right? Going in to conduct an airstrike? Conducting some reconnaissance? Collecting some intelligence? Hey, you know who did it, right? Anyway, that is how it is now.
I tell you, from now on, those terrorists and such who are backed by the CCP and Iran, and who are still jumping around in Iraq, I tell you, you won't even know when they will just go 'bang, bang, bang' and disappear. Hey, we don't need to worry, because it has already entered a state where it is a total mess, and you don't even know what happened, right? You think it is all the same, but in reality, they have already been cleared out in such a process. So this move played by the U.S., I tell you, it makes the CCP furious! Alright, this matter is very interesting, isn't it? And by the way, let me say a little more, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that...
From the October 7th terrorist attack until now—today, it should be October 7th over there in Israel, right? The third anniversary, this memorial day—they have already killed 4,000 attacking terrorists. Look, they released photos here. Aren't these the people who were slaughtering on October 7th? These are all numbered, one by one, in Israel's database, right? These have already been eliminated! And including these, in the photos—hey, I think many of the videos released back then had this photo, it seems it was spread quite widely. Anyway, according to the current meaning of the IDF, it should be that...
All the people in the photos have already been cleared out, but they said that at the time there were actually a total of 6,000 terrorists. My god, how terrifying! The IDF says these 6,000 are still being searched for, from all kinds of videos, photos, and evidence. You have to know, where do all these videos and photos come from? One is intelligence collection, including surveillance, satellite imagery, etc.; another is, you want to catch a bunch of terrorists, look through their mobile phones, find out who the accomplices are, what the communication records are, and then catch another batch and look again. That is how they keep following the clues, following the clues, right? So this includes using facial recognition, etc. It is said that currently, there are still 300 people accused of participating in the October 7th attack who have been caught and are waiting in line for trial. Anyway, the head of the Shin Bet said, not a single one can be missing, understand? Not a single one will be lost! Oh my, really, these Hamas members cultivated by the CCP—the CCP must be thinking now, how to get some other people, right? Start from other directions. Hamas is truly useless now, it is just that they haven't been completely wiped out in one go yet.
Okay, then let's talk about another matter. Over the past couple of days, do you remember a judicial watch organization called Judicial Watch? Using the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), they previously obtained a lot of communication records regarding people like Ralph Baric and others. Recently, this Judicial Watch applied to the FBI for a lot of information regarding the attempted assassination of Trump during the 2024 campaign in Pennsylvania, the case where a shot grazed Trump's ear.
And what happened? The FBI responded and provided a lot of documents—hundreds of pages with various types of redacted content—which they have now disclosed. Those who are interested can go take a look for themselves. Over the past few days, reports have gradually emerged regarding some astonishing details from within, as well as details that people are paying close attention to. Oh, it's very interesting. Let me show you what kind of details there are. For example, the New York Post did a series of reports. Let's look at the New York Post first: a couple of days ago, it reported that this assassin named Thomas Matthew Crooks attempted the shooting at the Butler, Pennsylvania rally on July 13, 2024, and at the time, a fire chief at the scene was shot and killed while trying to protect his family.
And then, around September 20, a retired veteran who was injured at the rally was discharged—well, this was actually two years after discharge? No, suffering from the lingering effects, he just passed away recently at the end of September. So this assassination essentially killed two people, right? And Trump was injured. Okay, based on the evidence obtained by Judicial Watch, attention is now focused on a few points. One point is that a few months before the shooting, this person had sent a series of very strange text messages that appeared to be coded in nature to an unidentified contact described by the FBI. What were they?
Look, it disclosed some conversations here, including an obvious "hello hello red hello red," and something like "h d u d h," something like "d b b d," and "788edej," "uo," etc. A series of garbled things like that, you see? Including this—some parts are blurred, but a few lines of dialogue also appear. This is a series of text messages currently disclosed and held by the FBI, showing that in 2023, a year and a half before the shooting, on February 9, an unidentified contact was texting with this assassin Crooks. Based on the few sentences that can be seen, that person asked him, "Are those parts printed with a 3D printer?" And Crooks said, "Yes, except for the fan blades," though it's unclear what fan was being referred to. Then this contact replied, "Wow, looks cool." And Crooks sent another piece of content that was redacted by the FBI. After that, the other party asked, "How are the parts?" Ah, this looks like they were discussing something about 3D printed parts.
And then, it says—just what I showed you earlier—something like "Hello Hello Red Hello Red," which appears to be another person whose identity is also undisclosed. Then, this series of messages was sent between Crooks and this contact over a six-month period from May 21, 2023, to January 3, 2024. What's interesting here is that it repeatedly features "hello red" and "red yup red," right? Oh, very interesting. It seems that—because the FBI has already redacted a lot of things related to this coded content, we have no way of directly guessing based on this code whether it's some kind of cipher or what. But this matter is very interesting, because obviously, look, first of all, it's definitely abnormal communication behavior, needless to say, right? So once you decrypt it, this is just a part of it.
