2024年，反賊網上線了。

這不是一個倉促的決定。想要做這樣一個網站很久了。最根本的原因是我們在推特的賬號被封了。

儘管我們現在依然活躍在X，但是這並不代表我們認可現在X平臺。在被馬斯克收購以後，它被進行了大刀闊斧的改革。我們認為，一些當年促成白紙運動的典型特徵被一步一步的抹殺了。

可能很少有人真正分析了為什麼當年的白紙運動能夠快速席捲全國，在沒有任何組織領導的情況下，自發的形成了。也有很多人不理解為什麼一場白紙運動讓一個李老師不是你老師的賬號成長為X上排名第四的賬號。

網路上的直白與宣洩已經很多，真正的深刻觀察已經很少。但是，顯然，中共對待白紙運動比大多數反賊更認真。他們認真分析了推特與國內白紙運動的聯動機制。然後透過代理人馬斯克收購了推特，並改名為X。這個X，我們認為就是Xi Jinping的代號。這次是他贏了。

是的，去中心化不是目的，只是手段，我們最終希望達到的目的，是形成共識，讓廣大反賊向著一個共同的大方向去用力。

這個大方向是什麼？ 那就是推翻中國共產黨，建立自由民主新中國。

在達成這個最終的目標之前，我們必須不斷的辯論，不斷的妥協，不斷的形成一個個小的共識，而且是儘快。我們沒有選擇。我們用在彼此內耗的時間越多，中共存活的時間就越多。我們不可能以一片混亂的狀態戰勝中共這個嚴密而冷酷的巨大機器。我們必須承認這一點。

我們想了很多。

怎樣才能更有效的與中共鬥爭？ 是露臉還是不露臉？ 該不該支援那些主張分裂獨立的反共力量？ 支黑群體對於反共是建設性的還是破壞性的？ 和理非的反抗對於中共是否有效？ 怎樣才能讓國內的反抗者獲得武器？ 怎樣才能推動中共加速倒臺？ 中共的倒臺會以什麼方式呈現？ 中共倒臺後的我們要建立怎樣的一個新中國？ 沒有錢，我們能推翻中共麼？ ······

很多的問題，我們需要去認真思考。 一些問題，我們想出了答案。 一些問題，我們依然在思考。

我們希望全球各地的反賊們都來建立起自己的反對黨、反共組織。100個遠遠不夠，1000個也不夠，一萬個吧。每個組織招募十個人，也才10萬人。跟中共的9000萬黨員比起來，依然相去甚遠。

可是，如果我們有10000個像神經元一樣的組織，並且彼此相連，那就是一個創造力無窮的反共大腦。智慧等級是一個小學生掌控的臃腫蛆體所不能比擬的。

10000個反共組織，可能在很多理念上會有差異，彼此間會有分歧，爭吵不斷，但是，用力的方向都是推翻共產黨。這就足夠了。

也許這裡面可能會發展出一些武裝組織，真正的武裝組織，拿著槍與中共對著幹。其他的組織可能沒有槍，但是可以為他們提供經濟或資訊支援。

也許這裡面會出現一些替天行道的大俠，路見不平拔刀相助，手刃幾個欺壓百姓的中共爪牙、黑皮狗、腐敗官員······

也許會有另一個彭立發出現，登高一呼，讓世界為之震撼。

也許會有另一個技術天才出現，開發出安全翻牆的工具，或者將中共見不得人的機密曝光於世。

會有很多很多種可能出現，直到最後的結果出現。

Our Goals

The discourse environment on X is far from ideal. There was a time when the CCP flooded dissidents' posts with spam, scams, insults, and manipulative arguments. Decentralized dissidents often struggle against the CCP's organized troll armies. We hope to create a space where we can filter out this obvious trash content, steering discussions toward more productive outcomes.

Second, we hope to promote self-organization among dissidents. We’ve added a group feature to the website, allowing any registered user to create their own group. These groups can serve as homepages for organizations, or dedicated discussion spaces for specific individuals or events. Through this feature, we hope to enable decentralized dissidents to connect, form networks, and create resilient mechanisms for coordinated action.

Decentralization is not the goal; it is merely a means to an end. Our ultimate goal is to build consensus and direct dissidents' efforts toward a shared objective.

The Shared Objective

That objective is to overthrow the Chinese Communist Party and establish a free and democratic New China.

Before achieving this ultimate goal, we must debate, compromise, and build small agreements—and quickly. We have no choice. The more time we waste on internal strife, the longer the CCP will survive. We cannot defeat the CCP, a tightly organized and ruthless machine, in a state of chaos. We must acknowledge this.

Questions We Ponder

We’ve thought deeply about many questions:

• How can we fight the CCP more effectively?

• Should we reveal our identities or remain anonymous?

• Should we support pro-independence anti-CCP forces?

• Are the "Black Sentiment" groups constructive or destructive to the anti-CCP cause?

• Are non-violent protests effective against the CCP?

• How can domestic resisters acquire weapons?

• How can we accelerate the CCP’s collapse?

• What might the CCP’s downfall look like?

• What kind of New China should we establish after the CCP falls?

• Can we overthrow the CCP without financial resources?

Some of these questions we’ve answered. Others we are still contemplating.

Building a Global Anti-CCP Network

We hope dissidents worldwide establish their own opposition parties and anti-CCP organizations. 100 is far from enough. 1,000 is not enough. Let’s aim for 10,000. If each organization recruits ten members, that’s only 100,000 people—still a far cry from the CCP’s 90 million members.

However, if we have 10,000 organizations connected like neurons in a brain, we create an anti-CCP mind brimming with creativity—far superior to the bloated bureaucracy controlled by an elementary school-level intellect.

Even with differences in ideology, disputes, and constant debates, as long as the shared objective is to overthrow the CCP, that will suffice.

Potential Outcomes

Perhaps some of these organizations will develop into armed groups that genuinely confront the CCP with weapons. Other groups may not bear arms but can provide financial or informational support.

Perhaps heroic individuals will emerge, standing up to CCP oppressors, exacting justice on corrupt officials, police dogs, or other agents of oppression.

Perhaps another Peng Lifa will rise, capturing the world’s attention with a single call to action.

Perhaps a technical genius will emerge, creating a secure tool for bypassing censorship or exposing the CCP’s darkest secrets.

Countless possibilities may arise until the ultimate goal is achieved.
