This episode of the Lude Media program discusses the third-anniversary commemorations of the Israeli massacre, the inside story of the UNRWA's confirmed involvement in the massacre, and the FBI's successful thwarting of an ISIS terror plot targeting a U.S. shopping mall by an 18-year-old Somali-American man in Minnesota. Additionally, the program analyzes the reasons for the withdrawal of bombers from British military bases, U.S. military combat loss data, the plague outbreak in Russia, and the resulting discussions on biological weapons and accountability for COVID-19. Finally, it touches upon the WHO Director-General election and the movements of CCP agents.

Alright, hello viewers and friends, welcome to today's Lude Media program, Dr. Yan Speaks, on October 7, 2026. Oh, it's been a long time since we've seen our member friend, Quanpin! He's saying hello. Let's take a look at the news brought to you today. First of all, as everyone knows, today is October 7, the third anniversary of the Israeli massacre, right? As we mentioned yesterday, 6,000 terrorists participated, including Hamas and other terrorist factions. In short, two-thirds have already been successfully hunted down by Israel, and they are still continuing to pursue the remaining terrorists. Today, there are many commemorative activities here in Israel. Of course, the authorities have also said that everyone must be careful; do not announce the location of your gatherings in advance, so as not to give terrorists an opportunity to cause any destruction.
Look here, this was released by Fox. On a local beach in Israel, uh, this is a row after row, do you see? Just now, you can clearly see, what are these? These are rows of human-shaped models arranged there to remember the dead, because a total of about 1,200 people were killed at the time, and 251 were taken hostage, so these represent the victims; human-shaped models are used to represent them. At the same time, next to it, there is a memorial center. That memorial center is in the city center, and they dyed the entire fountain of the memorial center red, and placed the victims' photos next to the fountain. Yes, right, this fountain here, do you see? It's red. And many photos of the victims are placed next to it. You see, the water spraying from the fountain is also red, right? The whole country is commemorating those who died in the massacre or were harmed during the massacre. At the same time, there are also many other videos coming out, letting everyone see this.
Think about it back then, right before the massacre happened, right? That music festival, while everyone was singing and dancing away, suddenly—look, although later we saw many things, including TV shows like *Fauda* retelling what happened at the time, right? Including seeing a lot of footage afterwards, but seeing these newly edited short clips again still feels extremely terrifying! Look, you can see the direct crosshairs, right? Ah, and then over there, they came over using those so-called hang gliders, right here. This is from the perspective of people fleeing in all directions, right? You don't even know if the person taking the photos survived, right? Because later on, many people at the time had places to hide, but after hiding, they were found again and then brutally murdered, right? Including this, look, isn't this the perspective of the terrorists? Right? Because many of them carried mobile phones and things on themselves, they specifically filmed these things. Look at these poor children, what? I think the children they filmed, a large portion of them are probably no longer in this world now. This should have been filmed from the terrorists' perspective. Look, including dragging people away directly, right? I don't know if this person is still alive, right? Including this terrorist, I saw online that because of the bodies of the terrorists they killed, look, right, let's look at this first, this is an outdoor toilet at the music festival, right? Then at the outdoor toilet here, he did this, directly targeting this toilet, anyway, without even opening it to see if anyone was inside, just shooting at the doors one by one. Anyone inside must have been completely killed, right? And some even set fires, right? The situation back then was just too terrifying. Then I saw that.
Those terrorists, yesterday, uh, didn't we talk about it a couple of days ago? That terrorist who fled to the United States, later in the indictment released by the United States and recently disclosed information, it was said that on that morning, seeing Hamas's first wave charge in, right, he was extremely excited, gathered his brothers, quickly grabbed their weapons and went to Israel, and said that while going, on the way they were joking around and stuff. Today I saw the videos filmed by these terrorists themselves that were released, there's one that—I won't play it for everyone, because that one is quite terrifying and might not be suitable for everyone to watch. There was one where he filmed along the way as he was riding a motorcycle—it seemed like someone else was riding the motorcycle and carrying him, and he was sitting in the back, and along the way those terrorists greeted each other upon meeting, shouting things like praise be to God, and then rushed in. And that was very obviously after the people of the first wave rushed in, where the front had already taken down many guard posts and nobody was left, and then after going, in the village whether there were people or not, they shot at people's homes first, right? After shooting, they went in, right? Some of those who rushed in saw that on the floors of people's homes there was already a pool of blood, which obviously meant tragedy had just occurred, right? And those terrorists were extremely joyful, on the road meeting whoever it might be, greeting each other, brother, how's it going? Oh, keep going, so happy! And then—it was just that kind of singing songs like going on a picnic, mighty and grand, going off to kill people. It's truly too terrifying! So this is today.
Even the United Nations has rarely spoken like a human being! Today, a United Nations spokesperson said that an internal investigation concluded that the humanitarian staff of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East in Gaza—that is, the so-called UN personnel doing relief work—were confirmed to have participated in the massacre carried out by Hamas on October 7. To put it bluntly, turning around, the UN Near East relief workers doing charity, or journalists, turn around and instantly transform into armed militants and terrorists, seamlessly switching! I'm telling you, it's too terrifying, truly. The UN, covering things up, has finally spit out a sentence like a human being, right? Ah, well, everyone can go online to look, today there should be many such videos, including repeatedly recommending *Fauda* to everyone, you must watch it. This season of *Fauda* talks about what happened at the time of the massacre, right? A lot of such memories presented in the form of their TV series, as well as their subsequent hunt for these Hamas members.
Let's take a look today. At the exact same time, a nearly successful terrorist attack also took place here in the United States. Breaking news! Look at Fox News, everyone is talking about it, CNN, ABC are all reporting on it. This guy right here, see this? This Black guy with the afro, an 18-year-old male from Minnesota, the FBI has already arrested him. It was announced today that this 18-year-old is a U.S.-born American citizen, but of Somali descent. Do you all know Minnesota? Isn't that where Tim Walz is from? Ah, is this from Tim Walz's area? Or is it from Ilhan Omar and them? This Somali-descended enclave—didn't reporters start undercover investigations there last year regarding hundreds of millions, or billions of dollars in some sort of fraud? At that time online, a very young reporter went undercover there, and the locals—all of Somali descent—didn't dare speak casually. Because either they didn't understand English, or if they did understand English, there were able-bodied young men lingering in the distance watching and monitoring them. Moreover, anyone who dared to interact with these white reporters would immediately be surrounded by those young men. They would either scare the interviewee away or directly threaten the reporters. Furthermore, the reporters' cameras at the time captured that they were carrying guns on them, which scared the reporters out of their minds. There was one most famous reporter who later went to California to investigate and go undercover about welfare fraud, causing California to rush and pass a piece of legislation named after him, saying, "We need to quickly legislate now that if there are any such undercover investigations in the future, we have to arrest them." That's how scared they got, okay?
This terrorist attack by ISIS that almost happened today—this terrorist who was arrested, this 18-year-old Black male, is of Somali descent from Minnesota, and he was planning to carry out a massive shooting at a huge mall in their Somali-descended enclave called the Mall of America, which is a local mall with a lot of people. He was planning to execute a large-scale shooting there. And then, you see, right here we are playing this Fox News video to explain to everyone what is going on. The FBI already held a press conference today because this is a big deal. They said that because he actually started plotting this since December 2024, the FBI had already spotted signs of it back then. Therefore, when he was arrested today—or rather, arrested yesterday or today—it should have been yesterday. He contacted an FBI undercover operative, meaning that when he was arrested yesterday, it was at a park where he was preparing to receive and get weapons from this person. He had contacted the undercover FBI agent online, asking for an assault rifle and ammunition to be provided to him. When the handover took place, he met up with this undercover FBI agent and paid 600 dollars, because the undercover FBI agent was pretending to be a member of ISIS.
And then? What rifle did he get? The rifle he wanted was an AK-47-style rifle, along 200 rounds of ammunition! Oh my god! Ah, and then they arrested him right on the spot. When he was arrested, the Department of Justice announcement released at today's press conference stated—the prosecutor said—that this individual named Mohammed, right? Listen to that name, Mohammed—his purpose in purchasing these weapons was to commit federal acts of terrorism, and he was plotting a shooting that would cause mass casualties. They said this person had already been radicalized, meaning he was already a terrorist, just hadn't carried out the action yet. Because—I'll show you guys in a moment—the announcement specifically disclosed a screenshot of the video where he pledged allegiance to ISIS at the time. Because this person was already radicalized, the FBI actually had him under surveillance. Then, this surveillance discovered that he already had the intent to kill, right? And so they kept going undercover and all that until today when this case was announced. He himself—this man himself—told the undercover agent online that he planned to kill at least 30 to 60 people.
And then? In the released indictment, there is actually a lot of information. Mohammed, more than once and many times over the past two years, repeatedly expressed that he wanted to do something big and launch an attack, and his target was very clear: regardless of where he carried it out, the target would be non-Muslims anyway, see? The so-called infidels. As I mentioned to you guys in our program before, the Chinese Communist Party actually goes and sponsors these extremist Muslim terrorists, while you yourselves are also targets in their eyes, okay? Utterly stupid! Truly! Moreover, it was said that this Mohammed, during text message exchanges with the undercover agent, repeatedly expressed appreciation for recent terrorist attacks. And in fact, despite being born and raised in America—his family came over from Somalia as refugees—he repeatedly expressed the idea of desperately wanting to personally return to Somalia to join ISIS there. Hard to imagine, right? Right there, a terrorist, isn't he?