It is quite obvious here that if one were to conduct research on this, and if the FBI obtained this information, you would certainly investigate the patterns of this communication, even if you couldn't understand the content, right? Moreover, I think there is a high probability that the FBI could identify the other party, including whether they were using a VPN, or where they were located at the time. They might even have grasped the person's true identity; the fact that it is currently redacted indicates that this is highly sensitive content, doesn't it? So, as I try to understand the encoding issues we know about, I think we cannot rule out a few possibilities. It is possible that when they were in the early stages of establishing communication, they used a mix of passwords and garbled text to avoid detection, right? Then they established this communication, which seems meaningless, but they first established the communication channel. Once they found that this channel was clear and this method worked, they might have used more meaningful encrypted content or code words later on. Those might be the parts the FBI didn't decrypt, or perhaps they were things that were easy to understand at a glance, right?
Furthermore, in spy novels or things about cryptography, they often mention that sometimes these simple, repetitive characters often have fixed meanings, which is very interesting. Why do "hello red" and "red" appear so frequently? You see "hello red red red" or "red yup red," so what does this "red" actually mean? Of course, when we see "red," isn't that the CCP? Right? It's hard to say, it could be anything. Anyway, it feels like this "red" might be some kind of code name here. So, while this stuff seems meaningless, you have to realize that if it were truly meaningless, the FBI would never have released it. Because when responding to a FOIA request, the FBI first has to filter out a large amount of junk. The FBI wouldn't create extra work for itself by handing over a bunch of meaningless stuff, only for people to study it for a long time and then say, "Since this is meaningless, why did you give it to us? Are you wasting the public's time? Are you intentionally trying to confuse us?" Right? So, the FBI has no reason to release such meaningless things, which makes this very interesting.
Another point is that it is possible that this "Hello Red" and the previous sender are the same group, or even the same person. It wasn't explicitly stated whether it was the same person, right? It is possible that they used one channel when discussing 3D printing earlier, and then switched to another channel or contact method later; both are possible. Besides that, what is even more terrifying is a detail here that I think we should all pay close attention to, which is what I mentioned in my title. It says that in the decrypted files provided by the FBI, it includes that Crooks had previously received a package from Hong Kong sent via DHL. The problem is that this content is mentioned in just one sentence. I think interested viewers can check if the judicial observation emphasized the contents of this package in specific details. But based on the multiple versions of reports I have seen, there is no report saying who this package came from or what exactly it was. However, this detail is very obvious, and various reports have noticed it. Many different media reports have specifically highlighted this detail—that it came from Hong Kong. So, I tell you, when Trump showed Xi that photo in the White House of himself covering his ears, and Xi in that photo was facing away from the camera—I tell you, that is deeply significant!
Okay, some other things have been made public here. For example, the gun I just showed everyone, right? This is the Panzer Arms semi-automatic rifle that Crooks used during the attack. There is a ruler placed next to it, right? Regarding its length, this is FBI evidence, right? Furthermore, it is very clear that these documents declassified by the FBI are related to Crooks's prior preparations; no, he may have been preparing for more than a year in advance. And then, for instance, in 2024, half a year before the incident, in February, there were forty photos taken by Crooks using a drone during that entire month. They have also been released. These drone photos include what appear to be scouting preparations at different locations. Among them is the large stadium in Pennsylvania called PNC Park, which is the home field of the Pittsburgh Pirates of Major League Baseball. There is another stadium, which is the home field of the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League. In other words, he had also scouted popular venues for such ball games, right? Perhaps I don't know if his target at that time was Trump. Like, he started preparing in 2023, leading into 2024. It's hard to say if his target had always been Trump, right? But in any case, he had been preparing for these things all along.
And then, regarding the Panzer rifle just mentioned, it was found at the shooting scene, right? And didn't we just say that the disclosed text messages mentioned he liked 3D printing? This is also very interesting! This backpack and the disassembled rifle you see, this was also found at the scene of the shooting; it is the shooter's rifle and another one that had already been taken apart, also this Panzer Arms semi-automatic rifle. The New York Post has an article specifically discussing this, saying that some declassified documents state that Crooks, this person, uh, Crooks liked 3D printers and used them to make things. Including his father, Matthew Crooks, who previously told investigators that his son had once tried to 3D print a Glock pistol, a Glock 19. But his father said, "My son once used a carbon fiber plastic dryer and an oven to make a Glock 19." Then, however, his father did not let his son use this pistol. His father thought his son was purely interested in the hobby, so he told his son: "This gun is homemade, it's not safe, and it might explode. Don't use it." This is a very interesting detail, you see?
So here, what exactly did he print with his 3D printer? We haven't seen it explicitly stated in these declassified documents, but in any case, these things that have been declassified now, yes, as Antonio once said, it feels like mimicking some kind of communication handshake, hinting at what kind of code system the text might be. I think so too, right? So I specifically went to look at that previous report from the New York Post about Crooks liking 3D printing; it was also a recent report, from mid-September. Isn't this the shooter's photo? There are some interesting details here too. This is the shooter, this is a photo of him gesturing with a pistol earlier. And behind this is also the evidence from that time; this is the shooter, a photo taken at the assassination scene before the shooting occurred. A photo taken when he was preparing to assassinate Trump. This is the photo of the shooter after he was killed, right? There are some interesting details here too.
