How likely is it that internal unrest will break out in Beijing during Xi Jinping's visit to the US?
This video discusses the possibility of civil unrest and a coup in Beijing during Xi Jinping's visit to the United States. It analyzes recent movements among the top leadership of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the investigation into Zhang Youxia and Liu Zhenli, internal party purges, and Xi Jinping's health status. Combining historical cases with the current international situation, it calls on people at home and abroad, as well as the military, to seize the opportunity to oppose Xi and the CCP.

Hello everyone, audience and friends! Today I want to chat with you about another topic, and that is Xi Jinping. On the 23rd, now it is the morning of the 23rd Beijing time, not long from now, Xi Jinping is going to fly out. By now, he might not have flown yet; it will be around 4:00 AM on the 24th, Beijing time, which should be the afternoon here. That is, tomorrow afternoon, around tomorrow afternoon on the 23rd, Xi Jinping will arrive. He will arrive at that Air Force airport in Maryland. Well, he will have flown for a dozen hours, sixteen hours, about that. He should be flying very soon, about to fly, right? Now, everyone should know what things Xi Jinping did before coming? First, he urgently convened a meeting of the CCP Central Committee Political Bureau Standing Committee, which is unprecedented. He, I think, I think, I mean I've been saying that Xi Jinping's seven-day absence was because he probably suffered a stroke, a minor stroke, right? Think about it, the CCP, these past couple of days, suddenly a large, a large number of these, these signals have densely appeared. Look at what signals? First, the Political Bureau Standing Committee meeting, after he came out seven days later, seven days after coming out of the hospital, suddenly held a meeting. Those seven days he completely disappeared. He, along with Li Qiang and Cai Qi, completely disappeared. This is a very unusual signal. Often sometimes when he didn't come out, this Cai Qi would occasionally come out, but this time for seven days none of them came out, right? This is a fact. Then they held a Political Bureau Standing Committee meeting, determining that the 20th Central Committee's Fifth Plenary Session will be held from the 26th to the 29th of October, this is one thing. Second, the matter concerning Zhang Youxia and Liu Zhenli was characterized, right? Expelled from the CCP, expelled from the military, and transferred to the military tribunal, transferred to the military tribunal. I estimate these two people will probably be given a suspended sentence? Because initially, the news coming out of Beijing was that at that time, he hadn't dealt with them for a very long time. Everyone thought that this matter might be handled in a low-profile manner. But this time, a very hardline signal was suddenly issued regarding Zhang Youxia and Liu Zhenli. Zhang Youxia is Zhang Youxia, I've always said Zhang Youxia is actually someone who escorted and protected him, he has absolute grace toward Xi Jinping. Xi Jinping bit the hand that fed him and sent him to prison. Moreover, going to the military tribunal this time means the charges stated this time are very heavy. In fact, it has already been stated very publicly, that at the time this, uh, Zhang Youxia and Liu Zhenli conspired, and perhaps there were others conspiring to bring him down, directly confronting the Central Military Commission, confronting the top leadership of this Central Military Commission. This is the first time, when Zhang Youxia was arrested, this list of crimes was issued. Also, it seems in the past couple of days, there seems to be another piece of information, another piece of information, I specifically forgot. Anyway, there are three completely different ones, and another one is the tone-setting of this Standing Committee meeting, which is that the party's ideological building work needs to be intensified. When such directives are issued, and issued by the Political Bureau Standing Committee, the main content of the meeting held by the Political Bureau Standing Committee that day was to strengthen political education, which is actually the purge within the party. Just like Mao Zedong back then, all these dissidents within the party must be got rid of. Of course, Xi Jinping has always been doing this, but this time he suddenly made a big mobilization. I think there should be many people within the CCP who might be purged again and brought down, brought down. The Communists are always like this. Instead of attending to the economy properly, look at Deng Xiaoping back then and Xi Jinping now, they are completely different. Deng Xiaoping was like this: after getting rid of the Gang of Four and getting rid of these people of Hua Guofeng, he didn't keep purging people. For these small fries and minor ailments in the party, if you had a little corruption or something, he didn't care about you. Black cat or white cat, as long as it catches mice it's a good cat. The party was weakened back then, it was a weak party, and the party committee secretaries of all enterprises and governments all had to step aside. And who was in charge at that time? It was the government, the government was above the party back then. The factory director and manager responsibility system, everyone remembers? Such rhetoric, the rhetoric I'm talking about, during the reform and opening up period it was the factory director and manager responsibility system, right? Everything was based on political achievements, performance, economic performance, and economic data. What ideological soundness? That's bullshit, it had nothing to do with Deng Xiaoping. What Deng Xiaoping wanted at that time was economic data. For example, municipal party secretaries had to step aside at that time, mayors had full authority, mayors had the final say, not municipal party secretaries, right? It was like that back then. Look, now it has completely reversed, now everything is centered on the party, and everything takes politics as the primary factor. Xi Jinping, under such circumstances, think about the current officials inside the CCP, we are just casually talking about a few sentences, but for the officials inside the CCP, what they are drawing next is a life-or-death lot. If you are drawn, then you step down. After stepping down, when reporting for duty within the party, after you step down, you are sent directly to the Commission for Discipline Inspection. Sent to the Commission for Discipline Inspection, look at which CCP official's family fortune is not massive? Grab any random one, grab anyone of you, and you are immediately thrown into prison. If you look for trouble with these officials, every single one of them faces a prison sentence of twenty years or more, at the very least, because above the government, just think about it, ordinary section-level and deputy section-level officials in Shanghai have tens of millions at home.
