On September 21, a large number of villagers from Cao Wang Town, Boxing County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province, gathered at the town government to protest the village secretary of Cao Er Village selling hundreds of mu of land without the villagers' knowledge. Villagers and security personnel clashed physically at the scene, and one person was carried onto an ambulance.