Regarding the FBI-disclosed documents about the shooter's personal characteristics, the title of this New York Post article is "FBI reveals shooter Thomas Crooks had no emotions since birth." Listen to that, no emotions. It says he was born on September 20, 2003, which means he was just 21 years old when he committed the crime, not even that, his birthday hadn't passed yet.
His father confessed that he didn't even cry when he was born, and it wasn't just an abnormal phenomenon; his entire short 20-year life was characterized by this abnormal quietness. His family didn't know why, saying he didn't cry when he was born and was a very quiet child while growing up. His father described it to the FBI this way, saying he felt he had never had a real emotional bond with his son, that no such father-son affection had been established.
Why? He said it was because his son's quietness was actually a manifestation of a cold personality. This person, look at his photos, he didn't really smile; in fact, he almost never smiled and rarely showed strong emotions, and his personality was such that even his parents found it hard to fathom. Very strange! But this person was very smart.
His father said that when this kid Crooks was young, he was quiet, smart, and very fond of shooting. His childhood had some out-of-line behaviors, but they weren't really something that gave his family a huge headache. For example, he said that when his son was in elementary school, he occasionally had some out-of-line behaviors that seemed aimed at getting attention.
Yet these behaviors weren't exactly earth-shattering. For instance, his father mentioned that some of his son's rebellious acts in elementary school amounted to nothing more than breaking a school desk and damaging a little bit of school property. Compared to so many problem children, this hardly counted as anything. Then, by middle school, his parents wondered if he might have ADHD, which is attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
It seemed he was never officially diagnosed, as they only suspected it. Later on, they also worried if their child might have hung out with some bad kids for a period in middle school, though there was no extra evidence for that. There are a few very interesting details here: he said that when his son was young, he had a dispute with his older sister and once retaliated, but all he did was fill the entire fish tank—where the fish kept by his sister lived—with fish food, dumping a whole pack of it in. That didn't sound like a big deal either, killing at most a few fish.
At the time, his parents also tried to find ways to make their son produce some emotional response; for example, they repeatedly tried to pressure the son until he cried, trying to provoke such an emotional reaction. Later on, when the son entered his freshman and sophomore years of high school, this emotional state obviously became much quieter, much more closed-off, and he even showed some tendencies of talking to himself.
His dad thought, maybe he should let his son participate in more social activities? But there was no improvement. Later on, why did people say this Crooks was very smart? Because when this kid went to high school, he prepared for college entrance exams all by himself. His father said he pushed himself hard, what people nowadays call having a very strong self-motivation ability. Look, originally he didn't seem to have any social skills, nor any ability to survive in society, and he was so closed-off.
Yet, without any prep or taking practice tests unprepared, he took the American college entrance SAT exam and scored a high 1400. His dad was very surprised, saying that because in the US you can take it multiple times, when Crooks took the SAT exam again, he actually achieved close to a perfect score of 1500.
So he was indeed very smart, no doubt about it! At that time, he also occasionally expressed to his family that he wanted to do some pretty cool jobs, such as joining the military or working on a submarine, because he felt those jobs might be really cool. But his dad kept telling investigators that he could never figure out why his son would want to be an assassin, especially to assassinate Trump, because his son had never shown any obvious political leanings or anything of the sort. Another thing was that by the time his son reached 20, it seemed he had never had a romantic partner, and didn't even show interest in girls, while at the same time denying that he was gay. Perhaps this person had no orientation in this regard during adolescence, no expression of feelings, no emotional fluctuations of this sort, and so on.
Instead, starting from his teens, he developed a strong interest in gunfire and firearms, and there is another very interesting point here: Crooks didn't plan to go hunting outdoors. In fact, he didn't like chasing animals outdoors to hunt either, and he didn't even like things like fishing. But he just felt, for instance, he would go and make a handgun himself, or something. Moreover, during COVID, Crooks specifically went to a shooting club back then, and even asked his dad if he could have the gun left behind by his grandpa. After he went to this shooting club, all through COVID, starting around 2020 until he became a gunman in 2024, over these few years...
His dad said that his child's shooting skills at the shooting club must have continuously improved, to the point where he even bragged to his dad: "Hey, I can hit targets past 100 yards myself!" His dad asked him: "Why are you shooting so far?" He replied: "Well, I just want to see, just want to see how far I can actually hit when I aim using the most basic gun sights." Later on, he became increasingly interested in long-distance shooting; for example, he specifically bought some professional scopes and began studying by himself how to zero a scope, how to adjust specific aiming angles, and how to measure shooting distances. The more he studied by himself, you know, the more professional it got, right?
And his father said that later, as he became increasingly addicted to guns, he started buying a large number of gun parts, tools, and other items to enhance performance on Amazon. He even used the name of a late Republican presidential candidate, Bob Dole, as his alias for receiving shipments. His father didn't know why he used the name Bob Dole, as Bob Dole was not a former president, just a previous Republican presidential candidate who had already passed away.
His father was a bit suspicious, wondering if it was because his own checking account was frequently hacked during the same period, so he didn't know if his son had leaked his account information while shopping online, leading to the constant hacking attacks. In any case, because he was a man of few words, his father would ask him sometimes, but he wouldn't explain. His father didn't really understand what he was doing, only that he was hiding his identity. His father also knew that he deliberately studied VPN software and browser software to hide his identity, and sometimes he even taught his father how to use them. He said this made it harder for others to intrude, but his father's understanding of him was very limited.