If you take Shanghai for example—I am more familiar with Shanghai, so I often use it as an example—if you are a bureau-level or department-level official, your family assets are worth hundreds of millions, which is standard in Shanghai. Right? Section-level or division-level officials usually have tens of millions, because when officials in the CCP serve, they don't do it just for a day; they serve for the long term, perhaps ten or twenty years. Just think, to reach the level of a full section chief, a deputy division chief, or a division chief, you are generally in your forties or fifties before you attain such a position. By the time you reach your forties or fifties, you have already taken sides and have been aligned with a faction for ten or twenty years. In this process, a CCP official's money—it's not that they desperately want to be corrupt on their own; how does it happen? They are pushed into it; it is a collective corruption of the entire group. When a project comes along and you enter into it, you are forced to be corrupt, because if you aren't corrupt, you cannot maintain your position. Only when you are corrupt can the rest of us be corrupt, and everyone feels at ease. Therefore, the CCP operates this way: a whole nest of giant rats, it is collective corruption rather than individual corruption. Now that Xi Jinping is targeting individuals, if he wants to crack down, he should either arrest everyone or no one at all; if he arrests, he has to arrest everyone. So who are the people Xi Jinping wants to arrest now? They are all those whose ideology differs from his, or people who might potentially oppose him in the future. Right? Under such circumstances, there are far too many people inside the CCP who want to oppose Xi Jinping right now. If you want to oppose Xi Jinping now, you could just randomly point your index finger and press it down on Nanjing Road, and chances are whoever you touch might be someone who opposes Xi. Because after Xi Jinping has ruined this country for so many years, just think about how many people want to oppose him? The people inside the CCP are all opposed. Look at the people inside the CCP, saying things against their conscience about our Big Daddy Xi. Look at these people, they have installed the Study to Make China Strong app on their phones, clicking on Xi Jinping's content every day and liking Xi Jinping's posts—these people are all going against their conscience and are utterly hypocritical. In their hearts, they actually loathe Xi Jinping immensely. Just think, under these circumstances, how many people would Xi Jinping have to arrest? Right? How many people would he have to arrest? So Xi Jinping's trip to the United States this time was actually the best opportunity. Zhang Youxia, Liu Zhenli, I don't believe it! With so many CCP officials and so many officials in the military being purged and taken down, do you really think Xi Jinping can control this military? That is definitely not the case. Look, if Xi Jinping wants to control the military, often look at emperors of the past—do you know how they controlled the military? They had many children. The three palaces and six courtyards, seventy-two imperial concubines, oh, they all bore children for him. What did they do after the children were born? After he fathered children, for example, Taizong of Tang had over a hundred, two hundred children; what were these children raised for? It was to control this country, to control through blood ties, which was relatively more stable and made betrayal less likely. Of course, throughout history, there have been plenty of people with blood ties, close ties, and direct lineage who still betrayed, still turned against their rulers, and still rebelled; there are far too many. But I am giving plenty of examples. And Xi Jinping is simply incapable of doing that.