Then, at the same time, he also expressed: "Oh, I just regret that I don't have enough money to go to Somalia." So, he ultimately decided—as stated in the criminal complaint—that since he regretted not having the money to go to Somalia, he decided not to go there. Instead, he turned to attacking the local Mall of America. Uh, let me show you this announcement from the Department of Justice. Look here, there are photos, right? Let me explain this announcement to you first. He appeared in court for the first time today because he was arrested yesterday. So, the FBI Director, Cash, also said today that preventing terrorists from taking action before they attack Americans—that is, the FBI's efficiency in striking first—is higher than ever before. He said that more than 1,100 people have already been prevented from carrying out attacks. My god! 1,100 terrorists!
Furthermore, he said that regarding activities related to foreign organizations and terrorist groups, the FBI has carried out over 4,000 disruption operations and arrests, a number 38% higher than before. There are many other achievements as well; I don't know if he is counting from the past year or how it is calculated. But this number is also high, making one think, "My god," just thinking about it makes one feel fearful, right? The Assistant Attorney General for National Security at the U.S. Department of Justice, Alson Berg, said that the terrorist Mohamed was preparing to carry out a mass casualty shooting at the Mall of America. Before this, he had expressed a desire—according to evidence—that Mohamed very much wanted to imitate some of the most horrific massacres and attacks that have occurred in the United States, specifically those inspired by ISIS. His targets for imitation were very clear. This included the previous massacre that occurred at a place called Pulse Nightclub, and also, do you remember the terrorist attack in New Orleans on New Year's Day in 2025? He admired them; he felt these were all good role models for him. Moreover, Mohamed had already taken substantive action to prepare for murder; it wasn't just him saying things online, right? Now, he has been caught red-handed, and he had been under surveillance for at least two years. Starting from December 2024, this Mohamed exchanged hundreds of messages through multiple social media platforms and communication apps with someone referred to in the indictment as a "confidential source." Uh, a confidential source—this person should be an undercover agent for U.S. national security, right? He thought he was exchanging information with a terrorist, and he said: "Oh, I really want to go to Somalia." At that time, he already said he really wanted to join ISIS and hoped to represent ISIS in combat. This person is only 18 now, which means he already had such strong desires when he was 15 or 16; he was already very radicalized! I don't know if he was living in the U.S. and encountered these things online, or if his family, his community, and his school were all like this.
And then? He also said that to implement this plan, he hoped to obtain guns and ammunition to carry out a mass casualty event in Minnesota. Oh, and he also said many times, "Oh, it's a pity I don't have the money to go to Somalia, so if it really doesn't work out, I'll make this Minnesota thing the big event of my life." Then time reached this July.
In July, he sent a message to the undercover agent saying he had already decided to cause trouble at the Mall of America, the reason being that the Mall of America belongs to a Jewish family. This Jewish family came to the U.S. from Iran and owns three large commercial centers in the U.S., and this Jewish family is a long-term donor and contributor to the Republican Party.
Well, he thinks this is a Jewish mall, so he wants to go there to cause trouble, and he explicitly said, "I hope to kill 30 to 60 people, so that no one will dare to go to that mall again!" He wants to destroy—not just kill people, he wants to destroy the entire business inside that mall. Then in August and September of this year, he continued to send messages and started to take action.
He prepared to realize this step by step. At that time, he discussed plans for how to buy guns, and he also discussed with the undercover agent about recruiting others to join him in the attack. This Mohamed even sent a selfie—look at this screenshot, see? In this selfie, he said he pledged allegiance to ISIS. So, even though he hadn't gone to Somalia yet, in his heart and through his actions, he had already placed himself as a member of ISIS.
And then? It says here that, like the Bondi Junction mass stabbing in Australia last year, he also admired that very much. The one in New Orleans involved driving a car into people; he thought that was also a good idea. And then, in September, he specifically used that term "kuffar," and also that word "kafir," anyway, it's the word they specifically use to describe non-Muslims, to describe all infidels.
He just said this, he said, 'I want to kill all these people, kill everyone I see,' and he had already made it clear that he planned to carry out this plot on October 24th of this year, which was two weeks later. Why two weeks later? Because he told the undercover agent that on October 24th, there would be a large crowd gathered at the Mall of America, because, as you know, there are many Hmong people from Southeast Asia there—I believe they came from Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia back then? They call themselves Hmong, right? No, no, not the Hmong people mentioned by the CCP. These Hmong-American communities, as well as many other non-Muslims—these 'kuffar' or infidels—would be there attending an art event. Because the mall was hosting such a large-scale event on October 24th, he decided that attacking when the elderly and children were gathered would be most effective.
You have to realize that the Mall of America in Minnesota is a very bustling mall. Its annual foot traffic is number one in the entire United States. Did you know that? People might not expect the mall with the highest annual foot traffic in the U.S. to be in Minnesota. It has over 100,000 visitors every day. Let me put it this way: didn't I tell you that Ben Gurion International Airport in Israel is currently at its peak, with annual traffic comparable to, say, Los Angeles International Airport in the U.S.?
The number of people they handle daily—passengers plus staff—is at most 100,000. But this mall has over 100,000 staff and visitors daily, with an average of over 40 million visits per year. And then you think about it, with a large-scale celebration planned for October 24th, this person really wanted an AK-47, right? When he went for the handover, he asked for an AK-47 and 200 rounds of ammunition. With that kind of spraying, based on his target, 30 to 60 deaths would be easily achievable. That’s why it’s so terrifying! And look at the mall he chose.
I don't even know how this teenager chose this target. I suspect someone online is posting these brainwashing, psychological manipulation videos or information, inciting young people who already have radical tendencies. They plant the seeds in their hearts early on: 'Should I go participate in local terrorist attacks myself, or should I find the best targets nearby?' Because I don't think an 18-year-old determined this on his own. It feels like these brainwashing materials—radical terrorist propaganda—must be all over the internet, and he just looked for something nearby and realized he didn't have the money to travel far.
This was very convenient, right? This mall has annual sales of over one billion dollars! It took in many refugees who were suppressed by the Khmer Rouge back in the day, and many of them are now low-level laborers. I know there was a Hmong gymnast who became a world champion or an Olympic medalist, right? A young girl who was all over the internet a couple of years ago. Her interviews and such showed she worked very hard, didn't she?
Anyway, you see, these terrorists, whatever they do, they want it to be earth-shattering. They don't care if the people in the mall are their local friends or relatives, or children from schools—they might all know each other, right? It doesn't matter if there are other Somali-Americans there. As for his indiscriminate shooting, does he really care if there are Muslims inside? Can he distinguish and only shoot non-Muslims? That’s impossible, right?
Anyway, he doesn't care about anything; he has to do something big! I tell you, if an attack happened at this mall, it would be a huge blow to Minnesota's economy, and it would have ripple effects on nearby places like the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport, not to mention the collateral damage. Speaking of which, look, in September, besides what I just mentioned, he posted other things. For example, look at this—the Department of Justice specifically extracted this from the indictment and put it in the announcement. It's terrifying, right? This photo, this photo is what Mohamed sent to the undercover agent when they were messaging before. He showed the undercover agent, 'Look at this ISIS propaganda video, it's so cool!' My god, the people in front are being killed, and behind them is a direct execution. Things like this made him feel a strong yearning.
So, on October 6th, the FBI arranged for an undercover agent. The person who went to the park to meet him for the handover might not have been the source mentioned earlier. So I don't know about this source; maybe the source is still undercover inside, because the announcement used different wording. In any case, the undercover employee went and said, 'Okay, I'll sell you an AK-47 assault rifle, four 30-round magazines, and about 200 rounds of ammunition.'
However, there is one detail, specifically mentioned here, that before this terrorist handover meeting, the FBI had also made thorough preparations in advance. They had actually rendered the AK-47 rifles unusable. In other words, the moment this guy got the gun, if he resisted arrest, or if some accident happened during his arrest and he ran away, this gun wouldn't cause any harm at all, you see? So he paid about six hundred dollars to purchase all these things.
Ah, and then after he got it, it is said that he was arrested shortly afterward, ah, maybe because the FBI was afraid of hurting children or other people in the park, right? They probably tracked him for a while, to the next block, right? Anyway, they grabbed him directly shortly after. And then, during the process of handing over the firearms and ammunition, he reconfirmed his plan, which was to use these guns and ammunition to shoot people at the Mall of America. Then, ah, shuttle come on, the shuttle says the next stop after Mall of America is the Minneapolis Airport, oh, that's true, yes, yes, because I looked at the map online, it's about 1.5 miles.
Right? Very close, ah! You think, the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport is a very big airport. So all of a sudden, you know, this city is actually—this shopping mall hasn't experienced such major riots or anything since 1992. Just closing this mall for one day, based on its annual turnover I just mentioned, would be a loss of several million dollars. Add to that the adjacent airport and so on, absolutely the entire economic pillar here would be suddenly knocked out if this terrorist attack succeeded, it's too vicious. So behind this.