Then, after he brought a 3D printer home, wasn't he doing all kinds of experiments? His father thought this was just a hobby of his. The key is that this guy seemed to have strong self-learning abilities, and there were probably people online, for example, guiding him, so he later specifically bought some simple, low-cost microcomputers like Raspberry Pi to make his own surveillance cameras. So this guy researched a lot of things and played with a lot of things. The only thing was that his father felt he didn't care about politics at all. Even when Trump first participated in the presidential campaign, his father asked him, "Who do you like? What do you think?"
He seemed to understand, but whenever it was mentioned, he would act indifferent. So his father thought he just knew about these things but didn't necessarily care about them. The key point is that his father said his son had mentioned Marco Rubio at one point during a chat, so it is possible that Rubio was also a potential assassination target. It's just that his father couldn't tell if he leaned Republican or Democrat. Instead, when he talked about these things, he always framed them in a relaxed, mocking, indifferent, and "watching the show" attitude, you know? So his father couldn't figure out why his son would do something like this in the end.
So, looking at this, based on his description, it's actually very difficult to judge whether he has an antisocial personality or high-functioning autism, because it's not very typical, you know? Regardless of whether he is, you see, he does have high isolation, his emotions are very impoverished and indifferent, he has social difficulties, and intense focus. But whether we are talking about Asperger's, which is high-functioning autism, or what we call a psychopath, it's actually not very typical. Because you can't diagnose him, it's hard to fit him into these categories.
I think the reason why this declassified content, including investigators, is so focused on his personal character is that it is very likely that his personality was discovered and exploited by others, leading to manipulation, including all kinds of psychological control, etc. So, from a personal perspective, he might not have had any real political motivation. "I like this Democrat," "I don't like this Republican"—those might not have existed at all. It is very likely that he just wanted to prove himself. Like before, didn't they say he even wanted to be an elite officer on a nuclear submarine? So he might just be, one, he hadn't fully matured, and two, his personality was exploited, and he had personality flaws as well as cognitive flaws. And this person was so smart that he was easily used like a super tool.
Yes, the question is how to find such people. That is very interesting. Think about it: he was someone who communicated extensively online, searching for things, doing things. If his personal interests and the content he communicated online were targeted by someone with ulterior motives, and they studied him in reverse and found that he was suitable to be subtly influenced into becoming an assassin, then they could use targeted strategies to deal with him. Don't you think this psychological warfare and psychological manipulation is just that? Why else would the CCP be so fond of using TikTok to lock onto targets, especially teenagers? Because it helps them with initial screening, and then they combine it with the personal privacy data that the CCP steals everywhere, right? This extensive mapping of American data—and it's not just the US, it's the whole world. Then they compare and contrast. Like how they found the assassin of Abe, right? It sounds very reasonable, as if it were revenge due to the influence of a cult, which sounds very reasonable, doesn't it?
Then how was that person found? The one who originally had a Taiwan background, went to a Las Vegas, was a Taiwanese person who then ran to California and carried out a mass shooting in a Taiwanese church—that person was also constantly targeted by the United States-China United Front, and even served as a part-time professor or something in the mainland! In a place like Suzhou, after returning, they engaged in this kind of massacre, so those who specifically play psychological warfare will definitely choose these targets. And as for him, when you look at it, it seems to us like, everyone thinks, oh my, such a special person. But when screening through a massive crowd of people, coupled with the fact that you ask whether the CCP has informants inside schools? Is it possible inside local hospitals? Inside communities? You have no idea, and you also don't know when this person was truly targeted, or when they began to realize this person was genuinely useful.
But you know, according to the information released by the FBI, at least by 2023 he had already been activated, and then purposefully shaped into—I estimate that if the conditions were right that day, if it were Rubio, this shooting might have also happened, right? Anyway, for him, it seemed like nothing mattered to him. And you say his emotions were so detached, how suitable he is to be a calm assassin! And perhaps he didn't care about life and death either, because with his emotional detachment, his perception of life and death might also be different. So this is why that released conversation that looked like garbled code, and the subsequently redacted content, are definitely the focus of the investigation! Alright, for this case, let's update everyone up to here for now.
Then let me show you, it's hilarious! The news that came out over the last two days, actually yesterday some viewers and friends had already mentioned this in the comments. Linda Sun's case, actually as we told you, originally her and her husband's case of becoming agents of the Chinese Communist Party—last year's trial suddenly ended up like an auction falling through, unable to be concluded, just because the jury came up with a very strange situation where out of nearly twenty charges, not a single one was established. Moreover, the court at the time said there was a problem with this, so this wasn't called concluding the case, but rather re-gathering and tidying up the evidence, drafting a new indictment, maybe adding some content to it, and then waiting until next January to restart this lawsuit. Therefore, it does not mean Linda Sun got away with it at the time. But do you remember I talked about Linda Sun's case on my program? Back then it was a very big defense lawyer, very wealthy. And it was said back then that Linda Sun's legal fees in that case were spent in the millions and millions, flowing like water. Moreover, every time Linda Sun appeared in court, she was arrogant and full of confidence, with the backing of a powerful motherland, alright?