Everyone, remember this! Within the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), there has always been a mindset among Chinese people—everyone has this idea—that they want to be the emperor, they want to have power, they want to do whatever they want. These people, in their hearts, are actually very vicious. Really, those who have been taken down by Xi Jinping are all vicious in their hearts, very vicious. Where does this viciousness manifest? You look at how vicious they are toward the common people, and you will know how vicious these people are, right? The blood flowing through these people is like the blood of devils. Humans usually have compassion. They have no compassion, no empathy, so these people are all devils. Now, Xi Jinping is a big devil catching small devils, and those small devils actually want to resist. Now that Xi Jinping has come to the United States, look, Cai Qi has also come, right? Others seem to have gone elsewhere. In fact, Beijing, Beijing is actually empty, Beijing is empty. The Central Military Commission only has Zhang Shengming, who is close to him. I mentioned that Zhang Shengming is his cousin, his younger cousin. Well, we are just assuming that Zhang Shengming is loyal to him, but among the military personnel in the August First Building, how many of them do you think have a blood relationship with Xi Jinping? Very few, right? Under these circumstances, who knows when things might turn upside down. So, this time Xi Jinping came, we can assume, we can assume, perhaps the Americans—look, Trump has been very unusual during this period, you know? Very unusual. Between nations, everyone is actually on equal footing. Look at when Trump went to Beijing; there was no one at the plane, Xi Jinping did not go to pick him up, he sent his wife to pick him up, that was a while ago. But now that Xi Jinping has come, look, he went to the airport specifically to pick him up, and both husband and wife went to pick him up, and they even had them attend an air force performance or something. Think about it, this is actually very unusual, I think, this is very unusual. Under these circumstances, we cannot rule out that the U.S. is luring the tiger out of the mountains; perhaps the U.S. has already cultivated some people within the CCP. You know, when the U.S. truly wants to subvert a country's regime, they actually do a lot of things internally. I'll give you an example; many people might not understand what I'm saying. Look at Venezuela, after Maduro was captured, look at who ultimately controls Venezuela? His vice president, that woman, who is she? That woman must have been cultivated by the U.S. government in advance and had an agreement with them. Right? If something happens to Maduro, you take over. Look at how this person suddenly became pro-American; how could that be? In fact, the U.S. had long-term arrangements, long-term arrangements. Including the current situation in Iraq, I believe the U.S. government has also planted people inside Iraq. As for the CCP, I think it goes without saying. CCP officials, look at so many officials, they actually have assets and family members in the U.S. The CCP, look at the CCP's infiltration of the U.S.; you must believe that the U.S. has equally infiltrated the CCP. Don't think the CIA is just sitting around doing nothing every day; absolutely not, absolutely not. Therefore, I believe the U.S. definitely has people inside the CCP, definitely has people, and there must be an anti-Xi faction. If they lure Xi Jinping over there this time, and things kick off over there, it is entirely possible.
And another thing I want to tell everyone is that over the past century, there have been many examples to prove this. There are actually many instances where a head of state was suddenly overthrown in a coup or faced a major event while visiting abroad. Look at Sihanouk in the 1970s, for example—people might not know this history. Prince Sihanouk, as you know, used to have a very good relationship with the Chinese Communist Party, and later lived in exile in the United States. It was during his exile that his subordinates staged a coup, leaving him unable to return. At the time, the countries he fled to were the Soviet Union and China. Later, for many years he didn't return, and until much later, he actually lived continuously in Beijing, right? That's one example. Then there is Thailand's Thaksin, about a decade or two ago. You see, Thaksin's government was the same; at that time, he was at the UN General Assembly attending a conference, apparently, when a coup suddenly happened back home, and he instantly became a government in exile, exiled. I believe, I believe, if you think about it: suppose the United States wants to sort out the Chinese Communist Party without deploying the machinery of war and the state apparatus, isn't it very likely to solve the China problem in this way? It is entirely possible. I can tell you, Trump's mind works differently from ordinary people's; you simply cannot imagine it. Just like the Venezuela event, how could you ever imagine they would send a team to suddenly grab Maduro and his wife and throw them straight into a federal prison in New York to stand trial directly? You couldn't even imagine it; Maduro never dreamed of it. Therefore, what are we facing now? We are facing Trump, who comes from a businessman background. I'm telling you, Trump's mind might be completely different from ordinary people's, completely different from ordinary politicians. So I think, currently, as long as Xi Jinping leaves China, I can put it this way: Xi Jinping's opponents now include those he has eliminated, and among those below, some people will definitely oppose Xi. That's one. Second, Xi Jinping has hidden a whole bunch of people within the Communist Party—people who actually haven't revolted yet, and on the surface are pro-communist and pro-Xi, but these people, often... you see, the Political Bureau Standing Committee has now