It's just to destroy the United States, right? So this person is now, ah, so lucky that the FBI stopped it in time. So today's front page headlines are all talking about this matter, ah, so terrifying! Look at these photos, right? Look at these pro-Pakistan ones, also wearing those various headscarfs, isn't that the red and white checkered one, ah, this is what many far-left "woke" people all love this decoration, do they know what they are actually doing? By the way, let me show you something interesting.
That is, Saudi Arabia is now, ah, starting to cooperate with the Yemeni government forces, ah, and also it is said that France is now sending troops over to help Saudi Arabia, too. In short, they are starting to counterattack the Houthis, ah. And Pakistan and—no, Egypt and Qatar, ah, may have also secretly participated, ah. Now because they say these three are the new alliance, right?
Ah, no, no, Qatar is Turkey, so now it is said that the Houthis are not as glorious there as before. For example, look at this video I'm showing you, ah, it's very interesting. This was released yesterday, saying that a force supported by the Saudi side captured a high-ranking Houthi armed commander. This person at the time disguised himself as a local woman, wearing this black robe and preparing to escape, and do you know what? Look, ah, after being caught.
When they stripped off this robe, in order to disguise himself as a woman, he was actually wearing a specially prepared pink women's lingerie underneath, ah! And this person is a Houthi brigadier general, a high-ranking commander, ah, right? Look at this, these are all the kinds of things supported by the Xi Communist regime, ah! After seeing this, don't you find it extremely ridiculous? Extremely hateful, isn't it? Ah, look, when trouble comes, you can't even escape, in plain sight, the whole world now knows that this Houthi brigadier general was wearing a pink women's lingerie, ah, and got caught red-handed.
Well, now look, ah, terrorists are everywhere, right? But the US, ah, this allied force, ah, is now not holding back either. Let me show everyone, there is news coming out again today, saying didn't the US urgently withdraw these twelve B-1 bombers from Fairford? The head of the Democratic Senate Intelligence Committee over there, well, the Democratic leader, said, oh, you Trump—the Trump administration withdrawing these B-1s, doesn't that just equal boosting the morale of the terrorists? Ah, then why didn't you continue parking them in the UK or change to another place? How could you withdraw them back to the US? Ah, this simply dampens our morale, right? Listen to that, anyway.
When hitting Iran, they also shouted to stop. And now Iran is going to carry out a terrorist attack, and they want Trump to boost their morale instead. I think this logic, ah, the logic of political struggle is also quite funny. Here, in fact, more news has come out, saying why the B-1s were suddenly transferred on Sunday? Because there is intelligence showing that last year, didn't Ukraine launch a web-like operation against Russia? Drones instantly destroyed ten Russian military planes, right? Penetrating deep into this Russian airport. Now, the US apparently has intelligence showing, ah, that Iran might
to use a similar spiderweb-style drone attack method to attack those bombers at Fairford. Since the UK, right, is obviously being extremely inactive, or perhaps even colluding from the inside out, the Trump administration made the decision to withdraw its own B-1Bs first just to ensure everything is foolproof, right? Do you all remember? Last year we talked about the spiderweb tactic, which is to first transport these small drones nearby using shipping containers, and then release them all at once so that the Russian military planes parked on that airfield have no time to react, and the radar has no time to respond, right? So now this is currently...
An official said: "The entire attack on the Fairford Air Force Base is part of a multi-pronged Iranian conspiracy."
Ah, they say it's Iran, of course, right. Nowadays everything is being blamed on Iran, but as for where Iran got so many drones behind the scenes, where they got so many of these tactics, right? And all kinds of geopolitical transnational coordination, everyone knows who is behind it, right? Let's repeat what we said before: if Iran had this capability, the US Air Force bases in the Middle East wouldn't even need to think about surviving over the past few years, right? So this multi-pronged conspiracy here includes attacking these aircraft, killing staff members of the air force base including US pilots, and so on and so forth. Therefore, Vance also told reporters on Monday that this is to protect our people, and out of an abundance of caution, so...
We must get these things done ahead of time. The Trump administration also said that we believe there may be threats domestically, so why keep these bombers there? Is that right? Then, a spokesperson for the British government also said that UK military bases are safe, and I refuse to comment on the decision made by the US. Well, you see, it's very interesting here, the terrorists are caught red-handed, and then the UK releases everyone on bail. As if that wasn't enough, even when the US bombers are being withdrawn, the British government spokesperson says the military base is safe.
Wait, where is your safety reflected? Are you saying that your own UK bases are safe, right? You think they won't attack you, and they'll only attack the US? Or are you saying, well, as long as you haven't been bombed yet, it's called safe, and unless you get bombed, then it's called unsafe, right? So this matter is extremely, extremely speechless! Looking at the various reactions on the British side, right? According to this British way of playing, then I think of America, this terrorist, although he bought a gun, hasn't he driven over yet, and hasn't he started shooting yet, right? Can the US government say that this person, after I arrest him and question him, will also be released on bail? You can't play it that way, right! The UK says our own citizens, including British-Iranian dual nationals, our laws are stipulated that way.
Now this ISIS guy, he is even a US-born American citizen, right? He is not even naturalized, and shouldn't he be arrested just the same? So the moral high ground is instantly distinguished, right? It is said that current reports also mention that US military personnel stationed in Europe were briefed in late September. In addition to the drone threat, the intelligence briefing also covered the possibility of launching attacks using vehicle-borne improvised explosive devices.
That's obvious! As some think-tank researcher said, if an attack like the one on Fairford were launched even if it failed to achieve its effect, just launching this attack without you preventing it in advance would cause the US to lose face completely. Look, if according to what this British military think-tank researcher said, then the UK is actually quite obvious. Do they know what kind of impact this matter has, right? Even if this matter doesn't succeed, letting others see that the US military failed to prevent the air attack on Fairford in advance will give people a lot of drama, right? They can put on a show there, and instantly all kinds of drama queens, propaganda, and all kinds of fake information will pop out, just to make a big deal out of this matter and beat the US to death. Just like that, the US defended against it, and the UK is now, well, nothing much, perfectly safe, released on bail. Yeah, yeah, they've practically taken sides openly, right?
Alright, so what about this? But do you think the U.S. is that weak? Let's take a look today, shall we? The U.S. has now released data from the Congressional Research Service regarding the entire Operation Epic Fury, covering about the last six months. It's not like the CCP or Iran, who are constantly saying, "Oh, the U.S. military has lost so many fighter jets again! One crashed today, another tomorrow, and Iran captured one the day after," right? They brag every day, forcing the Central Command to issue denials every few days. In reality, things are pretty much over for Iran now. We mentioned yesterday that the "white list" of ten people has already been drawn up. Is there anything left to hope for? Right? If you don't surrender quickly, you're not on the white list. And when the time comes to wipe you all out, it'll be done in a heartbeat. So, the U.S. has now disclosed exactly how many U.S. aircraft were lost in the Iran war this year. The figures released are as follows: First, the report has been updated. Since Khamenei was killed in an airstrike on February 28, the entire Operation Epic Fury has seen 81 fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft (including drones) damaged or lost. The estimated replacement cost for the total equipment loss is between $1.9 billion and $3.3 billion.
Then, a list was provided. The combat-damaged aircraft include 12 F-15E fighter jets, two A-10 Thunderbolt attack aircraft, seven KC-135 tankers, one E-3 Sentry AWACS, one F-35A fighter, and two MC-130Js. The drone losses include three MQ-1s, one MQ-4C large reconnaissance drone, 45 MQ-9 Reaper drones, and helicopter losses including one HH-60W, one AH-64, four AH-6s, and one MH-60.
However, I want to tell everyone first that this doesn't mean all 81 of these aircraft were reduced to ashes or are unusable. He said that although 81 were reported as damaged or destroyed, some of the aircraft listed have actually been repaired and returned to service, you understand? It means they were damaged at some point. For example, you might see an F-35A fighter on the list, right? One was damaged. Yes, this one was damaged during an attack on Iran on March 19, but it has already returned to service. It only sustained minor damage; it didn't stay out of the fight for long and just went back. The biggest losses were indeed the Reaper drones, with 45 lost, right?
But we know the CCP will definitely make a big deal out of this. Look, the U.S. has admitted to losing over 80 aircraft, and they'd love to frame it as if the U.S. is now running out of ammunition, right? As if the hangars are empty and they're facing a shortage. That's not the case. First, some viewers might ask, "What are you worried about if it involves $1.9 to $3.3 billion?" Iran's oil is flowing to the U.S. non-stop every day, isn't it? And the frozen assets belonging to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, the terrorists, and the money between the CCP and Iran—looking at this, it's not a problem. Besides that, there are those Middle Eastern countries, right? Paying protection money is just paying protection money! When the time comes, they'll take the bill to you. It's all accounted for by the U.S. government, so don't worry. This billion or three billion isn't going to suddenly make the American people suffer, as if 300 million Americans have to pay $10 each to cover the bill. That's not necessary; the U.S. government will definitely earn it back. Haven't you understood the Trump administration's way of playing the game yet? If nothing else, we have to earn our money back. Oh, you say I have a "businessman's mindset"? Then I'll tell you, after I beat you to death, I can still make money off the bones you have left. Who told you to be so hateful? Right? The U.S. doesn't do things that lose money.
