從拍腦袋到找理由，中共摸石過河治國之道

中國宣佈把貿易戰打到底，很多外媒分析中國有啥牌，為什麼會這麼做，好像中國準備好了。

中國幹啥事兒都是拍腦袋先幹，然後再找理由的，為什麼這麼做？無他，就是大領導一句話。

改革開放，引進外資，先幹，然後糾集一群文人，創造“特色社會主義理論”，說“資本主義也有計劃，社會主義也有市場”，美其名曰“馬克思主義中國化”，於是，在中國搞資本主義市場經濟，變成了“特色社會主義”。

計劃生育，1980年先開始幹，實驗了20年，2000年代初才完成【計劃生育法】的立法工作。

動態清零，先幹了再說，西方要與病毒共存，我們就是要不一樣，10幾億人捅了一年多嗓子眼兒，最後快速過峰，連布洛芬撲熱息痛都沒準備好，火葬場爐子都堵了，搞成了本世紀人類最大笑話。

雄安新區，決定了就先幹，一出手就是“千年大計”，投資了6000-7000億，到現在還是空城，當然千年大計，慢一點沒啥😂但那些劣質建築物，能挺50年都算不錯了。

貿易戰，有啥區別呢？都一樣。

川普也是這樣，他是政治素人，拍腦袋先幹。

但川普的決策，有市場的力量、有他的競選金主、有國會、有最高法院制約他。

給他捐款的金主們，都在股市裡虧錢，那不行，因此，川普即使錯了，不會錯得太離譜，也不會錯太久。

美國不存在文革搞十年，毫無制衡力量，壓制任何敢於反對的聲音，領導人不死就繼續搞，一直把國計民生搞崩潰這樣的荒唐事。

China has declared its intention to fight the trade war to the bitter end. Many foreign analysts are trying to figure out what cards China holds and why it's doing this, as if China has genuinely prepared for it.

But the truth is, China always acts first and then scrambles to find a justification afterward. Why? Simple: because the top leader said so.

Take reform and opening up, for example. China started bringing in foreign capital first, then rallied a group of scholars to come up with a theory — "Socialism with Chinese characteristics." They claimed "capitalism also has planning, socialism also has markets," and thus doing capitalism in China was rebranded as socialism with Chinese characteristics.

Family planning? That began in 1980, but the Population and Family Planning Law wasn’t officially enacted until the early 2000s — after 20 years of experimenting on the population.

Zero-COVID? They jumped in headfirst, determined to be different from the West’s strategy of coexisting with the virus. Over a billion people got their throats swabbed for more than a year. When the wave finally came, they were caught off guard, with no ibuprofen or acetaminophen ready. Even crematoriums were overwhelmed. It turned into one of the biggest jokes of the 21st century.

Xiong'an New Area? Once the decision was made, they charged ahead, calling it a "millennium project." They poured in 600 to 700 billion yuan, and it’s still a ghost town. Sure, it’s a thousand-year plan, so taking it slow is understandable — but the shoddy buildings probably won’t even last 50 years.

And the trade war? Same story. No different.

Trump also acted impulsively — he was a political outsider who made decisions on a whim.

But Trump’s decisions were kept in check — by market forces, campaign donors, Congress, and the Supreme Court. When his wealthy backers started losing money in the stock market, that was unacceptable. So even if Trump made mistakes, he wouldn't go too far, nor for too long.

In the U.S., you won’t see something like the Cultural Revolution dragging on for ten years — no checks and balances, no room for dissent, and policies continuing until the leader dies, even if they wreck the entire nation. That kind of absurdity just doesn’t happen.
