The CCP's stability-maintenance training curriculum has been exposed:

1. Maintain overall stability and prevent public resistance. Exploit people's fear of death and desire to survive to conduct ideological stability maintenance. Proactively promote the democratic regime, cultivate a sense of gratitude among the masses, and turn them into moderates so that the people always believe in the country and the government.

2. Learn to shift contradictions. 3. Regarding hot-button issues that affect social stability, know how to divert attention and distract discussions among democrats, the public, and dissidents. Use gossip, entertainment, or hot-topic issues that do not affect the system or stability to hype and distract the public!

4. Utilize cognitive differences among individuals to create influential opinions, guide the public to start discussions, and lead them to form different factions that constantly argue with each other, thereby generating conflicts. When appropriate, groups of three to five people can support opposing sides. Let dissidents waste their time and energy in endless arguments. They must be divided and disintegrated to prevent consensus and solidarity among rights-defense groups.

5. When discussing various issues, strictly avoid touching upon the socialist system itself. Keep the public thinking within the positive framework of the regime and system, and avoid puncturing this illusion.

For individuals with extreme violent tendencies whose thoughts cannot be changed, actively approach them or even pretend to participate, comprehensively understand their ideological trends, and once their plans and actions are fully grasped, appropriately induce them to take practical action, and promptly report to relevant departments for crackdowns and arrests to achieve a deterrent effect through arrests.

12. Use the method of vilification to isolate dissidents from the ideas advocated by Western democracy. Use national character, national conditions, historical culture, and any available theories to negate the democratic system, while listing examples of failures in democratic systems to guide the masses to continue believing in the socialist system.

13. Unite the moderates and strike down the extremists. Reinforce the positive image of the system, reinforce the positive image of a good social system, and weaken the influence of democratic ideas on the public.

14. Publicize various negative phenomena under democratic systems, especially the wealth gap and polarization issues, promote the superiority of the socialist system, and divide the public's yearning for democracy.