And look, although these 81 aircraft were tallied, you have to realize that where there is war, there is combat damage. In modern high-intensity warfare, who doesn't have combat losses? Right? Of course, you could say the operation to capture Maduro in Venezuela had almost no combat losses, but even that helicopter was hit, and wasn't the pilot injured? Remember? The pilot was injured and burned, right? That's also combat damage, isn't it? So you have to look at the overall scale of sorties and sustained combat capability, not just "Oh, billions of dollars! Oh, over 80 planes!" And you have to see if they can be repaired quickly, right? Like that F-35, it was repaired quite fast, returned to service, and even went back into combat, right? So it's not an absolute number that makes the U.S. military look pathetic or embarrassed; that's not how it works.
Moreover, it is not as if all of these were shot down by Iran. Sometimes, after returning, a bit of the coating might be scratched, or it might have been grazed by a bullet—these are all classified as damaged, not permanently written off. And you say they fought for seven months? Well, let's look back at the 1991 Gulf War. At that time, they fought for 42 days and flew 110,000 sorties, right? And nearly 60% of that was handled by the United States. They certainly lost more than just a few planes back then, didn't they? Furthermore, there were no drones at that time, so many of the tasks now performed by drones were carried out by people flying planes back then.
Actually, you know, the U.S. military's mindset is not about how much money is lost or whether they will run out of planes later. That is not it. The U.S. Air Force's consistent mindset is: Okay, it's damaged, but can it fly the next day? In other words, minor issues that still allow the plane to fly the next day are also included in these statistics as 'damaged,' you understand? In fact, they go right back to refueling and flying the next day, continuing their strikes and reconnaissance. And you have to understand the U.S. military's combat logic: it has never been about achieving zero losses to be considered a winner. That mindset is already very outdated. What the U.S. wants is to ensure its operational plan can be executed. We have combat losses, which include things like attrition rates—a certain percentage of loss is expected. I fly 100 sorties a day, and I fly like that every day. Didn't the U.S. military strike thousands or tens of thousands of targets a day during the air raids? With so many flights, having a few dozen planes damaged or drones shot down is, I tell you, nowhere near the attrition rate the U.S. had anticipated. So, there are many, many ways they calculate these things.
Another point is that the U.S. military has so many new aircraft coming out. Look at the list we just shared with everyone, right? Some people say it looks as detailed as a receipt from a wholesale arms market. Yes, when I see this, it reminds me of 'Dream of the Red Chamber,' where the tenant farmers would bring their annual tributes for the holidays—three sable robes, five pheasants, ten piculs of fine rice, and so on. It feels just like that. Their statistics are crystal clear, right? They have new aircraft and new combat capabilities to replenish their stock. So, frankly, this is a process of replacing the old with the new. For example, the A-10, KC-135, and E-3 account for half of the losses of manned aircraft. But in reality, these are very old and have already been in service for decades, right? As for why 45 MQ-9 Reapers were lost all at once?
This year, the U.S. Air Force has already publicly stated that the next generation of unmanned strike and reconnaissance integrated systems needs to be larger in scale, lower in cost, and more capable of withstanding attrition. So, these old platforms are all due for an upgrade. After the fighting, they look back and realize that perhaps it was because the system was a bit outdated that the damage rate appeared high, right? As for the MQ-9 drones, after the fighting, the U.S. is certainly analyzing why the MQ-9 suffered the most losses, right? And then, perhaps we can develop a lower-cost version to replace it, something lighter and more efficient—all of this is possible. In any case, the CCP doesn't need to be happy about this. Those CCP shills and propagandists who want to make a big deal out of this—
Think about it, what does it mean? The U.S. finishes fighting Iran, then comes back to upgrade and modernize, traveling light and feeling confident. They have finished their practice, they know what works and what doesn't. They place orders for mass production of the good stuff and phase out the bad. Isn't their next target you, the CCP? If you are the CCP, you are the last one who should be watching the fun, gloating, and thinking you've won big while the U.S. military has suffered a crushing defeat.
After they finish fighting, they clap their hands and say, 'Hey, look, they got a little hurt during practice.' Someone else says, 'Yes, I got hurt during practice, but I did it so that I could beat you up with confidence afterward.' Is that what it means? If Ma Baoguo watched Tyson practicing and saw him scrape his skin or twist his ankle, Ma Baoguo would be so happy! Then Tyson says, 'Alright, I'm done, and my previous practice was just to prepare for beating you up on stage.' I ask you, would Ma Baoguo still be able to laugh? So, if you see the CCP daring to brag about this, it really just shows how shameless they are in the process of coddling and deceiving Xi!
Alright, let's put that aside for a moment and look at the plague situation in Russia. First of all, yesterday I showed you that breaking news about another reported death from the plague, right? But yesterday, when I went to look for information from other sources—and that news outlet is a major one, and several other major media outlets also reported it—I actually couldn't find any confirmation of a second death. In other words, if you want to analyze whether this second case was a contact of the first, whether there is human-to-human transmission, or if it happened elsewhere, you have to consider why these cases are occurring in different locations simultaneously. Could there be a possibility of intentional poisoning in different places to create a greater impact, and so on? Since it is not yet certain whether a second death actually occurred, we will have to wait and see.
However, today, you can see that even the White House's own account, as well as Fox News and others, are all talking about this Russian plague. And let me tell you, they aren't hiding anything. Look at the White House's own account; they posted a clip of Trump's interview with Fox. The very first sentence? The reporter directly asked if the plague in Russia is a biological weapon. Of course, the implication wasn't whether the plague itself needs to be defined, but whether it is being used as a biological weapon, or if it's some other new, weaponized version of the plague.
Trump said we will find out soon, but we don't think it's a biological weapon. He meant that this matter likely has nothing to do with a biological weapon attack; that is the current assessment. Then, he said that if you listen to what they say—listen to what the Russian side says—they claim it is already under control. This phrasing sounds familiar, doesn't it? "Preventable and controllable," right? Anyway, Russia is currently saying it's under control.
Then, Trump's next sentence—look, the White House specifically released this entire statement—the next sentence was, "But people have said that about other things before." See that? Who is Trump pointing at? Who was it that previously said the situation was under control, told the outside world that, and then it turned out not to be?
Doesn't that sound familiar? Doesn't it sound familiar when it comes to the CCP? Doesn't it sound familiar regarding the WHO? And here, look, VOA and others have also released more content from the Trump interview. Didn't Trump say he was going to call Putin? He said he hasn't called yet, but he is going to; he said he has already arranged a phone call with Putin. Then Trump said, anyway, at the time, China said very little, because the reporter asked him—look at this sentence—after saying what he just said, the reporter asked, "Does the situation you are sensing from Russia now feel the same as what you sensed from China at the beginning of COVID?" See that? Now, regardless of whether it's a biological weapon or not, hasn't it been labeled a conspiracy theory? The mainstream media, the CCP, didn't they say that what Yan Limeng talked about was weaponized? Of course, we are talking about, to be precise, unrestricted biological weapons, non-traditional biological weapons, right? But we also know that as soon as the topic of biological weapons is mentioned, it hits the CCP's Achilles' heel. Look, the reporter directly asked if this situation feels the same as what you sensed from China at the beginning of COVID.
Trump said China said very little at the time, and Russia is also saying very little now, but they do claim the situation is largely under control. Then the reporter asked if Russia has shared enough information regarding the situation in Siberia. Trump said they have shared some with our personnel, and we hope to have more comprehensive information sharing. Trump said, "I just met with our people; we have very excellent experts, they are well-versed in the developments, and all relevant information is handled through them." This...
Currently, it is certain that there is no need to panic. You will see today that many...
I think the mainstream media is actually very willing to desperately stir up some panic over this Russian matter. Take that person from Johns Hopkins, the one who wrote that article full of nonsense and directly misinterpreted our report, that Gigi, a biological weapons researcher, right? That Gigi went to Tianjin to cooperate with China's biological weapons defense program at Tianjin University. And in 2022, 2023, or maybe 2024, she even wrote a letter saying, "Oh, China's biological defense is doing so well, I am deeply moved," right? Just a "useful idiot" for the CCP, that's what she is. These past two days, she has also jumped out to say, "Russia, we must investigate biological weapons." Look, from this, you can see one thing I want to tell our audience.
As soon as an "unexplained pneumonia" appears, the whole world's post-traumatic stress disorder collectively flares up. Yes, it is. And look at the interesting point of this matter: as soon as this Russian thing came out, regardless of whether Russia initially said it was the plague—including the fact that their research institute works on the plague—or whether they have now retracted it and said it's an "unexplained pneumonia."
Sigh, the whole world is no longer talking about political correctness now. Those leftists, those biological weapons experts, biodefense experts, and scientists conducting experiments have all suddenly opened their eyes. Oh my, Russia has researched biological weapons! Is the plague a biological weapon that was released? We must investigate Russia's laboratories! Russia must be transparent! We must guard against this! There are also some very funny things, some narratives now, where the wind direction feels very wrong, and they start saying, oh, everyone needs to get vaccinated.
According to their logic, do they have to prepare vaccines for every potentially lethal pathogen in the world for us? Are we supposed to get one shot after another, doing nothing else every day, from the time a child is born until they reach adulthood, do you have to get vaccinated every day? In the future, according to their logic, how is it determined that a person has reached adulthood? Is it that they have received all the vaccines, and if they are still alive, this person is called an adult? Is that how it works? Ah, anyway, those are not mainstream yet, so we won't talk too much about them. The key is, look at this, the issue of biological weapons, including now, as long as everyone mentions the Russian plague, they point it towards biological weapons. Let's look at it from another angle.