set the tone to start carrying out ideological purges and political purges. These people are all meat on the chopping board, just waiting there for Xi Jinping to bring down a knife and slaughter them. Think about it, if you were in my shoes, there are two ways: one way is to flee, and the other way is for everyone to rise up and oppose Xi. Right now is the best opportunity to oppose Xi. The current opposition to Xi comes from the US and the West, from ordinary people, from people inside the system, and from people in the military. Xi Jinping has actually offended everyone, pushing all countries and all anti-Xi people up to a climax, an anti-Xi climax. Look at these past two days; after Xi Jinping arrives tomorrow, you will see how many anti-communist and anti-Xi forces there will be in Washington, a massive number of people will emerge, you wouldn't even know, you wouldn't even know. Because I am in this circle, I completely know that all these anti-Xi and anti-communist figures are sharpening their knives. People are like this. Everyone might not understand yet, some people might not understand. You see, when a conflict occurs between people, often people's minds go blank for a moment, and they strike out right away, doing things they don't even know what they are doing, right? I don't... when Xi Jinping's motorcade passes by, you don't even know how many people are carrying hardware with them, you have no idea. American society is completely different from ordinary countries; these people really want to swallow Xi Jinping alive! This afternoon, look, I already mentioned it. Look, at the place where I used to live, two people lived there, one was Chen Shuguang and the other was Chen Xiangwei, right? The three police cars of the SWAT police directly rushed over there, found them, found them, and talked with them. Actually, they were just going through the motions, meaning the embassy had reported a case and called the police, claiming these people were going to attack Xi Jinping! All these things are chaotic; the Communist Party just looks around blindly and messes things up. That was just casually boasting, that's all. So when the SWAT police received this report, they would go over and talk to them directly. The SWAT police are very familiar with them; they protest every day at the embassy, in Washington, protesting for months and years, right? These people are actually celebrities in Washington, right? So now, how much tension is there? How much tension? The spies inside the Communist Party, you know? When I went to Washington in 2019, actually many Communist Party spies came to find me under the guise of the democracy movement and anti-communist figures, asking this and that, asking if I had guns or anything. These people are actually just coming to probe you. There are many such people in the democracy movement, you know? There are many such people. Once they probe out information, they immediately go report it, reporting to the embassy people. Of course, I am not a child, I am not a child, and I am never going to do anything that violates American laws. I never have; after coming to the United States, I have never broken the law, and I have never been targeted by the US government—of course that's impossible, and I could never do such a thing, right?
So, this time when Xi Jinping came to the United States, he was fighting for, in reality, just his own health, his own health. Look at those seven days; he disappeared, and he was lying in bed on an IV drip, constantly using—of course, the medicine he uses is the best in the world, it is definitely different from the medicine used by ordinary people. He was shut away for a full seven days, lying down for seven days, and then he came out to hold meetings, came out and started causing trouble again. In the end, Xi Jinping will be killed by his own tossing and turning, killed by his own tossing and turning. So, everyone, do not think that Xi Jinping might be able to live to be 150 years old. I see Xi Jinping, eighty years old, maybe seventy-five is his limit, it is very likely, very likely seventy-five. Because look at China now, only after one person falls can the Chinese people possibly turn things around, have the possibility of turning things around. I can only say, who is it? It is Xi Jinping; he cannot be allowed to keep causing trouble. So I suggest, I call on the officers and soldiers of the Chinese military, the officers and soldiers of the military, and the common people, while Xi Jinping is still on his way to the United States, these two days he is coming to the United States, everyone should take action. I tell you, you call me an anti-communist, everyone calls me a rebel (fanzei). I tell you, I am living just fine in the United States. Actually, as for you, I will also never return to China. Look at you, these people, the anti-communist and anti-Xi things you are doing now are all for your own descendants. I will just ask you one question: do you have a responsibility to your descendants? If you say you have a responsibility, if you think you have a responsibility, then rebel, just rebel. As long as you see people on the street, rush out immediately. Really, I tell you, this is a good, a very good opportunity. Including the Chinese soldiers, do not be cowards, do not be cowards. Xi Jinping is a traitor; he has added over three trillion US dollars, the blood and sweat money of the common people has already evaporated, already evaporated. From 2013, from 2013, I have calculated, from 2013 to 2026, the entire national treasury, that is, the foreign exchange reserves, has lost over three trillion US dollars. Who can move this money? Only Xi Jinping. So, I call on everyone to oppose Xi and oppose the CCP, to overthrow this regime. Only in this way will your descendants truly become Chinese people. Otherwise, you are all slaves, all descendants of the Russian Tsar, all slaves. Alright, thank you all for watching! See you in the next program.