The news coming out now is really very interesting! That is, the Eastern District of New York is preparing a new superseding indictment. As we said, when retrying in January, there needs to be a new indictment. When preparing the new indictment, not only did it not go the way the CCP hoped—since your twenty-some charges didn't stand, the CCP—we guessed at the time that the CCP must have put some effort into this jury, which certainly must be illegal, right? But the CCP definitely thought, if you have the ability, indict again, and when the new superseding indictment comes, I can still play this trick with you. At that time, many of those 50-Cent Army trolls and others were saying Linda Sun's case would either finally be completely dropped and fail, and the CCP would be very happy, or the twenty-some indictments would be pruned down. As a result, who would have thought, look at how the new superseding indictment has now been submitted, not only maintaining the original twenty-some charges, but also adding a new charge of money laundering conspiracy? See that? This new superseding indictment, in order to be able to convince the jury of those twenty-some charges in the new trial, means that the prosecuting side holds a massive amount of evidence in their hands. Just like we said Zhang Wanying only published the evidence for the basic first charge, behind the scenes they certainly hold a massive amount of evidence, right? That's just a matter of slowly releasing it to you later depending on the situation. So upon seeing this, it's clear the prosecuting side went back with a lot of other evidence, not only substantiating those twenty-some charges, but also adding yet another one. We can just say we don't know where this 'winning by a landslide' actually won to. So now it's interesting, with this case right on the doorstep of being tried again in January, after the new superseding indictment was submitted, Linda Sun's high-profile defense lawyer unexpectedly announced their withdrawal from Linda Sun's case.
They said because last year they originally submitted the previous indictment around September, and then later supplemented it with several pieces of this indictment content. At the end of last year during the trial, in the end the jury couldn't reach a consensus on a single charge. Now look, this year in September the new indictment came out, and it was originally scheduled for trial on October 5th—why was it pushed back? Because a motion came out at the time saying Linda Sun's lawyer submitted a letter stating Linda Sun's health condition was not good, and therefore requesting a postponement of the trial. This kind of feigning illness, as we've said, Guo Wengui, Linda Sun, and Xi Jinping are all using it; they all come out of the same system and are cut from the same cloth. Oh, by the way, to add, that newly added charge is related to the couple laundering the proceeds of kickbacks collected by taking advantage of purchasing protective gear during the COVID-19 pandemic. Look, this COVID matter was thrown right back into it, wasn't it?
And after this postponement, the lawyers now say that Hu Xiao and Linda Sun can no longer afford to pay their legal fees and hope the judge will unfreeze their assets. This is because last year the lawyers complained that they were very expensive and asked if the assets could be unfrozen so they could take legal fees from their frozen luxury real estate assets. Later, that motion was rejected by the judge, who said there was insufficient evidence that the two of them had run out of money, so the assets could not be unfrozen. Furthermore, the judge noted that these assets included proceeds from fraud, and you cannot have money stolen from the U.S. government used to pay your own legal fees, only for the government to be unable to recover it from the lawyers later, so the assets will not be unfrozen. Therefore, as I told you, no matter how good the lawyers are, they cost millions and millions every day. Why else do you think I mentioned Guo Wengui's case back then? Didn't they start out with free lawyers, and after the trial went on until this year, they realized something was wrong and decided they needed expensive lawyers to fight state security? Then didn't Guo Wengui switch to expensive lawyers to fight state security for him? At the time, Guo's side was extremely excited, thinking that Mr. Guo's sentencing could be delayed indefinitely, and that in the end he would either be pardoned by Trump or acquitted, and the U.S. government would even have to apologize to Mr. Guo. Oh, give me a break! Over there, the bills were piling up massively, while doing absolutely nothing to stop Guo Wengui from going away for thirty years, right?
It's the same with Linda Sun's side. Look, with such wealthy lawyers, after the lawsuit concluded last year, you wanted to unfreeze more of Linda Sun's assets to pay your legal fees, but the court refused. So if this drags on, you can endure a month, but not half a year; you can endure half a year, but not two years. With the trial scheduled for next year, didn't Linda Sun try to delay it citing poor health? Dragging it out to a January trial, and then fighting for a few more weeks—well, her lawyers are not going to play along anymore. Recently, seeing no hope of getting money from Linda Sun and with the judge refusing to unfreeze her assets to pay their bills, on October 1st, the defense lawyers for Linda Sun and her husband Hu Xiao completely downed tools and wrote directly to the court, stating, 'I am requesting to withdraw from representing Linda Sun because Ms. Sun is already unable to afford the legal representation fees for the retrial.' In addition, because a new indictment was added—didn't I mention they added new evidence?—the lawyers said, 'Look, the new indictment recently submitted by the government has caused our workload to increase dramatically. I still have to study what new evidence the government has brought out and figure out how to refute it for you, right? But now I have no money and can't do this job, so I am quitting and refusing to do it.'