Although we say, this matter is highly unlikely to be from—you think about it, Siberia, first of all, let's say, if Russia itself wanted to release a biological weapon, the plague is recorded as a traditional biological weapon in all the biological weapons conventions and classifications worldwide. If Russia now wants to use it to attack the world, deter the world, intimidate the world, and then they release it in Siberia, and this thing hasn't spread outside of Siberia yet, letting the whole world stare at you releasing a biological weapon. We say, if Russia itself deliberately wanted to play this game.
It would be incredibly stupid! If Russia had so many biological weapons back in the Cold War, even more terrifying than this plague, I believe they had them, right? If they had the intention, they should have released them back during the Cold War; it shouldn't just be like this now, and the world shouldn't be like this now. To be honest, so, first of all, I say the idea that Russia deliberately released this plague in the Far East as a biological weapon, well, it doesn't make logical sense. At the same time, I mentioned before, according to that laboratory accident narrative, do you really think researchers working on biological weapons and biodefense in a P3 laboratory are that clumsy? Right? I have repeatedly told everyone before, it's not a monkey, going in and touching things here and there, right? And that kind of precaution, and you have to know, we all say Russia must have already taken samples from the deceased for testing. Why did they change their official statement from the initial plague to 'pneumonia of unknown cause' two days later? This is a point worth paying attention to, because that laboratory was working on the plague, the researchers were working on the plague there, and as soon as this narrative came out, it was the plague, and it seems its death symptoms are also very similar to pneumonic plague. In this situation.
Why was there no successful treatment? And why, if it is the plague, can't the plague guarantee a 100% successful treatment? You can't say, ah, does Russia feel that because they didn't succeed in saving them, they don't dare to admit it's the plague? This reason doesn't hold up; it's very far-fetched. So why, two days after the death, did Russia start telling the outside world that it is pneumonia of unknown cause?
This is the point I think is most worth observing, because as we said, because we know too much about how the CCP plays with these biological weapons and unrestricted biological weapons, and our 'mines,' that was back in 2021 and 2022, saying, seeing the arsenal in the P4 laboratory in the Wuhan lab, right? There were at least 30 types back then, these new, fully-formed pathogens for biological weapons, among which, do you remember? We told everyone before, including various respiratory infections, and then those leading to leukemia, ah, drug-resistant ones, right? There are viruses, there are bacteria, this is more invisible than killing without a trace.
It's terrifying! And then you think, is it possible that we are saying here, that Russia investigates, right? Of course, you say, is it possible that in their laboratory there are some things being researched, for example, they modified it, modified the genotype or something, and made a second or third generation of this plague, and then, for example, it's drug-resistant or has some other functions, and they don't want to admit it.
This possibility exists, but we say, anyway, everyone is staring at the Russian plague biological weapon now, right? Everyone is under the watchful eyes of the public, it is very difficult for Russia to do too many tricks in this matter. Especially since it doesn't have as much space as the CCP did during the COVID-19 pandemic. Another point you have to think about is what I just said, if it involves the CCP, does the CCP have its own people in that laboratory, is there anyone cooperating with the CCP to cause trouble, has anyone been used by the CCP to cause trouble? And is it possible that it is a new type of biological weapon that looks like pneumonic plague, and then when it is actually tested, Russia discovers...
This thing is not ours! Ah, it's possible that once you check the internal confidential records of the laboratory, you'll see that this thing is not something we made! Ah, for example, I'm saying this thing can change its genotype, it's ever-changing, right? Is it possible that it's a very similar variant? It's not them; first of all, it's not their plague strain, or maybe it's not even Yersinia pestis at all? Is that possible? Because some people online are saying that the cause is unknown—is it a bacterium, a virus, or what, right? So could it be another type of unnamed pathogen, or even not a plague bacterium at all?
This pathogen has similar symptoms, making people think it's pneumonic plague. And because the deceased researcher had a background in pneumonic plague research, everyone initially thought it was plague. Then the antibiotics didn't work. Let me tell you, there are many possibilities; you must never underestimate the probability that the CCP might be stirring up trouble here! Let's just put it at fifty-fifty for now; I'm already being conservative. Anyway, we've seen the situation now. If the CCP wants to stir up trouble here, then let me tell you, first of all, if Russia discovers it, right? If it's Russia itself causing trouble, well, of course, if they are doing it intentionally, then I can only say someone is truly tired of living, right? Because plague is a biological weapon, and the whole world has protocols to deal with it and is vigilant about it. Moreover, it is absolutely politically incorrect, so that would be the stupidest way to play. I think this possibility is very small. Then, if someone wants to do it and frame them, and take the opportunity to ruin the US-Russia plan to eliminate the CCP, you have to think about this possibility.
This new type of thing gets out.
That place in Siberia, no matter how you look at it, is sparsely populated, covered in ice and snow, right? If you want it to spread outward, the local area is already in a state of lockdown, right? And they have mobilized so many—if Russia has nothing else, they still have former Soviet weapons experts, biological weapons experts, right? They must be brainstorming now; everyone is afraid of death. When it comes to the plague, no one is not afraid of death. If you say it's like the plague or of unknown origin, then everyone is even more afraid of death. You can rest assured, right? They are even more agitated than you; they will definitely investigate. At the same time, Russian intelligence agencies must also be investigating this matter. And Trump has now proposed a call with Putin and also proposed cooperation with Russia, right? If Russia has nothing to hide, then it should indeed cooperate with the United States; this would better clear its name.
Rubio also said that he is not too worried about it spreading worldwide now, but he is also very concerned about this matter. Hey, if I tell you this, and the subsequent investigation points to something related to the China-Russia joint military exercise, there is this script from the CCP side. Hey, and if there is something here where the Xi-led CCP wants to take some new type of biological weapon, or take a biological weapon that is already in someone else's laboratory, and send their own people in, right? Or get someone to go in and stir up trouble, and release it.
Let me tell you, the Xi-led CCP is deathly afraid that the US and Russia won't join forces to destroy them.
Ah, you say, because to be honest, Russia is not afraid to use nuclear weapons to deter the whole world; it has been deterring for several years, right? Not to mention the Cold War, since the Russia-Ukraine war, Putin has also been clamoring every day, hey, I have nuclear weapons, I am a nuclear-armed country. So, biological weapons are called the poor man's nuclear weapons, right? That is, when you can't afford so many nuclear weapons, and you don't have such powerful nuclear weapons, you use these biological weapons, so the Xi-led CCP likes them very much. They feel that this thing, right? After all, the CCP's nuclear weapons can't keep up with the US and Russia, but biological weapons are portable and easy to use, and they can be used without anyone knowing, and they can even be given to those terrorist buddies to use, right? So they have put a lot more thought into this, and they have tasted the sweetness before—COVID.
Sweetness, ah! Not to mention the lockdown in Xi'an due to hemorrhagic fever, and really, that Chikungunya virus is also a type of biological weapon, considered a potential source of biological weapons. Didn't the CCP also inexplicably start having an outbreak of Chikungunya virus last year? That is the virus that causes joint pain.
Right? And a couple of days ago, the AI report released by Anyscale explicitly pointed out five cases where the CCP is secretly developing biological weapons and using AI to assist in research and development. One of them is to weaponize and enhance the Chikungunya virus. They were writing this research report on one side and inputting it into Anyscale on the other. The CCP's Kimi or Deepseek, they took these materials and asked Anyscale, and were caught red-handed by the US. So, the CCP truly loves biological weapons and unrestricted biological warfare.
However, when that COVID-19 emerged, it wasn't a traditional biological weapon, right? I've repeatedly told everyone that back in 2019 and early 2020, no country and no version of biological weapons included this coronavirus in their bioweapon inventory—except in the books of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) itself. In fact, they considered it a potential bioweapon, including the book by General Xu Dezhong, right? SARS: Not Natural, they tasted the sweetness during SARS and thought, "Hey, if we modify this thing into a low-lethality one that triggers a series of Pandora's effects, it's quite useful, right?"
Right? It fits the playbook of unrestricted warfare. Therefore, the biggest dividend the CCP reaped back then was that after releasing COVID-19, the coronavirus was not any traditional biological weapon, and it had a low fatality rate.
Ah, and it just so happened to have an extremely high transmission rate, which got Xi so excited back then! Looking back and cleaning things up, he realized this was practically an ultimate weapon for the "East is rising, West is declining" personally directed by him! See that clearly? This is also why I've repeatedly told everyone from day one—January 2020—that this was weaponized, including how I characterized it as an unrestricted biological weapon in my research report starting in September, and why the CCP fought desperately to block this information! Furthermore, they didn't even dare to mention unrestricted biological weapons; they only dared to say this is not a biological weapon, using that to confuse people! Implying that traditional biological weapons all have high fatality rates, while this one doesn't, right? Then a bunch of mainstream media outlets, a bunch of experts, whether domestic or foreign, right, just followed along and told blatant lies with their eyes open.
