V字旅Eric爆料軍隊腐敗案：武裝反共，跟我來！

去年九月，我講軍隊腐敗，承諾以後會放具體案例，今天來完成它。

4個案例，涵蓋陸海空和戰略支援，比較有代表性了。不是那種聳人聽聞的聽床，但明眼人一看就知是實打實的內部機密，單位人名事件一應俱全，有條件的很好核實。

為保護訊息來源，圖片作了處理。上次我才講完就收到釣魚郵件，ABC也看過，偽裝成官方的工作郵件，呵呵呵，後面又陸續收到過釣魚郵件，最近的一次就在剛過去的12月份。看來軍隊的事算是敏感中的敏感了，某些人一想到我的觸角可能伸進軍隊，怕是氣急敗壞了，可能有的人還立了軍令狀……但，別再堅持不懈的給我發釣魚郵件了，這種行動我自己以前就參與過，你們在我這兒玩這把戲不是浪費雙方感情拉低自己形象麼？

今天我放了內部資料，普通網友可能沒感覺，軍隊反諜系統是肯定要炸窩了，挺好的，乾乾活，別偷懶。中共向來喜歡殺雞用牛刀，何況我們不是雞。你們習慣上綱上線搞大案子騙經費，那我就送你們一個由頭撈油水。但醜話說在前頭：真動了我們的人，你自己的命運也會改變，我們對你的處理將不限時間不限地點，我們的人家人若被波及，你的家人也不會置身事外。

廢話不多說，出於安全原因就不放完整資料了，由我用文字來陳述4個案例的梗概：

1，陸軍乃東綜合倉庫主任侯守軍涉嫌受賄犯罪。2017年8月至2019年11月，侯守軍為7名戰士選晉士官、職業技能鑑定提供幫助，先後收受錢款40.50萬元。2021年3月，軍委監委批准對侯守軍立案調查並採取留置措施。

2，海軍航空兵雷達第三旅參謀部警衛勤務連上士王明強涉嫌貪汙犯罪。2017年12月至2018年12月，王明強擔任該旅參謀部部隊管理科參謀期間，透過虛增採購數量、虛高物品價格等方式套取公款6.01萬元，用於個人消費和償還借款。2021年4月，軍委監委批准對王明強立案調查並採取留置措施。

3，空軍祥雲場站財務股原股長杜森（正營職）違反廉潔紀律。2018年1月至4月，杜森安排部屬透過虛開發票方式套取公款1.57萬元，用於採購運動套裝及個人生活物資。2020年7月，杜森受到黨內嚴重警告、記大過處分。

4，戰略支援部隊北部技術偵察基地第十處工程師徐世棟（專業技術八級）涉嫌貪汙、受賄犯罪。2015年4月至2019年5月，徐世棟在經辦單位物資採購、裝置維修業務工作中，透過虛增專案、虛開發票等方式套取公款22.62萬元，用於個人開支；2018年6月至10月，徐世棟為1家地方公司承攬單位建設專案提供幫助，收受錢款4萬元。2020年12月，軍委監委批准對徐世棟立案調查並採取留置措施。

以上挑選的4案，基本覆蓋全軍種，都是中基層幹部，代表性差不多了，其它案例就先不放了。

論職級，他們遠遠不及徐才厚郭伯雄，論金額，更是拍馬難追，但比起那些驚天大案中央老虎，這些軍隊中基層的普遍腐敗，才是中共軍隊蝕骨噬魂的痛。

這樣一支軍隊，早就喪失了開國的銳氣，墜入了滅國的暮氣。

恐怕對陣任何一支有銳氣的軍隊，他們的表現都不一定比敘利亞阿薩德的軍隊更強，被摧枯拉朽擊敗的時間，也許更短。

但再枯再朽的軍隊，也要有另一支力量來摧來拉才能敗不是麼？

這就像中共，像黨國——這棟陳年老屋，你再說它如何腐朽不堪，如何只差一腳就要塌，但你若不抬起腿，給它物理上那一擊，只是在旁邊一邊動嘴皮子一邊等，那恐怕等到你和你兒子都老死了，這屋子還顫顫巍巍的立在那兒沒倒呢……

我們的千般心思萬種手段，宣傳也好抗議也罷，在對付中共時，最終都一定需要軍事鬥爭來配合，才能完成那臨門一腳。

否則，花再多的錢，花再多的時間，下一個三十年過去，也只是空耗又一代人的理想心血和時間罷了。

倘若在八九後形勢最有利的那段時間，把資源和人力投入到毫無退路只能一往無前的軍事鬥爭中，中國的局勢，世界的形勢，都絕不會是今天這個樣子。

同樣的，倘若今天的反共者，都仍然迴避和逃避軍事鬥爭，把所有精力只放在網路的流量變現上，一邊賺錢一邊乾等著中共垮臺，那恐怕，半點贏的機會都沒有。

Military Corruption and Incompetence: Four Cases as Promised

Last September, I discussed the issue of corruption in the military and promised to provide specific examples in the future. Today, I fulfill that promise.