And that means right now, the most likely outcome for Linda Sun is either that the CCP will hook her up with some very cheap lawyers, or she will have to use a court-appointed free lawyer. As for the standard of those free lawyers, let me tell you, just look at the court records during Guo Wengui's trial. It was so ridiculous! It basically amounted to, 'Wow, your case is this complex? How come a witness showed up and I don't even know who they are?' Then they would give answers completely beside the point. Then another witness would come up, and the lawyer wouldn't even know how to cross-examine them. Then the other side would say something, and the lawyer would go, 'Oh, is that how it is?' Then the lawyer would say something over there, and the prosecution or the witness would say, 'No, wait, as a lawyer you got that wrong,' and the lawyer would reply, 'Is that how it is? I have no idea either.' It was just totally incompetent, you know? Because many free lawyers are not driven by great love; they are mostly doing it to fulfill a certain number of required hours, or internship requirements, or tax write-off requirements, and so on—they are certainly not helping you out of a sense of responsibility and great love. When your case is this complex, and they represent you for free—sure, representing someone for free in a simple criminal case like not paying rent or a minor dispute is one thing—why on earth would they be so dedicated and conscientious toward you?
So, watching it unfold just like the situation with Guo Wengui back then, Sun Wen's case has now reached this critical juncture at the very last moment, yet somehow they can no longer pay the lawyer fees. This essentially throws Sun Wen and her husband out in the cold. If the CCP still valued these two people, even as a last resort, they wouldn't have let their previous lawyers abandon them, right? Logically speaking, you would press your advantage. In the previous trial, the jury couldn't even reach a consensus, so this time, at worst, you would study the evidence a bit more thoroughly, and with absolute confidence, fight off all twenty charges just the same, right? But no. When you see this, you see that these agents—having fallen to Sun Wen's level, even if they briefly thought they were having a resurgence last year—look at this year: the party is out of money, so it can't afford to take care of you anymore! They throw you away the moment they want to, right? This is very interesting because, you know, once the floodgate on Sun Wen is opened, the vast online network behind it—such as Governor Kathy Hochul of the Democratic Party, former Mayor Bill de Blasio, and whom exactly Sun Wen pulled into this network during her time dealing with DEI? How did she contact that airport? How did she help the CCP make contacts over here? Why was the salted duck given to her and not someone else? There is so much stuff to dig into here that definitely far exceeds the contents made public in the indictment. Now that things have reached this point, oh my, what is the CCP even bragging about there? Your own such important agents, cultivated since childhood, and now you say you abandon them just like that? Meanwhile, over on Guo Wengui's side, they are still singing praises for Xi Jinping and Peng Liyuan, still pinning their hopes on Guo Wengui being rescued by President Xi at any moment, being sent back to China, and being used in a spy swap. What are you even dreaming about? Thirty years—you just stay right there honestly. I think this whole Sun Wen affair is very clear. When her trial comes up in January, we will still have plenty of content to watch.
Well, speaking of which, we just talked about that plague matter earlier, and today even more news has come out. Ah, we have to share some further updates with everyone. First, this photo shows the 28-year-old female researcher who was the first plague death. She actually looked quite cute, and now she has already passed away. Crucially, it was exposed today that a second death has already occurred, which reportedly has plunged the entire Kremlin into crisis management mode. This is a report by the British newspaper The Mirror, saying many people worry that Putin is covering up this health crisis. How worried should we be? They say the first researcher already died mysteriously, and now is your information opaque once again? They say that following this outbreak, there are now fears locally of a flare-up because if pneumonic plague spreads, it indeed can spread very quickly and in a short span of time, right? Therefore, hundreds of people in the local area have been quarantined—that place is a very small area with only tens of thousands of people, reportedly less than 100,000 local residents—and at least three or four hospitals have entered a state of lockdown.
Now, do you remember yesterday when I told you about how in that laboratory, they knocked over a test tube containing plague bacteria, then sought medical treatment four days later after developing symptoms, and at first it was treated incorrectly as COVID-19? Later, when they realized how serious it was and investigated further, the person supposedly said, "Oh dear, I smashed a plague test tube," and then they realized the situation was severe, and the ICU couldn't save them. Well, I told you yesterday, and today Nuomituan specifically made an online clip out of this. I said there are many problems with this narrative; I find it hard to believe because so many parts of it don't make sense. Whether viewed from the perspective of a P3-level staff member, from the perspective of plague transmission, or from the perspective of crisis response, it is incomprehensible that a civil-military fusion laboratory formerly belonging to the Soviet Union—one that has researched the plague for years—would face a potential laboratory accident involving the plague, yet the researcher conducting the study couldn't even figure out what was happening to themselves and only stated right before dying that they had smashed a plague test tube. That just doesn't make sense. Therefore, another version of the narrative has emerged today.