Okay? The problem now is that with this plague from Russia breaking out, the nerve about biological weapons has tightened up all over the world. Now, this gets interesting because, as you can see, whether it's the White House, Fox News, or other media outlets, when discussing this matter now, they can no longer afford to maintain political correctness. Originally, didn't the White House avoid discussing biological weapons and COVID-19? So how come when talking about whether the Russian plague is a biological weapon, they openly bring up that Russia is not transparent now, just like China wasn't transparent back then? They said it could be controlled, and people in the CCP country said the same thing back then too. We all know what happened next.
Did you see that? Don't you feel that regardless of how this plague started, let's not panic first, but let's first notice a very coincidental point: through this matter, hey, the weaponization of COVID-19—something the CCP desperately hates to mention—has been forced back onto the table. The whole world is now focusing right here, right? And there are too many commonalities here, right? Look, in the past two years, especially those Little Pinks and others, they loved to say, "Oh, who's still talking about COVID-19? It's all in the past! You guys at Lutre / Dr. Yan are still harping on the old emperor, hey, stop talking about COVID-19, what's there to talk about?"
Look, now without me saying it, have you all noticed? Especially our audience friends these days, gathering in our program: "Dr. Yan, please talk more about this, we just want to hear about this." After talking about this, we also really want to know what is actually going on. Hey, let's honestly say, if this matter eventually turns out to be orchestrated by the Xi-CCP, and if this is done by certain people on the Russian side—for instance, to disrupt the US-Russia cooperation to eliminate the CCP—then let me put these words out here first.
If that is the case, then he really must feel that the COVID-19 unrestricted biological weapon didn't kill him thoroughly enough! It's like, you haven't died within twenty-four hours, right? So you stab yourself again, rest assured! With the lesson of COVID-19, now another plague has emerged, and this plague was preceded by your CCP's emergency command exercise! And the entire narrative is, what? If there is a China-Russia exercise on the China-Russia border, and if there is a plague introduced into the CCP's country from abroad, how should it be handled? Hey, how come you see everything so accurately? Ah, how is your narrative as if guided by a god? Ah, everyone knows, right? The CCP's brain, it can't be guided by a god, it can only be guided by a pig, you know? Like a pig sitting there, hey, it has written the script for you here, pretending to be guided by a god! So after this pig wrote the script, it was written so precisely, and then in the end, something happened. Let me tell you, if this matter turns around, he really feels that he didn't die painfully enough from this biological weapon thing! Look, actually this year, from last year to this year, what about Ebola? In Africa, they say four thousand people have died now, saying it's more severe than before. And I said before that Ebola happens every year, almost, how come in the past, even in those poor countries in Africa, it didn't expand like this? When I was at the University of Hong Kong, when I taught public health courses to medical students, I specifically taught the protocols for Ebola prevention, how it should be done, how it was handled in history in Africa; it's not that hard to prevent. So, has this thing just been weaponized, gained new functions, or are you the ones inciting the local people there, right? Hey, attacking hospitals, robbing hospitals, killing doctors, driving away Americans. Deliberately not wanting that matter to be controlled! Ah, and that Argentine hemorrhagic fever, right? Hey, we specifically talked about it for everyone before, how is it so coincidental? This also sounds like it was infected by something left by rats, isn't it? Uh, the hemorrhagic fever spread by rats, and then that old gentleman who studied birds died on the ship. How come there was such a suspicious CCP person before he got on the ship? Such a big CCP overseas propaganda agent got off the ship, right? A little spy got off the ship, and then how is it so coincidental that it was when the US military had the upper hand in competing for the Argentine base? Hemorrhagic fever broke out over there, so let me tell you, this matter needs to be carefully pondered. Hey, have you noticed? The US is determined not to return to the WHO. And the WHO previously said you, the US, cannot withdraw; after you withdraw, our future Disease X, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, might all break out again on a large scale. Our global... this climate change leads to these, right? These naturally occurring large-scale outbreaks need you, the US, to be with us. The US said, don't give me that, we are withdrawing, and after withdrawing, we will start to hold people accountable, and then the WHO started running wildly all over the world with these inexplicable infectious disease outbreaks. If you ask me, isn't your WHO now loudly following the CCP, carrying out prevention and control all over the world? How is it the same as Fauci controlling the NIAID? Fauci controlled it for forty years, the more money the NIAID got, the greater its power became. Hey, the incidents of these pathogen outbreaks that have emerged, whether they are suspected biological weapons or these new biological ones, are also more numerous year by year. So, for this matter, I have one sentence: there are still many unresolved points, right? We must certainly keep an open attitude to discuss all kinds of possibilities, but you just look, there are at least a few points in here that are very interesting, which is that the US and Russia are now maintaining a certain level of communication, right? And Trump is personally going to handle this matter, don't expect Trump to be deceived again this time, as easily as he was deceived by Xi last time with that 'little cold'. After all, this time Fauci is the one taking a nap there, not the 'science czar' of those years.
And another thing is this matter of biological weapons, which is now being discussed repeatedly and has become an inescapable point. And when this comes up, everyone thinks—wow, that is pure PTSD! How is that playbook of the Chinese Communist Party repeating itself now? Ah, in the end, if this thing is handled well, perhaps—well, speaking of the disease, it should be controllable. I think there is a high probability it can be controlled, even if it is some drug-resistant strain. This stuff of theirs, let me tell you, with such a high lethality rate, it shouldn't naturally spread to that extent, you understand? If it were like that, people all over the world would have long since died out from the plague! It should have wiped everyone out during the Cold War. Now, suppose this matter ends up being treated like nuclear weapon inspections, right? And in the end, the US and Russia team up to push the Chinese Communist Party to open its biological weapon laboratories—ah, then we will have a good show to watch! So, speaking of this matter, by the way, today you see, at the very same time, wow—the news was first broken by Reuters, and everyone is talking about it. Oh, what a coincidence, it looks like all kinds of epidemics are breaking out everywhere across the globe, and even when it comes to biological weapons, WHO Director-General Tedros is finally stepping down and won't have a lifetime tenure anymore. The Chinese Communist Party is rumored to be nominating its party's candidate, and this will be officially nominated in November, so this currently belongs to the category of prematurely leaked news. Analysts are worried that this will prioritize Beijing's interests—why is that phrasing so subtle? Don't worry about that; he is simply acting as the vanguard and charging ahead for Xi, right? As for prioritizing Beijing's interests, this has already been done since the previous ones like South Korea's Lee Jong-wook, later Margaret Chan, and then Tedros. Now, the Chinese Communist Party is showing its dagger from the map; it is no longer putting up a front. Didn't we talk about this before? Back during the SARS outbreak, WHO pushed Lee Jong-wook, a South Korean. The Chinese Communist Party anyway went with veto, veto, veto, and then instead of using a Chinese national, it wanted to push this South Korean person, right? In the end, it drove other countries crazy, so they said, fine, whatever, since he's a South Korean, it seems it should be fine, right? And then later, when the Chinese Communist Party felt Lee Jong-wook wasn't easy to control anymore, they got rid of him. After taking him out, ah, they replaced him with their own Margaret Chan from Hong Kong, with Malick providing escort—this one was easy to use. And after Margaret Chan finished her term, they replaced her with someone from Ethiopia, and Malick still provided escort, right? This Tedros was also easy to use. Now, with the Chinese Communist Party watching the whole world turning against communism to this extent—even Europe, right, showing signs of a dying patient sitting up in shock—although this seemingly sounds tough, we still have to discount it a bit. You cannot completely rely on Britain, France, Germany, and others to genuinely want to eliminate communism right now. They can only be said to act like those countries that followed Britain during the Opium War—if the US wins, they will come to grab a share of the spoils, which is something they would do, right? Therefore, under such circumstances, the Chinese Communist Party actually had this news break out today, letting everyone see that it didn't even bother to find someone from Vietnam, Laos, or the Democratic Republic of the Congo—right, the Congo is currently suffering from Ebola, you could find someone from the Congo, or you could find someone from Latin America! Wow, the Chinese Communist Party is now rolling up its sleeves and stepping onto the stage personally to put forward this person named Song Li. Regarding this Song Li, according to sources from multiple insiders, the Chinese Communist Party is already lobbying behind the scenes, right? Doing all sorts of things, telling people we want to push this person, do you support them? That's why so many sources are coming out, right? This so-called years of international cooperation experience in maternal and child health policy for Song Li is actually nothing more than a party hack in the health sector of the Chinese Communist Party. Serving as the deputy director of the Department of Maternal and Child Health of the National Health Commission, right? Then she must be quite adept at family planning policies, right? How to kill children and how to persecute women—she is definitely an expert at this, right? And then serving as an expert at the WHO, right? Well, the WHO doesn't have a good reputation either, as we all know. And then, it says she previously served as the director of the Department of Maternal and Child Health of the National Health Commission, as well as a member of the Secretariat and Party Leadership Group of the All-China Women's Federation. Oh, my goodness! A secretary of the Women's Federation! A senior party official! Ah, now they are no longer concealing anything at all. You might say Tedros is also a member of the Communist Party? Well, at least he is an Ethiopian Communist Party member, right? He could still put on an act and cover it up outwardly. But this stuff from the Chinese Communist Party? The Chinese Communist Party is the greatest existential threat to the United States since its founding. And after the US withdraws from the WHO, the Chinese Communist Party is trying every possible means not only to drag the US back in, but also to send a party women's federation secretary approved by Xi to lead the WHO. Ah, you didn't even bother to pull someone out from Macau—if you pull a doctor from Macau, you could at least put on a show. But using your own people is what makes you feel secure, right? This is truly—they say the election for the next term will actually take place next year, right, and then they will make the appointment at that time. Anyway, they say the current candidates also include those from Saudi Arabia, Belgium, Qatar, Botswana, Indonesia, and Spain, but you can see that even with all that, the Chinese Communist Party still insists on pushing its own party leadership group secretary forward and is even helping her lobby for votes.
