關於V字旅的幾點說明

補充幾點。我知道你們天天盯著並會列印我的帖文，昨天部分人出鏡後，你們開了緊急會議；我也知道你們拿著早前公佈的成員照片到處搜捕；我還知道你們曾給合作僑商下過針對我們的指令，但他現在的狀況，恐怕不是你們想見到的吧？一會兒再跟你們說，先回應與我們接觸的潛在盟友們幾個問題：

我們歡迎但審慎處理合作事宜。

V字旅不是一個政黨組織，無意參與複雜的政治設計，許多工作應交給未來的立法者們，現在糾結為之尚早，而且讓一個準軍事組織越俎代庖，似乎從一開始就不太符合憲政的邏輯，你們覺得呢？

我們支援經過選舉授權的民意機構所代表的意志。單個政黨的綱領和行事符合我們期望的，我們也會支援它。若上述二者都遲遲沒有出現，到必要時，我們也會考慮自組政黨。其實中文圈不是沒有具備現代議政素養的人，我個人就覺得某些人挺不錯。

對於政治盟友，我們先小人後君子，有什麼訴求無需藏著掖著，直接擺到檯面上。V字旅將自身定位為未來國防軍和安全情報系統的前身，這意味著當時間到了，我們希望主導軍隊與安全系統的重建工作。推翻中共的鬥爭將是血腥殘酷的，我們無疑將犧牲許多人，對致力於相關領域工作的我們來說，有此訴求也是自然而然的事情。如果有其它組織在這些領域比我們更專業，犧牲更大，我們自然也支援他們同樣的訴求。

再跟黨國陣營的人囉嗦幾句：

首先，我對政權更迭後的屠戮式清洗並不熱衷。審查是必要的，但大部分舊政權的公務員都不會受到什麼影響，其人身財產安全包括養老金將得到保障，許多人還會被留任。

其次，由於我與安全系統的歷史淵源，我可能對你們更寬容，也對你們有更務實的計劃。除某些嚴重作惡者，部分協從者也許會被特赦，許多人可能同樣被留任，並執行新政權的新指令——搜捕前政權的罪犯。畢竟，沒有什麼人比你們更熟悉那些老相識，不是麼？

中共倒臺的過程可能是漫長血腥的，你來我往的過招也並不稀奇。在工作職責內的正常敵對，符合交戰規則的，泰然處之即可，但最好都別越線。

什麼算越線，我想不用一一列舉，都是老油條了，心知肚明，但有一點還是說開些，不用遮遮掩掩虛偽客套——任何針對我們成員及我個人人身安全的惡意行動，將會招致報復，參與執行和決策的，可能會被無預警處決。

鬥爭當然是殘酷的，但也總是會結束的。我建議保持必要的剋制，讓中國的轉型儘可能流最少的血。你們也最好希望將來是我來處理你們的歷史問題，換作別人，恐怕對你們就沒那麼寬大了。

反共. I know you have been monitoring and printing my posts every day. After some individuals appeared in public yesterday, you held an emergency meeting. I also know that you have been using previously published photos of our members to hunt us down. Moreover, I am aware that you once issued directives against us to cooperating overseas Chinese merchants. But given his current situation, I doubt it turned out the way you expected, right?

I’ll get back to you later, but first, let me respond to a few questions from potential allies who wish to engage with us:

We welcome cooperation but handle it with caution.

The V Brigade is not a political party and has no intention of engaging in complex political designs. Many tasks should be left to future legislators. At this stage, it is premature to dwell on such matters. Moreover, having a paramilitary organization overstep its role from the outset does not seem to align with constitutional logic, don’t you think?

We support the will represented by democratically elected institutions. If the platform and actions of a particular political party align with our expectations, we will support it. If neither of these emerges for an extended period, we may consider forming our own party when necessary. In fact, the Chinese-speaking world is not lacking in individuals with modern parliamentary capabilities. Personally, I find certain individuals quite competent.

As for political allies, we prefer to be upfront before forming deeper trust. If you have demands, don’t hide them—lay everything out on the table. The V Brigade envisions itself as the predecessor of the future national defense and security intelligence system. This means that when the time comes, we hope to take the lead in rebuilding the military and security system. The struggle to overthrow the CCP will be bloody and brutal, and we will undoubtedly sacrifice many. For those of us dedicated to this field, such an expectation is only natural. If other organizations prove to be more professional in these areas and make even greater sacrifices, we would naturally support their claims to leadership in these fields as well.

Now, a few words for those in the Party-State camp:

First, I have no particular enthusiasm for a purge-style reckoning after regime change. While vetting will be necessary, the vast majority of civil servants from the former regime will not be significantly affected. Their personal and financial security, including pensions, will be safeguarded, and many will even be retained.

Second, due to my historical connections with the security apparatus, I may be more lenient toward you and have more pragmatic plans. Aside from those who have committed serious crimes, some collaborators may be granted amnesty, and many will likely be retained to carry out the new government’s directives—such as hunting down criminals of the former regime. After all, who would be more familiar with those old acquaintances than you?

The downfall of the CCP may be a long and bloody process, and tactical exchanges between us are to be expected. As long as they fall within professional duties and follow the rules of engagement, we can take them in stride. But it’s best not to cross the line.

I don’t think I need to spell out what “crossing the line” means. We are all seasoned players and understand it well. However, let’s make one thing explicitly clear—no need for pretense or empty courtesies: any malicious action against our members or my personal safety will result in retaliation. Those involved in executing or making such decisions may face sudden and unannounced elimination.

Struggles are always cruel, but they also always come to an end. I advise exercising necessary restraint to ensure that China’s transition involves as little bloodshed as possible. You should also hope that it is me handling your historical reckoning—if it were someone else, I fear they would be far less lenient toward you.