According to reports from the Kyiv Independent regarding the situation in Ukraine, the twenty-eight-year-old female scientist who died, named Daria, allegedly broke a sample accidentally while collecting it. However, the claim about collecting samples in a laboratory is not necessarily impossible. Furthermore, other reports suggest she was visiting a wildlife habitat where plague is naturally present, and she fell ill after that investigation. This means there are now different versions of the story emerging; media outlets in Russia, Ukraine, and elsewhere are starting to claim that it might not have happened in a laboratory, but outside. Do you see? If she truly had a period of consciousness before she died, and if she knew what she had done, regardless of whether she had been to the wild or broken a test tube in the lab, she would have told the doctors directly, right? Besides, the matter of whether a test tube was broken or not is not that hard to understand, you know? When we conduct experiments in a P3 lab, we are the most fearful of even the slightest experimental risk. You know, as I told you before, before you enter a Biosafety Level 3 laboratory, like when Liao Peng specifically asked me, 'Are you willing to undergo this training? If you are afraid, we won't arrange it for you.' Because he himself knew that if a person cannot adapt to this environment, they cannot handle the high pressure. They cannot master the precision required for experiments; if you are like someone with Parkinson's, shaking and trembling, you might cause an incident even when nothing is wrong. Such a person would not be allowed to pass in the first place.
Secondly, let me tell you, in our kind of BSL-3 laboratory, even in the CCP-controlled country, one has to be responsible for one's own life; it is impossible to have things like eating animals or turning a blind eye to safety protocols. It's just like the nuclear arsenal I told you about; it is watched very strictly. In this laboratory, there are surveillance cameras, and there are staff members available twenty-four hours a day who can be contacted at any time, and there are mature protocols for emergency responses. And let me tell you, even after someone finishes training and enters the lab to conduct experiments, if they find that they truly cannot handle the psychological pressure, I'll tell you this: we had a colleague at the University of Hong Kong who was famous for this. He passed the assessment and went in to do experiments, but whenever this person did experiments, others felt uneasy. It felt like whatever he did, due to nervousness, he couldn't control himself; he might have unsteady hands, tremors, or almost drop things, being careless. So everyone immediately told him, 'You don't need to do this anymore!' Everyone directly told him, 'Don't enter the P3 lab in the future, because you don't get extra money for working inside, right? If you don't come in to work, we are all safe, and there's no loss.'
So when you see that there are already so many versions and so many narratives appearing about this incident, you know there is a big problem here. Well, the issue is that there are many reports saying that at the time—not years ago, but at the time—she was hospitalized on September 29, three days before her death, because she stayed in the hospital for three days. It is said that when she was admitted, it was actually under the reason of 'pneumonia of unknown origin.' In other words, 'plague' was not written down at the moment of admission. Then, three days later, she was put on a ventilator and could not be saved, and she died on October 1. It is said that many local media outlets, even those pro-Putin, including a local official, all said she died of pneumonic plague. However, the problem is that in the last few days, the Russian authorities have started to deny that it is plague, saying it is now 'pneumonia of unknown origin,' and they say that hundreds of people are also being quarantined and so on. Of course, our first reaction is, 'Hey, Russia, even your official media cannot be trusted.' They are controlling the situation to avoid causing panic, and it is very obvious that they are trying to control the entire out-of-control situation. At the same time, you have to know that this matter is interesting because everyone knows that it is a plague research institute, and their director just went to China to participate in an emergency command plague drill. After that, the symptoms of pneumonia are very consistent with the possibility of pneumonic plague.
Why is Russia now officially suppressing this matter and pushing it down to 'pneumonia of unknown origin'? It is very interesting. We are all saying it is plague, but who knows if it is really plague? Could it be symptoms similar to this plague, or even pneumonic plague? But it is possible. For example, when COVID-19 first appeared, even if you thought it looked like SARS, if you used a SARS test kit to test it, it would be negative. It is COVID-19; it is not SARS.
Right? So now the problem instead is, is it possible that this is not the pneumonic plague or bubonic plague that everyone knows? Could it be a pathogen with similar symptoms, or even whether it is a bacterium or a virus? Ah, you think about what I'm saying, plague has mature treatments, right? Today you go online and see what Round Paul and others posted, saying that if it is the traditional biological weapon plague we are talking about, whether it is bubonic plague or pneumonic plague, right? It wouldn't reach the point where people doing experiments go in, miss treatment, and ultimately cannot be saved; basically, it wouldn't be this tragic, right? Basically, just take some antibiotics or something and it's about done.
I also talked to you before, yesterday I said that this thing called plague, you don't need to use genetic modification, you don't need to engineer it, its natural self, whether it is current plague or lung plague, is itself a traditionally recognized biological weapon with a high fatality rate. But I didn't say that there must be no biological weapon modification in it, because why? Today let's tell everyone, a second death has now appeared. It is said that Russian media reported that currently, their own official authorities say first, no new plague cases in contact with the first deceased have been found so far, and it is said that about sixty percent of the quarantined people have started to be released from quarantine, and they also think this is an unidentified pathogen.
Then at the same time, President Trump has already said that he will soon have a phone call with Putin, and will very soon have a phone call with Putin to discuss this matter. And Rubio has repeatedly accepted interviews from reporters, saying that we are following this matter very seriously and attentively, wanting to know what is actually happening, and moreover, the United States is willing to provide assistance. At the same time, during this process, the US government today specifically issued a health alert through the US Embassy in Moscow, stating that one death suspected to be caused by pneumonic plague has been confirmed, and at the same time there are quarantines and closures over there, so US residents and US citizens in Russia are requested to pay attention to safety issues.