Really, what else can I say? Xi at the very end—well, it is that desperate gambler's mindset, refusing to leave the table, determined to push out every last chip until the very last moment. Oh, I find that this is it: the WHO openly following the Party and listening to the Party. Then within the WHO, they can soon establish the CCP's—what is it called, a Party committee? Right? They can study Xi Jinping Thought every day! Oh, really, I find now that Xi—I used to think he was, but the more I look at him now, the more I see what his state is. Remember that sketch by Zhao Benshan from back in the day, saying that life has only two states, right? Two kinds of final regrets: one is that a person passes away before spending all their money, which is a great pity for this world because with so much money, the person leaving wasn't able to fully enjoy it, and leaving it to others feels like such a pity. But the other is that the money is spent while the person is still alive, and oh boy, that is even more terrifying, right? In those final years, you have no money left, and you can only reminisce about the glory days of the past. I've always felt that Xi's characteristic is not just that he's a gambler, but he is a very typical one of those who think: I absolutely must not have unused resources by the time I leave, by the time I step down. I have to exhaust everything—even if all resources are completely squandered before I step down, only then can I feel at ease. Understand? That is his playstyle now. All cards are played, big cards and small cards alike, ah! The frozen dumplings along with the CCP's influence sent overseas, used until now—look at how Latin America has flipped! Oh, these past few days, isn't Lula in Brazil only leading by about two percent in their presidential election, now trailing behind the previous opposition, the pro-U.S. former president's son, right? And then that president—next, around October 25th, the two of them will have a final showdown. Look at those countries in Latin America flipping from left to right; almost all of them require two rounds of elections. But that absolutely guarantees you can make it to the second runoff. And if it comes down to vote counts between two people, it absolutely guarantees a razor-thin margin to make you feel like you can win, you can win. At the very last moment, you find out you've lost, right? So it's very obvious that Brazil is about to flip too! Ah, then you tell me, the cards the CCP holds in its hands are indeed getting fewer and fewer, right? So from this, you can see why Xi has to step out and personally take control of the WHO now! Oh, it's because he is no longer afraid of exposing our agents, like this—including people like Zhang Wanying. Oh, that matter regarding Zhang Wanying broke today, saying that it was Puma Shen—Puma Shen from Taiwan, right?—who was sent from Hong Kong by the Xi-CCP coalition, teaming up with local agents in your Taiwan to stake out and tail people, right? Oh, to be honest with you, now the term "Hong Kong people" has even become a derogatory term, right? It is truly pathetic, right? Hong Kong people going to Britain to tail anti-communist citizens from Hong Kong; Hong Kong people running to Taiwan to tail anti-communist political figures, right? To intimidate them, and so on. But you can see from this that Xi has to spill everything out now. Oh, it's why you can see through this—look at why that agent Yao Cheng is running back. Because it's impossible for Xi to let you agents—all those fake anti-communists, no matter how deep the disguise is, whether disguised under the skin of religion, or the skin of human rights, or the skin of a former Navy captain like Yao Cheng, or like Guo Wengui, wearing skins within organizations in the U.S., or like this Huang Hebian playing both sides with Guo Wengui, using his left hand to fight his right, and then recently Huang Hebian claimed in Canada that he won some civil lawsuit or whatever, claiming he cleared his name to prove he is genuinely anti-communist and not a CCP agent—oh, go fuck yourself! You are a Ministry of State Security and Ministry of Public Security agent, traveling back and forth every day, and still attending various meetings back in the mainland, who are you trying to fool? But I'm telling you, let's put it out there: real or fake anti-communism, whether you genuinely want the CCP to open up and make this Leninist organization disappear, or if you're just talking big and carrying water to guide public opinion—including Teacher Li and whatever teachers there are, just wait and see. It is impossible for Xi, when he is under pressure until his neck is about to snap, to keep you fake anti-communists here. When the CCP eventually opens up and Xi is put on trial, all of you would transform overnight: "Hey, we've always worked for human rights, for Tiananmen, for religion, for this, that, and the other; we are anti-communist, and we want to go back to form a new government, we want this and that, we have the right to speak."
Well, you are dreaming too much. Given Xi's personality right now, I'm telling you: rather than letting you hide safely and soundly after he is arrested, he would rather drive you all to the point of self-detonation or exposure by the West before he gets captured. Why do you think Yao Cheng is running back now? Wasn't it because his cover was blown? He's taking a step ahead to hurry back and hide.
Yet, even though he is still alive and seemingly still free, how terrifyingly panic-stricken every single day must be! And isn't that card of his completely ruined? He was, after all, a fake Navy captain used by the CCP for so many years on outlets like VOA and The New York Times; isn't that card just a dead card now? Right? And people like Guo Wengui, aren't they already discarded cards, right? Even including people like Chen Zhi of the Taizi Group.
Isn't it just the same old story? The CCP is running telecom fraud on one hand, while producing propaganda films on the other. Oh, look, we caught some telecom scammers in Myanmar; oh, these people are so evil, heinous, we must put them on trial. Do you see? The whole setup the CCP is running now—Xi's ideal is very full, but the reality is not just thin, it's leaking everywhere.
He's failing to cover all bases, so now, according to his way of playing, he desperately needs to trade time for space. As time drags on, the old tricks don't work as well. No matter how well these agents have been hidden, no matter how effective they've been for years, they will all be exposed during this process of trading time for space, as they are followed like vines to the melon by the U.S. For instance, investigating telecom fraud here, investigating Zhang Wanying there, and then Sun Wen doesn't have money to pay legal fees, and with all those mobile phones from Guo Wengui and Wang Yanping, the U.S. will certainly examine them one by one to see what kind of relationship networks are inside.
With all this tangled mess, and the fact that it's a case of 'one eating ten,' do you really think those fake anti-communists abroad can keep strutting around for much longer? Do you really think that when the time comes, Song Zong and Xi will still be alive? Impossible! When Xi goes to court, I tell you, he will drag all of you out too. Do you believe he would let you live comfortably after he goes down? So, this is very interesting. Take the WHO Director-General, for example; there are six candidates now, right? There's Saudi Arabia, Belgium, Qatar, Botswana, Indonesia, and Spain. Not to mention anything else, let's look at Qatar, Spain, and Saudi Arabia.
If the CCP isn't pulling strings behind the scenes, it's unbelievable. Spain is so far left, even the Prime Minister is; and Qatar goes without saying—Yang Yang's biological mother is there, it's a political marriage, right? Since the marriage alliance is already done, what's a big deal about putting forward a WHO Director-General candidate? Not to mention that Qatar has shielded Hamas quite a bit.
And Saudi Arabia, right? Not to mention anything else, back when Malik was working on MERS, Saudi Arabia was sending samples to our lab every day. We were the WHO-designated lab specifically for MERS, and they were sent over, with Ma Heng processing them day after day. Then, after the data was generated and the paper published, Ma Heng and Malik weren't necessarily credited, especially Ma Heng's name might not even be on it. Why? Because the papers and data had to be credited to Saudi officials.
Do you really think those Saudi officials were doing the experiments themselves? No. They sat there, the WHO provided funding, and the herdsmen and others below collected blood samples from camels and people, all sorts of samples, periodically or from hospitals. Then, the Saudi officials just had to sign and stamp them, and those things were sent to Hong Kong to be done in our lab. Once finished, they just had to put their names on the already written papers and the already compiled data. That's it. So, at the very least, regarding the Saudi candidate, it's impossible that the CCP hasn't been grooming them, isn't it? Why else would the CCP personally send the head of the Women's Federation to take the lead? We all know about the head of the Women's Federation, right?
That's hard to say otherwise. If she goes to the WHO, and the Party says the WHO needs to implement family planning, do you believe this Women's Federation head could move that whole family planning system to Geneva? But even so, it requires her to personally take the field, even though the whole world, Reuters, and such left-leaning outlets are shocked and terrified that the CCP might bring its system to the WHO, right?
They don't care about anything anymore, so this is a very interesting signal! And of course, look at today, you have MIT biologists, including Senator Rand Paul, coming out to say they are worried about weaponized plague having antibiotic resistance, right? Meaning it cannot be treated? So, this is a demand for openness and transparency regarding the entire Russian narrative, asking why you in Russia are not telling us about the pathogen sequencing, and why you are still saying it's pneumonia caused by unknown reasons? Why are you using physical blockades instead of using antibiotics to control it, right?
They say they are very worried now; it's not ordinary plague. And look, everyone is talking about it, worried that it's a biological weapon or something else. So look, we said it, right? Whether it's actually plague in Russia, and whether it has been weaponized, right? This is actually consistent with what we've been telling everyone these past few days.
