$LI Community Open Recruitment for the Preliminary Preparatory Committee
To more efficiently promote the development of the $Li community, we have decided to establish the "$Li Community Preparatory Committee." In the early stages of community development, this committee will be responsible for coordinating resources, organizing activities, and promoting project implementation, laying a solid foundation for a future fully democratic decentralized autonomous organization (DDAO). We sincerely invite all members passionate about community building to participate in the election! Whether you excel in technical development, community management, or publicity and promotion, as long as you are willing to contribute your efforts, you are welcome to join. The election process will be open and transparent, and committee members will represent the community in jointly promoting the preparatory construction work.
Our goal is to achieve true decentralized community autonomy through democratic voting. $Li is a project dedicated to promoting freedom of speech in China and safeguarding human rights. Let us join hands and build a vibrant, united, and collaborative community!
The $Li community aims to gradually develop into a fully democratic Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DDAO), allowing every member to participate fairly in decision-making. However, in the early stages of community building, we need a transitional guiding body to ensure that all work is carried out in an orderly manner. The main responsibilities of the committee include: Coordinating and integrating community resources to promote the implementation of key projects; Planning and organizing rich community activities to enhance members' sense of belonging and cohesion; Assisting members in writing and submitting constructive proposals to lay the foundation for future DAO governance; Maintaining transparent communication with the community, regularly disclosing the progress and results of preparatory work. Although the committee plays a guiding role in the early stages, we always adhere to the principle of gradually returning power to the community, with all members deciding the future development direction through democratic voting. This model not only ensures the orderly growth of the community but also embodies the core values of decentralized governance, truly achieving autonomy and co-construction and co-sharing. We welcome any member who identifies with democratic and free values to participate in the election for the "$Li Community Preparatory Committee." Election Details Application Method: Please send your application materials to dev@lidao.pro before [January 31, 2025, 10:00 AM Beijing Time], or fill out the Google Form: https://forms.gle/mPiKsvrmFJFrZMHJA…; Candidate Announcement: All application materials will be compiled and made public within one week after the deadline; Committee Composition: The committee will initially consist of 5 members (including 1 chairperson). The first batch of members will be elected by the three stewards of the Snowflake Foundation, taking community suggestions into consideration; Subsequent Elections: The expansion and rotation of the committee will be conducted through overall community voting.