Here are four cases, covering the army, navy, air force, and strategic support forces. They are representative examples—not the sensational gossip variety, but instances that any discerning observer can recognize as genuine internal secrets, complete with units, names, and events that are verifiable for those with the means.

To protect my sources, I’ve processed the images. Last time I spoke about this, I immediately received phishing emails—ABC even checked some, disguised as official work emails. Hilarious. Over time, more phishing emails trickled in, the most recent just this past December. It seems military-related matters are among the most sensitive. Some people must be in a panic at the thought that my reach might extend into the military. Some might have even made promises to their superiors. Well, stop persistently sending me phishing emails. I’ve participated in such tactics myself in the past. Trying this on me is a waste of both our time and damages your image.

Today, I’m releasing internal information. Ordinary netizens might not feel much, but the military counter-espionage system is bound to be thrown into turmoil. That’s fine—keeps them busy. The CCP loves to use overkill, and we’re far from being mere “chickens.” Since you like inflating minor issues into major ones to justify your budget, I’ll give you a reason to embezzle some funds. But let me make it clear: if you harm any of our people, your fate will change. Our response to you will not be constrained by time or location. If our people’s families are affected, your families will not remain untouched.

No more nonsense. For safety reasons, I won’t release complete details but will summarize the four cases in text:

1. Case 1: Army Corruption** Hou Shoujun, director of the comprehensive warehouse of the Eastern Army, was suspected of bribery. From August 2017 to November 2019, Hou helped seven soldiers secure promotions and occupational skill certifications, receiving a total of 405,000 yuan. In March 2021, the Central Military Commission’s Discipline Inspection Commission (CMC-DIC) approved an investigation into Hou and placed him under detention.

2. Case 2: Navy Corruption** Wang Mingqiang, a staff sergeant with the security and services company of the Third Radar Brigade of the Navy’s Air Force, was suspected of embezzlement. Between December 2017 and December 2018, while serving as a staff officer in the brigade’s management department, Wang inflated procurement quantities and prices, embezzling 60,100 yuan for personal expenses and loan repayments. In April 2021, the CMC-DIC approved an investigation into Wang and detained him.

3. Case 3: Air Force Corruption** Du Sen, former finance section chief of the Air Force’s Xiangyun Station, violated financial discipline. Between January and April 2018, Du instructed subordinates to falsify invoices, embezzling 15,700 yuan for purchasing sportswear and personal items. In July 2020, Du was severely reprimanded by the Party and received a major demerit.

4. Case 4: Strategic Support Forces Corruption** Xu Shidong, an engineer (technical grade 8) at the 10th Division of the Northern Technical Reconnaissance Base of the Strategic Support Forces, was suspected of embezzlement and bribery. Between April 2015 and May 2019, Xu embezzled 226,200 yuan by inflating project costs and falsifying invoices. From June to October 2018, Xu helped a local company secure a project with his unit, receiving a bribe of 40,000 yuan. In December 2020, the CMC-DIC approved an investigation into Xu and detained him.

These cases span all branches of the military and focus on mid-to-lower-level officers, making them fairly representative. I’ll leave other cases for another time.

In terms of rank, these individuals are far below the likes of Xu Caihou and Guo Boxiong. In terms of sums, they’re nowhere near those high-profile central-level “tigers.” But compared to such colossal cases, this widespread corruption among mid-to-lower-level officers is the real bane of the CCP’s military.

Such a military has long lost the sharp edge of its founding days and has sunk into a lethargy indicative of a doomed regime. Against any truly sharp and spirited force, this military’s performance may not surpass that of Assad’s forces in Syria, and their defeat might come even swifter.

But even the most decayed military requires another force to bring it down, right?

This is akin to the CCP and the so-called “Party-State” system—like an old, crumbling house. You can talk about how rotten it is, how it’s just one step away from collapse. But if you don’t lift your foot and deliver that final kick, the house will keep teetering there, waiting out you and your son’s lifetimes.

All our strategies and actions—whether protests or propaganda—must ultimately be paired with military efforts to deliver that decisive blow.

Otherwise, no matter how much money or time you spend, another 30 years will pass, and all you’ll have done is squander another generation’s ideals, energy, and time.

If, after the advantageous period post-1989, resources and manpower had been invested into an uncompromising military struggle, the situation in China and the world today would be entirely different.

Similarly, if today’s anti-CCP activists continue to avoid or shy away from military struggle, focusing all their energy on monetizing online traffic while waiting for the CCP to collapse, then the chance of victory will be nil.