Those who truly understand and have sources of information here, who see clearly and aren't being led by the nose, right? Aren't we all saying more or less the same thing? Isn't that right? And didn't a viewer ask me yesterday to talk more about these things? Alright, then I will talk a bit more about this for everyone today. That is, regarding what I said before about the weaponization of Soviet plague, what exactly has it been made into? In reality, there is no definitive conclusion in public or declassified materials.
I told everyone that pursuing antibiotic resistance and drug resistance was definitely something the Soviet Union was pursuing back in the day. But pursuing something and actually achieving it, well, those are two different levels, right? Because we don't have a clear statement that they achieved it, or that data was declassified, or anything like that, and well, this is what worries us very much. Just like our雷 told us, the Chinese Communist Party indeed has at least thirty additional biological weapons, new biological weapons, right? Whether highly lethal or low lethal, over there at the Wuhan P4.
At least in 2022, 2021, they were already placed there, yeah. Now, at that time, nobody said whether they reached mass production, but it was already explicitly stated that they were biological weapons; they only put them there because they thought they were useful, right? Various desired effects reportedly could be achieved, right? Then, as for what the Soviet Union actually accomplished with the plague, we really don't know. I'm telling everyone, yeah, it is certain—as we mentioned yesterday—that it is definitely possible to use the plague, right, bubonic plague, pneumonic plague, to wage biological warfare, but.
After modification in the 1970s, what exactly were they modified into? There is controversy about this, yeah. And furthermore, now if there are audience members—yesterday we briefly mentioned it, right?—if there are audience members who think, then why not, just like the nuclear inspections back then, directly open up those biological weapons laboratories? Didn't I just say? Back then, the Soviet Union was not a defeated nation, and there was no biological weapons inspection mechanism like the nuclear inspection mechanism.
Because, speaking of this matter of biological weapons, after the end of the Cold War, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the former Soviet Union regarding biological weapons didn't actually engage in compulsory evidence gathering, but rather visited certain large biological laboratories, and then engaged in information exchange and cooperative transition.
So this led to the biological weapons database strains at the time—what did you have? Which ones did you modify, right? After the modification, for example, after you collected the Zhoushan bat virus, ZC45, right? And then after you modified it, the one you released, which we later called the COVID virus, SARS COVID-2, during each step in between.
For example, adding a function, then adding another function, modifying this furin cleavage site, changing that E protein to 4991, right, adding this—this one that grabs the ACE two receptor, that modification, right? Just these, with every step they made having one or two changes—whether the modification was successful or unsuccessful, such transitional states might each have their own codenames in the laboratory. Well, this thing—your plague modification and so on would also have various codenames and such. What on earth is in the catalog? Which ones are hidden inside your laboratories? Because you must know that back then the Soviet Union also had tens of thousands of people participating in this civil-military integration project for biological weapons. Frankly speaking, for example, if I am in a laboratory.
Doing experiments, right, and then I take human influenza viruses like H3N2 to do experiments on mice. I want to cultivate in mice a variant of H3N2 adapted to mice that can cause them to die. In the process, while I am doing the experiments, there are successes and failures, and after each step I will keep samples, and then go test which ones are good and which ones are not useful. But the ones that are not useful I don't necessarily throw away, they might not be discarded; I still keep them in reserve, just in case they are useful for other experiments next time.
What exactly was done in such laboratories in detail? To be honest, during the process of conducting experiments and research projects, the ones I kept myself—my bosses Liao Peng and Malik, they also didn't know the exact details of what else was there. Inside this, might there even be other new functions that emerged during the adaptation from humans to mice, producing new symptoms in mice, right? They were not clear on these possibilities either. So what do I mean by saying this? What does it mean?
That the engineering archives of this biological weapon.
Back then, firstly, were not brought out at all; secondly, how complete were the ones that were brought out? Were all the things produced actually brought out? Were there any omissions? Everything is possible! And you must know that under the background of those years, the Biological Weapons Convention—as I said, this convention actually has huge problems; inherently, it never had a compulsory inspection system like the nuclear weapons treaty.
Right? Later on, didn't I also tell everyone? The Biological Weapons Convention in the end left this responsibility to what—NIH to supervise, supervised by Fauci there, supervised by Johns Hopkins, and then there are think tanks that can supervise, and if something happens, it's called an internal vote in the General Assembly, and during a vote you can still veto it. Even if a vote passes and everyone agrees, there are no coercive measures. It is completely different from the Atomic Energy Agency. This Biological Weapons Convention is very hollow, has many loopholes, and has been exploited until it is riddled with holes, right? Therefore, in this regard, actually later on the US State Department itself admitted: Alas, this system did not allow member states to force the other party to hand over a complete inventory like in the case of nuclear weapons, especially.
You say that nuclear weapons are hard to integrate for military-civilian use, right? Aside from the fact that the CCP is currently developing dirty bombs, when you talk about nuclear weapons, they are usually developed in secret, cordoned-off areas. But biological weapons naturally have this military-civilian integration nature, right? Hey, you say that defense involves both making vaccines and developing drugs, and then this is used to make weapons. So, those researching the spear and those researching the shield must be discussing things together there, right? So, what is your intention here? What are you actually using it for? Otherwise, why do we say that now, all over the world, you think they are researching the source of the COVID-19 virus in a laboratory, but the style of the research turns out not to be for biological weapons, but rather that it came out of a 'good faith' effort while making vaccines and was accidentally leaked? It is precisely because their point of intent is very hard to explain.
Either they evade the important and dwell on the trivial, making it easy to be manipulated, or they use this to cover up the CCP's biological weapons and the subsequent consequences of accountability, right? So, in this process, the intent is very hard to explain. Of course, we can explain why because we have research reports, we have the 119 leaks, ZC45, ZX21—that is your People's Liberation Army.
This is the first one, the first in the world to discover it, and it is a virus unique to you; this is the backbone. What do you ask them? These people like Tong Yigang, Yang Ruifu, Qin Chengfeng, and one after another like Cao Wuchun—are they just biological weapon experts for nothing? So, the reality is that the CCP is here, although it has touched upon unrestricted gray-zone warfare and feels it has an advantage, because we have identified its backbone and the people involved, including the fact that they are one after another with the Party, right? It is impossible to explain away, so this is a settled matter and they cannot escape it.
Otherwise, why do we say that this muddy water coming out now makes people feel so disgusted, right? But regardless, the nuclear weapon issue is different. Regarding biological weapons, back in 1992, the US, UK, and Russia engaged in what was called the Trilateral Process in this regard. With trust, we all visited each other, exchanged information, and then we, as it were, cleared out the biological weapon issues from the former Soviet countries. However, at the time, the original idea was quite good, right? The problem is that by the mid-1990s, after only a few years, the relationship broke down again.
The relationship with the disintegrated Soviet Union was not that good anymore, so although it wasn't mandatory, the original thought was that bit by bit, it could be cleared out. As a result, when the relationship broke down later, what exactly were those former Soviet military-civilian biological weapon projects, and which ones did you have? For example, your Russian Ministry of Defense servers, archives, databases, and large arsenals—these things.
The evidence collection wasn't even finished, right? Then Russia later just... first, it said a part of it was already terminated, so don't come over to look, right? There is no need to go there; I have already closed the laboratory. And then, later, the relationship was not good, right? Sensitive facilities—even after the Soviet Union disintegrated, Russia was unwilling to let you see them. Because I have told you in the member program, including the declassified archives of the KGB and the former East German Stasi, they were not all declassified back then. Some were not opened at all or were even destroyed because they would cause huge social impact.
So, like the incident yesterday where the intelligence officer and his assistant who were with Merkel in Germany were arrested, you have no idea what might be behind that. Although they say it has nothing to do with Russia, is it possible that the former Soviet communist spies left behind by the Stasi have merged with the CCP, adding wings to a tiger? Like Fauci—I say Fauci, I think he is a remnant of communism, and in the end, the CCP got together with him, right? He found the source of his own revival! Being that excited, it is all possible. So, Russia deliberately did not open up some things regarding biological weapons at the time, and later, when the relationship was bad, it just went with the flow: 'Hey, you guys don't need to continue either,' right?
Including the fact that at that time, Russia even sent people to visit biological facilities in the United States, but after they went back, they did not open their own to the same extent. Anyway, in the end, everyone knows that the account of Russia's biological weapons has not been made transparent, so the US government has now officially concluded that the biological weapon system left behind by the Soviet Union is incomplete, and the known information is also misleading, understand? So here you see, because such a bug was left behind back then, right? It is very obvious why the CCP favors this; it thinks it is useful, right? And after using it, it was especially useful when using COVID again, plus the concept of unrestricted warfare.
But this problem was left behind, and due to the plague incident, it suddenly returned to everyone's eyes. Everyone started to ponder: why was such a big bug left behind, and why is it so terrifying now? Hey, we really have to say, this is very likely a new, unexpected opportunity. When the time comes, by taking advantage of this, just like nuclear weapon inspections—hasn't Xi already knelt now? Hey, we can visit each other when the time comes, and so on. Want to trade time for space? The US is currently taking the opportunity to push forward into it.
If the biological weapons issue is handled this way now, and if the U.S. and Russia can eventually join forces to push for opening up the CCP's biological weapons laboratories and bring this to the table, I tell you, the true origin of COVID-19 will be traced and the truth will be revealed in no time! Alright, that's all for today, everyone. See you all at the same time tomorrow.