Ah, it's a Level 4 travel warning, it's best not to go to Russia if there's nothing urgent. But ah, Rubio also said, because there isn't such massive transportation between the United States and Russia, it's not like Wuhan and the whole world back then, so ah, this matter is not so easy to spread, right? At the same time, what more do we want to tell everyone today? It's that you need to know, ah, I talked about this yesterday, it doesn't need to be weaponized to be fatal, but.
Could it be a weaponized plague bacterium? Meaning other aspects are more weaponized. Although you say, ah, making it more fatal would theoretically decrease its transmissibility, it's possible. Well, people might emphasize characteristics of another aspect, it might not need such a high fatality rate for you, is that also possible? Plus, I also said, weaponization doesn't mean you can successfully weaponize it, right? Did you do it, did you experiment? And do you have a semi-finished product, it doesn't mean you have finally put this into a mature arsenal.
So these are all circumstances that need to be considered. Then like this Russia, I just said yesterday, this research institute itself is one that Russia previously had on record, including their biological weapon experts who defected and personally testified that it is a research institute doing plague prevention, using what to prevent plague just like preventing COVID, isn't it conversely also a research institute to develop its weaponization aspects? Well, now the question is, how far the declassified research on plague during the former Soviet period actually went is very interesting, because you have to think.
How far it went is one thing, whether the CCP subsequently learned these technologies and further modified them is another thing. In addition, back then after the collapse of the Soviet Union, because the Soviet Union was not a defeated country, so at that time, I specifically checked, Soviet biological weapons did not undergo thorough opening like nuclear weapon inspections to make it very transparent. On the contrary, like this plague research institute, it belonged to a place that at that time was not transparently and thoroughly opened to accept biological weapon inspections. So whether it has semi-finished products, or even some finished products, still under confidentiality, and then left here, it's hard to say, ah.
Because now although we know many secrets of Soviet biological weapons back then, the sources are basically, first, information obtained from a few major biological weapon laboratories that were limitedly opened back then, and second, books written and interviews accepted and exposed by those biological weapon experts who defected, right? As for the CCP nation, we have long said, ah, the CCP nation has always been eyeing it, ah. Whatever new technology you have there, we all want it, right? So back then, the defectors, like the most famous one Ken Alibek, ah, that biological weapon expert, he was the one in charge of this before the collapse of the Soviet Union, belonging to the highest ah specific person in charge of this project. And he had said that back then, the Soviet Union indeed did a lot of research in weaponizing this plague.
However, the problem is, he knows that the Soviet Union back then actually specifically researched antibiotic-resistant plague studies. Remember a few years ago we told everyone, Lei told us, the Chinese Communist Party has been putting a lot of effort into drug-resistant bacteria—especially since China has a lot of tuberculosis, like drug-resistant tuberculosis—trying to turn them into biological weapons, because tuberculosis is also a traditional biological weapon, meaning they wanted to make it drug-resistant and harder to cure within biological weapon development. China has really put a lot of effort into this, so this drug-resistant plague was also a major focus of Soviet research back then, as well as whether other functions could be added, and so on.
And in this regard, uh, Irkutsk was the key laboratory they focused on. The problem is, even Kenadibek cannot be sure, because Soviet biological weapons involved tens of thousands of people participating in research, just like China today, right? Researching biological weapons, with military-civilian fusion, where some classified personnel know they are researching biological weapons, while others just think they are doing biological research, yet actually work within that network. If you benchmark this against China's current situation, you will know. So to what extent did the Soviet Union actually research this plague?
We currently know that they could definitely use the plague as a biological weapon, because this belongs to the first generation of the plague, which are what we call pneumonic plague, bubonic plague, and so on. And they also definitely tried to find ways to make it better starting from the 1970s, researching both vaccines and drug resistance. The problem is, was this development successful? Some accounts say it was successful, but, uh, it was not ultimately deployed on a large scale; others say it was still being improved in the end, and so on. This is controversial. Did they really crack drug resistance or not? Is it drug-resistant, and what are the effects?
So this matter, especially when we think about how much China values this laboratory, jointly conducting research, cooperating with them on plague prevention, and specifically focusing on preventing imported plague. You China have your own indigenous plague, so why hold a military drill called preventing imported plague? And this sounds very much like "theing doth protest too much, methinks," right? How did you know you had to guard against Russian imports? Oh, you prepared some Yunnan RaTG13 virus story, and then prepared a bunch of Southeast Asian bat stories, and then your drill at Tianhe Airport was called preventing, uh, novel coronavirus patients coming from the Yunnan border or from over there. Hey, how did you prepare with such foresight? Isn't it just like the drill at the Gyirong Port?
So in all this, first, if the Soviet Union had this technology, how much of it did China get? Second, is it possible that China has already gotten its hands on these things that the former Soviet Union didn't even dare to use back then? Furthermore, did China manage to win over these people left behind by the former Soviet Union? And then coordinate inside and outside, cooperating to pull off some incident? Let me tell you, there are many possibilities here. So we still, uh, now have to wait for more situations to emerge. And at the very least, you have to identify the pathogen clearly, right? Then why does Russia say it still cannot figure out what the pathogen is, right? These are all things you have to consider; these are not things you can just casually talk about and lie about. So now, uh, we are also keeping an eye on these news updates, and will share further updates with everyone later. Alright, let's chat about this much for today, see you tomorrow.
